I love the variety of classes they offer to the community.

This is a great place to build community, and exercise and learn something new.

My husband and I are in our 70s, and plan to stay active for many more years, with the help of this great place! There are activities and exercise programs for every age and every level of ability! The instructors are excellent, and the price is very reasonable for the benefits!
