My kids love it here. We come all the time. The jump houses are great. The pizza is delicious. The games are fun and entertaining. Theres places for parents to sit and relax as well. A really good place to take the kids to expend some energy.

We had a birthday party for a three-year-old and everybody enjoyed it the kids had a blast. The only thing I would recommend them to do would be to put some kind of a door on the party room even if its just a half a door cuz we had a hard time keeping the little kids in. And everybody was a little bit hot in that building I had on a sweater and I was not hot but everybody else was hot and took off their sweaters and jackets and were hot.. a good time a happy time was had by all I cant really complain. Parking in a wet field was only flaw...gravel would go along way to make a difference.

Great place! My little girl loves going to jumpn jacks. Best place around for the price. Kids always are having fun and the staff is always nice to us. Been there 5 or 6 times now, always been awesome experience.

I honestly wasnt even going to make a review but I decided I would. I went here last weekend with two of my kids and the service was amazing. I remember a tall young man with white shoes helping me out in the arcade, at the cash register, and even answered all the questions I had. Every time there was a small problem with an arcade game, he was there to help fix it almost immediately. Also him and one of the girls there were talking to my children and making them laugh and I really appreciate that because these kids look up to them very highly! By far one of the best places to take your kids in Valdosta, and my family and I will be back in a few weekends for sure!

Was rushed in th party room, the hostess took food from a child that was not done eating. Didnt ask if the kids wanted coke or Sprite just gave them all Sprite. Was very rude. Made my son move from where he wanted to sit to somewhere else. My son didnt even want to eat he after. When we said something to the owner she said the hostess had the right to rush us and acted like the other stuff didnt matter, but came up to us later trying to apologize. My family will not go there again. To the two young ladies that were nice that worked there thank you. You were the only good ones there.

I had my sons party there today all went well until I started to leave my keys got locked in my vehicle. The owner went over and beyond to help the staff was extremely helpful and kind.

The kids loved it. We had our second birthday party there. Only thing I had a slight problem with was the time schedule allotted on the agenda you can bring your own birthday cake and they even have a little party room but everything is on a time schedule because they have parties booked back-to-back other than that the kids loved it they didnt mind the time they get all it was the adults that didnt seem to have enough time

Kudos to the staff for working here and still remaining positive despite handling screaming kids all day long. I dont know how they do it. Great customer service by the way, If theres a problem they are quick to fix it. I highly recommend. Its very affordable and adults dont have to pay for entry, which is amazing!

We stopped here with our three kids on he way home to Florida. We couldn’t believe how affordable this place was for the amount of things to do. Our kids had an absolute blast! A fantastic way to let them burn off steam after sitting in the car for so long. Totally impressed and highly recommend!!

I brought my kids just to play and get out of the house because I had foot surgery about two weeks ago and we havent been able to get out we spent about 4 hrs there and I occupied one of there comfortable love seats the whole time and an employee would occasionally stop by and make sure I was ok or needed anything it was a nice afternoon and the kids were happy and tired when we left and it was affordable also

Great place. Family and especially kid friendly. My kids love coming here. Don’t believe the recent one star reviews. They did not break the law nor ask a mother to leave. I have seen the social media “campaign” and it appears that this is someone with an agenda and not a legitimate customer. Will continue to have my kids birthday parties here.

1st time visitor. LOVED it! Little one loved it. Clean and safe. Staff walking around regularly to check on out of control kids. Plenty of room to sit for adults and inexpensive! Definitely will come back many times more

When that owner is walking around stalking, and micromanaging everything whew. Should have been evaluating the shift manager instead. If there isnt one, hire 2 and stop working so hard. Grow your business. The quality was fine, the atmosphere was fine, the setup was fine. Rotate some new inflatables in and auction the old stuff on letgo. Post 3 signs on inner perimeter for the location of the business. Overall you have a good business model. Your competitor is upgrading.

You bring your children to have a birthday party and the staff just looks like they hate to be here. As we attended a party today, we watched one of the staff members roll her eyes in the party room. Try to show a little enthusiasm, please. Even if it’s fake. Who wants to have a party at a place where the staff just looks like it’s killing them to be here?

JumpNJacks is awesome if youre 12 and under. They have all sorts of inflatables for kids to wear themselves out on and its a safe environment when following the rules. The staff is extremely attentive when it comes to safety and have staff members making rounds to monitor. The staff is also awesome and very professional. For us adults, when were not policing our little ones there is a comfy black couch hidden behind the baby area I discovered that looks amazing. Great place.

