This place is a death trap for older folks and people with autoimmune disorders. The transformers are constantly blowing and they use the maintenance worker, who has yelled at residents multiple times that he is not an electrician, to fix them. Now they are threatening residents with eviction because they refuse to fix the electrical problem. There needs to be a second transformer installed but they refuse to pay for it. 100+ degree weather and hours without power is a health hazard for older residents. People are getting sick. Management is extremely rude, harasses their residents and there is CLEAR nepotism going on. This whole f-ing place is corrupt.

So... using trash instead of just fixing the fence is what you call fixing the problem.

After visiting Upland Cascade Mobile Home Park for the very first time I was able to leave very satisfied. Like most Mobile home parks it was very well maintained and presentable. The location is conveniently located next to a great medical center and in a fairly peaceful area. The mobile home park itself is very peaceful, clean, and private without any inconvenient site. If for you alone, with a roommate, or a small family, I think Upland Cascade Mobile Home Park could very well be a reasonable and satisfying option for you. Drive by and check it out. Even if it may not be the option you prefer, I am sure you could still agree with my review.

This place is very calm, their is a pool so you could in, in the summer. I know all of this because I actually live their for two years and moved . But it is amazing their.

I heard Management and the owner are corrupt at this place. I heard they raise the space rent on all the people that have low space rent. I also heard that if you complain about it. Then management has people break into the mobile homes so that you will eventually sell. That’s why there’s always so many for sale all the time. I heard they tow cars quick even if your parked in the guest parking. Beware of this place. Do not buy a mobile home here. If you do, make sure you setup cameras everywhere. I heard the owner and management is corrupt. I hope the cops arrest these people one day.

The playground for the kids to play in is kind of small.

The worse costumer service that I ever see, I DONT know how this people had this kind of jobs, and also how the company keep them. So impolite.

Update 10-11-19: I hired a disabled veteran to do repairs around my house. He was parked on the street in front of my place while I was at work. I got a call from management demanding to know why there was a car parked outside my house. I told them about the repairs and was immediately informed that he cannot park there. I explained that he was working on the driveway and wasnt able to park there and I told her he was disabled and wouldnt be able to walk from the clubhouse to my space. She threatened to have him towed. I called him and let him know the situation. Later, I got another call from management. They were concerned I was painting using an unapproved color scheme. I reminded them that this was the one approved about a year and a half ago and informed them I was just touching up in some spots. The call escalated rapidly and I was so frustrated that, yes, I did use a couple of F bombs to describe how ridiculous this was. I was told that my house was the worst on the block and I asked how I could possibly be worse than the home two spaces down that had blue tarps held down by bricks on their roof. She then told me it was none of my business and threatened to have me evicted because I cursed at her. Mind you, I did say that this is f-ing b.s. BUT I never called her names or threatened her at all. In the end, she made us repaint the entire house in a new color, costing hundreds more in labor and supplies. The house down the street still has blue tarps almost a year later. There is definitely favoritism going on. Ive lived here 30 years and have had to deal with this kind of nepotism year after year.As for safety, our new neighbors seem to bring a few meth addicts around at night, our stuff has been stolen from the driveway (again) and someone attempted to break in through my back door, breaking the door in the process.Oh! And one of those guys from next door stopped us one afternoon to ask if he could come in to charge his phone. He said he couldnt go home to do it since hes been on the run for a few days and admitted to using a little meth to keep his head right. I dont know if it is the same person who tried going into my driveway at night last week. I startled him as much as he did me since I was in my parked car on the phone at the time.Original 2018 review: Cheap rent if you are on rent control. Slightly safer than if you lived in the apartments across the street. Homeless live in the cars on S.B. Road. My neighbor went on a meth-fueled war against our house, the mailboxes, sprinkler system, gas lines, electricity and water line. Was not the first meth-related incident. Street racers inside the park. Toddlers without supervision. Drunk adults fighting and driving off in anger. A child has already been hit and killed in here several years ago. I do not know the circumstances around that, but it should serve as a warning to parents and drivers. Some people throw their garbage beside the trash cans and the workers have begun leaving that behind. I included a photo. The managers can only do what the regional managers and owners want them to do. I feel bad for them that they have to live here, too.

Old charm mobile home community. Well kept grounds and amenities. Secure and friendly.

Been coming to my aunts pool for years, now some new mean women working In the rental off are actively kicking kids and my fam out of the pool when its 100 and no one else for not have our key present, huh...lady its in my aunts house...
