First time living in a MH community and I love it here. The neighborhood has been friendly warm and welcomingThe management is very good as well, they keep this park well run it seems.No regrets for me.

We have a lived here for seven years and find the park a very nice and safe place for seniors to live. The new managers have been trying very hard to maintain this park and support the residents who want to keep this 4-5 star park a nice place to live. The park rules are in place to insure everyone living here benefits from a community mindset that encourages residents to be respectable to one another and maintain their properties in an effort to keep this park a nice place to live. Any resident who doesn’t like this park probably has no interest in maintaining their property or following rules that try to keep the park nice.

Neighbors are little bit nosey

I have been here 6 yrs, Love the Park.. Great security with Upland PD across the Street.... Friendly managers who do a great job.. Easy to follow rules which you get before you even move in.. Not sure who Mrs Schudt is but I think I would find a different park and move if things are That bad.. Just saying....

I love living here. I had never lived in a MH or community living. The managers Pam and Harold are great. They take care of any questions I have. Very knowledgeable and welcoming. I bring my grandkids to the pool which is so nice. Pam and Harold are so supportive of my grandkids using the pool. Thanks for making my life here enjoyable and SAFE. Beth Curry
