Very friendly and helpful staff

Went there a couple of years ago for window wraps to display my business logo since it was recommended by a friend of mine although Purvis specializes in other types of art/ framing/ logos. I gave them a shot and went through with it. They tried their best to wrap their heads around it, but really struggled to figure out the process to get me from point A. the design to point B the installation. The problem is they would not return calls or emails and didnt keep their word to follow up as promised. When I would call and finally reach someone they would say they needed to call me back and never would. After a month or so, we finally got the wraps printed and ready for install. after about two weeks, the wrap starting peeling off. Three tries later, they finally got it to stick because they called the manufacturer of the material and they were told they were not installing the product as recommended. They finally got it right after multiple trips of a 40minute drive from where I live. Now fast forward a couple years. I recently called them again since they had already figured out the glitches. The first person on the phone said they still do the window wraps but when he got another person on the phone, he tells me the opposite. Seems the poor service never stopped and they have ongoing internal miscommunication. Beware on going there. If you are not bringing in big money, you get shelved until they decide to care about you again. I wont go back for anything again.