Great place to take kids. All kinds of blow up slides and jumps for all ages. Be careful with the money taking machines kids love, items if won aint worth what they spent to get that toy.

Great place for young kids. Highly recommend for play. but I wish it opened at 10am. Kids are awake so early and for people on road trips it would be nice to have somewhere to stop and play even before lunch (most sit down places...like Smokin Pig only open at 11am)

Been to this establishment twice and have not been disappointed. Dont understand why people would put bad reviews all because they asked a mom to cover up while breastfeeding. I am all for breastfeeding, and understand why they asked her to cover up. You do have lil ones and older children in there playing. Even some adults may be uncomfortable with it. Even though its legal but they still to respect everyone.

We did my daughters 8th birthday here a couple weekends ago, it was our first time here. It was decent. The pizza was okay. The pepperoni needs more pepperoni there was like 20 on a 20 inch pizza lol. The coin games cost WAY to much for the return that you get, so I wouldnt recommend those. The party hostess just stood in the corner and was super quiet. Then immediately after presents they started bringing someone elses party stuff in. The people in my party were really confused as was I, there was no announcement as to after presents we needed to exit I know we only have 30 min or 45 min or whatever but thats what a hostess is there for. I thought it was very rude even more so because we had paid for 8 kids (the minimum) and only had 3 including my child so it wasnt like it was huge and out of control. But my daughter loved the bouncy houses and the slides.

We came here for a birthday party and it was okay, it got super hot in the building though. The food, not so great so that takes a star from my rating... But the kids had fun and that was the whole point. I also debunked a second star because this establishment is against breastfeeding, which is ILLEGAL!

Great place to take the kids. Staff is very friendly and the price is reasonable. The games available are great for all ages. So all in all I highly recommend this place and they are open on Sundays as well. Yall come out and play with us now you here my grandkids will be there waiting.

It was nearly 3 years ago but we had a very good time, particularly the birthday girl and the rest of the kids. Plenty of entertainment and things to do plus we had a private room to celebrate, eat, etc. The pizza meal provided wasnt very good but the kids had their fun

Took grandkids couple weeks ago. I loved it and they loved it. Thanks for bringing such a great place for kids that is safe and cool and encourages parents to be involve and very affordable for young couples with several kids to go and enjoy time together. Need more family orienated businesses.

Very fun place for my grandkids,but the food beware, the seasoning on fries they put way to much my 3 year old granddaughter said they were the worst she has ever had and the grill cheese they put mustard on it.Wow what a nasty experience with food.They should work better on food due to all the child that come here.all so, its so hot in there they said two months again they plan on getting ceiling fans to help cool it down,well nope they havent yet.

It was clean and has standard pricing. There are several blown up slides/houses with age guidance on each with a small arcade to play in and earn tickets for prizes. I would recommend and will likely return in the future.

Trusted these comments and boy were they WRONG. Was told over the phone they had a toddler and baby play area, too. There is NOT a lot of play options for toddlers. There are 2 bounce houses that are supposed to be for children 3 and under, but employees do nothing about grown children trampling through them aside from watching it happen. There were at least 6 staff members huddled in a group chit chatting behind the counter with 2 occasionally walking up the middle. The Mickey Mouse bounce house was worn down and even appears to be dirty. The Batman one was decent, but unimpressive. The “baby area” was a BUSTED small octagon baby pen with a broken off door/gate, a grubby dirty/sticky foam puzzle mat on the floor, 2 dirty red toddler chairs, 2 worn down leap frog activity tables, 1 very old activity bead block, 2 extremely worn down “scooters” and ONE decent mickey train scooter. Not worth the $6. Regret taking my little one there and should have just went to the Public Library. The overall look of the place is just dull, beat/worn down, and dirty looking. It’s a shame the closest Catch Air is in Atlanta.

AC always blowing! Lots of space for kids to run. Pizza is good. Good selection of candy. Lots of bouncy houses. Just wish the arcade was bigger. No major complaints though. Pricing is A1. We go all the time with my 3 young boys and they always have a blast!

They will ask you to cover your baby with a PAPER TOWEL if you are breastfeeding!! How awful, breastfeeding is natural is should be treated normal. This place needs to change their modesty policy if they consider themselves family friendly.

