My family had fun!! Small but enjoyable.

Had a great time with my grandkids!

I put 5 dollars in it I got to only play two games withch got me 10 frekin tickets I only got a pack of smArties never wasting money here

Kids absolutely loved it!

My boy always has a blast!

It’s not worth it after the renovation. Now on a card system. $5 only gets 3 to 4 little kid games and 2-3 big kid games. The little kid games will net 20-30 tickets, unless lucky. Enough for a smarty level candy only. Very bad value. 2 kids, $10, 48 tickets between them and about 5 minutes of play time. Will never go back again.

Very Fun for both kids and adults, after the expansion came a fun card system (no more tokens) with a minimum start value of $5, must have a card to get tickets added to card and swipe to play games. Overall a good place to let loose and have some fun locally

My kids loves it

Amazing, fun family adventure. I took my 4 kids with.. omg they had an amazing time. They ate played all for a reasonable price. I must admit I even had fun. The pizza and food were really good as well. The bathrooms very clean the staff was amazingA fun filled family adventure. I definitely recommend to all family and friends. A must do at least 5 or 6 times if not seasonal...

My wife and I have gone to this arcade for years, and alwats have fun. The new additions have been great too, and its cool theyve gone to cards for points and auto pays. No need to hold on to thousands of tickets anymore. Haha.

Every thing in here has changed. Prices went sky high. They no longer use tokens. You have to use a fun factory card which has a minimum balance of $5.00. Not worth it for my family. The kiddos were disappointed.

Great place to have some fun, but its more about entertainment, and less about the prizes.

Excellent place to entertain my grandson as well as my wife for an hour or two. Great fun.

Very disappointed, many of the games have gone down hill, many now even winnable jackpots. Not to mention all the games have gone up in price. Used to love going with my little brother but now he doesnt even want to come due to him spending his allowance and only walking away with a few peices of candy maybe a bouncy ball. Once again very disappointing

My four-year-old absolutely love this place it was his first experience in an arcade and also his first experience with a ticket system where he can pick out his own prizes... This turned out to be the highlight of our trip to Valdosta his eyes lit up the moment he saw this place oh, the staff was also extremely helpful and friendly... This will be a regular stop every time we come to Valdosta from today forward

My daughter loves coming to this arcade and playing games and if a machine takes your tokens they will give you the amount back, very friendly employees.

Good way to have fun with the family. Games the whole family can enjoy.

Love the expansion!! Worth every penny

If you are visiting to just have fun and have your kids enjoy a few bucks worth of entertainment it is not that bad. However, there has been some negative and bad business practice being made in this establishment. After the revamp of this arcade and them adding the new cards, they added VIP cards that require a purchase of 30 bucks or more and these cards make the games cost a token less... Sounds like a good deal right? Well the VIP cards just make the machines cost the same price that they cost before the revamp, and made it cost more for anyone not a VIP instead of discounting the original price. They also practice the art of making machines impossible or near impossible to win if they require skill, the main machines here that require skill are quikdrop and some other reaction based games. Quikdrop used to perform as followed: Machine did not give enough time to drop all 50 balls in time unless they jackpot was at the maximum: 1000 tickets. All of a sudden they change this and reduce the time by 15 seconds and make it impossible even when it is at the maximum and it is statistically impossible to ever get the jackpot due to lack of time. I understand a game has to make money and this machine did make money as you could not obtain enough time to get a jackpot until it reached 1000, starting at 500 when someone reaches a jackpot and gaining 5 per play; meaning that it would take 100 bucks worth of people playing to even be able to hit the jackpot, and now it is not even possible at all. They have done this to other machines as well and it is painfully obvious and disappointing that they would deceive children into thinking they can win an elusive prize when they purposely make it not possible, simply to gain a significant amount of income from children that do not understand there is slimy and greedy people deceiving them with a Carrot on a stick technique.

Children love it

Kind of pricy but the arcade experience is worth it, it is a very fun place to go with the family

The fun factory is a great place for kids and the family. They have friendly employees and alot of fun games to choose from.

So much fun! Clean, great games, nice prizes! My husband and I were pretty impressed and our 2 year old loved it!

We have a fun every time we take our kids here more selection of games would be great & more roomie place, prices are slightly high on the things ya turn in your tickets for.ti y tootsie roll cost 10 tickets...thats crazy its a 5cent piece of candy...ridiculous but the kids like playing the games so we go

Great games and very friendly staff!

This place is all the mall have for fun managers usually helps the mall employees when in need

This place is better than Chuckie Cheese. Their prizes are actually good and for reasonable tickets. I always bring my kids here.

Kids enjoy it. Slightly expensive but they all are

Great entertainment for my 4 year old. He loves it.

Nice arcade...good prizes...cant wait for changes

I would give zero stars if I could for this last experience. I have never had a problem out of them before and have been here over a dozen of times. The new employees suck.

Kids enjoyed it for the most part But it doesnt have enough things to do, for smaller kids.

Was actually a fun place to go to. Wish they had more room so they could make it feel less cramp on the inside.

I played games here as a child. Now I get to see my daughter have fun doing the same.

All of the machines went from 4 tokens to 5 after the addition of the cards. Vip makes them the price they were beforehand. Most of the machines are near impossible to win, with the ones that can being made impossible soon after. Disappointing.

Awesome staff they are are awesome at getting the kids out during check out

Raised the prices of all the machines unless you are VIP. Disappointing and heartbreaking for my children.

My grandson loves the games

I won the jackpot and it was so awesome. I recommend this place for parents and kids!!

Had great time with my boys and grand kids

To high!!!! paying for the new games is ridiculous

Wowee zowee. If you want to have fun in Valdosta, this is the place to be. So many fun games and prizes.

This is a great for place for adults and children and the employees are super nice and helpful

Very small but it was a few minutes of fun for our daughter. I wish they had more games and ot was pretty crowded.

Extremely overpriced.