This place is great!!! Both my kids have been coming here since before they can walk. Its always clean and staff have always been friendly. Prices are reasonable and you have no time limit. If your kids enjoy bouncy houses and giant slides this place is for you!!

Awesome fun for kids and family! Some of the mommas in the area are trying to bring the ratings down because JumpNJacks asks for modesty during nursing. Everyone has their own opinions of breastfeeding, but I am actually overjoyed about their modest nursing policy and plan on supporting them even more for it. Way to go JumpNJacks!

This establishment is NOT breastfeeding friendly. They shamed my friend and asked her to leave the area or cover herself with paper towel. Breastfeeding is protected by the law and NO ONE has a right to approach a breastfeeding mother and tell her to leave or cover herself. They have lost my business.

Great place for the kids to burn off energy.

We were in town visiting family with our 18 month old and our 3 year old. My 18 month has a dairy, cheese, egg and gluten allergy. I brought my son the foods from our house that he can eat without having an allergic reaction. I was told by one of the employees that we could not bring in outside food and if he needed to eat it I could go stand outside. It was pouring down rain that day so they allowed me to stand inside with him and he pitched a fit that he could t be near his sister and the rest of our family. This is rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I asked one of the employees if they had anything on their menu that did not contain the things my child could not eat and the answer was no. No one apologized or asked if there was anything they could do. I am completely furious that a place that is geared for children did not have any care or concern for my sons allergy and instead I was asked to take my 18 month outside. I will never be visit g this facility again and I urge any other moms who have children with allergies to use caution. I have never felt so agitated, aggravated, upset and dispeected. I hope the owner of this facility reads this and instructs their employees to use better judgment when telling their customers to stand outside to eat.

Won’t be back. Told a woman feeding her baby they were gunna bring her paper towels to put on her babies head, they delete all negative reviews on Facebook and have continued to lie about their original statements. They lost my family of 5 as customers for good! There will be a few places opening up soon so will take my kids there in the warm weather

Awesome for kids and my Grandson had his 4th Birthday party there Saturday and with all the BD Parties going on, the staff made sure all the children were safe and happy and we really enjoyed watching all the kids playing and enjoying it

My son loves the bounce houses but this is the only bounce house business that weve been to that parents couldnt enjoy having fun with them. Very disappointed in that respect.

Came during a slow time with my 4yo while the movers cleared out our house. He LOVED the place. Only 10 kids total here at the busiest during the slow period. Friendly staff, amazing non-jacked up prices, and clean atmosphere. I wish today wasnt moving day or we would be back all the time. As long as there isnt overly rowdy kids I think this is a great place to hang.

Great fun for the kids (11 and under)at a good price. They also dont make parents pay like Jungle Gyms does. Plenty of seating for parents and FREE WIFI lol. Could use more TVs for football games on Sundays. Decent selection a far as food goes and the prices are not outrageous. Friendliness of the service varies depending on who you have taking your order. My kids love it and I love that it wears them out. Even a small area set aside for smaller kids/toddlers.

Excellent value for the money, however the food service is unbelievably slow. We waited over an hour for our food and eventually asked for a refund. Also, the older lady working the day that we went was not nice to any of the children at all, she literally spent the entire time scolding various children for running around...in a building full of bounce houses. Do they seriously expect children not to run?! I wouldve given them more stars if it hadnt been for that older lady and her sourpuss attitude.

My daughter had a blast here when we came for a birthday party! The private party room was a good size for the group we had, and all the kids loved the pizza.I know a lot of nursing supporters are trying to harass this place because they offered a private space to an exhibition-style nurser, and asked her very politely to cover up when she declined, which she also refused to do. I saw her post and photos she took of her exposed breast, and if she hadnt been exposing her breast to the whole room, I doubt the conversation would have gone beyond one offer of a private room. Please remember, ladies, that it is not the fault of the business if you are making their other customers uncomfortable, and that if they approach you, its probably because an unhappy customer asked them to do something about it. Also, I can assure you after four years of nursing in public- it CAN be done in a fashion that exposes your breast to no one but the baby. In a place full of other peoples kids and husbands, this is only courtesy, and thats all anyone is asking for. Looking forward to my next trip to Jumpn Jacks with all three of my kids!

My toddler loved this!! There are lots of different options for playing. They only charge you for the kids. And you cant beat $6!! They do have military discount. I would highly recommend copious amounts of hand sanitizer. Just saying.

This establishment discriminates against breastfeeding mothers and ignores laws that protect breastfeeding mothers. Not family friendly and would never give my money to such a terrible place!

My 3yo loved it for her bday!

Posting somewhere they can’t delete since they keep deleting from their Facebook page. The employees here harassed a breastfeeding mom by asking her to leave her children unsupervised while she fed her baby. When she declined they continued to berate her and said they were going to get a paper towel to placeover her infant’s face while he ate! Not only is that completely unacceptable, it is ILLEGAL! They then posted a “modesty policy” on Facebook and after people pointed out that it was against the law they took it down but the owner still stands by the policy. They are deleting every post on their Facebook page that has to do with the incident which is just shady. For a place that is suppose to be family friendly, they are FAILING. Judging by the other 1 star reviews of unprofessional, inattentive staff, asking anybody to leave their child unsupervised is asking for a lawsuit. Then to harass the woman on top of that. Shame.Update: since posting this review, they have deleted all posts from the incident and I assume blocked all of us. We can no longer post to their page or message the company. I tried to send a message to ask them to issue a public apology and to state they will be training their staff to abide by all laws, including protecting a breastfeeding mother’s right to nurse in public. This shady, immoral company is refusing to do that and continues to hide their illegal behavior.Further update: it’s been three months and they have still not issued an apology and have removed the ability to rate and review them on Facebook. Shady and illegal company.

Visited this weekend and it was perfect. Not so big that you loose track of your kids but PLENTY of space and things to keep them entertained. Facility was clean and staff was wonderful. We will definitely be back.

Jumpn Jacks, a FAMILY place, is AGAINST breastfeeding mothers. They have deemed it IMMODEST for a mother to feed her child, and they asked her to cover her baby with PAPER TOWEL or go in a private room where she would not be able to view her other children at play, which is UNSAFE. Jumpn Jacks is AGAINST family.

Excellent for all ages

Running a business for children and they do not consider children with allergies. No allergen list for their foods which says we havent even thought of it, no outside food allowed which says children with food allergies arent welcome nor do they allow you to leave and come back so you can tend to your childs special needs. So dont come during snack or meal time if you have food allergies. Management did attempt to negotiate their no outside food policy but it shouldnt be an issue to begin with. We were on a long trip so being off the interstate was convenient and it was a reasonable price. Something to do for all ages but the arcade games take your tokens and didnt offer refunds.

Not a good place for a birthday party, too many other kids that can just come in a jump. Wish we had looked around for other places. If you like CrAzY then this is the place, if you like to have a semi private party, stay away from here. Staff are lazy and could careless if we were there or not. Not a customer friendly (kid friendly) place.

Jump n Jax staff did an awesome job with my sons Birthday Party. They accommodated us really well...

Had an amazing experience. We were heading out and my 3 year old had a meltdown because she didnt want to leave. The wonderful owner came to the rescue! She gave my daughter a doll to help calm down, a hug, and asked her to come back and visit. The generosity was overwhelming, it warmed our hearts. We will always come back.

Great place to let your little people burn off all that extra energy... Plus I just sit back and relax while watching them run around and play cause the ride home will be totally silence... They will be sound asleep. ;) Needless to say you do have to be mindful of your children and everyone else. There needs to be more control in that area.

We loved this place a great way to get the kids out to burn energy in any weather! We went in the summer so it was refreshing not to have to deal with the heat!

Dont seem to understand the laws regarding discrimination against breastfeeding mothers. Family friendly means the ENTIRE FAMILY, not the ones you approve of.

The kids had a great time here, but they need to have security or someone other than polite young ladies there. A lot of parents just turn their kids loose and let them act a fool and the kids dont listen to the employees at all. Those poor girls try, but unfortunately slacker parents ruin it for the rest of us..

Doesnt support breastfeeding moms and when confronted changed their tune as if they do, when they realize they effed up. Would not recommend

This is a great place I would give them a 5 but the employees allowed people to take over the massage chair just to hold there belongings.

Had granddaughters birthday here. Kids had a blast! Just a hint, instead of sitting on the hard picnic style tables in the middle of the place, there are love seats towards the rear kf the building that are super comfy
