Really busy! If youre picking up an order forget finding parking on the designated pick up spots. I checked in when I got there for curbside and I waited 10 minutes, refreshed the page and said unavailable that I had to pick up in store. I go get in line and call to see if I have to make line, put me in hold for another 5 minutes and never got back to me, I saw a lady just go up to ask for her order so I ended up doing the same. My curbside pick up turned into well over 30 minutes to get my order.

So glad to find another Michales to fill my creative urges. Filled with magical things that bring out the best.I could get lost for hours!

Went to buy tie dye kits for my granddaughter. They had a wonderful kit with at least 24 colors...i forgot the actual count of the colors, I think I a. Close. The kit also came with gloves,Rubber bands, and plastic table cloth and of course instructions. The process was easy to do and everyone had fun doing it.The employees were friendly and took the time to show me where they were.Of course we were all wearing masks including employees. This store is notMY home store but is close to my gra daughters home. I will return to that store whenever I am In the area.

I bought this for my daughter, $85, good value and packed with lots of stuff. Look how tall the Easel is, and its perfect for her height. She is 9.

Wish it was cheaper but other than that, clean, neat, staff is usually helpful so guess theres no complaints.

I get all my paint stuff here and canvas are fail priced. They have tunes of opposition for what ever you want to dabble in or give something new a try and it is cheap enough to give it a try without worrying about spending a ton to get started. Even have things for decorating. It is definitely worth checking out if you are artsy.

My wife loves it here will get lost for hours. Shes a DIY member...

The employees are rude. They no longer accept competitors coupons and since everything is way overpriced, Ill be sticking to Joanns and Amazon.

Very helpful staff - Aspen and Jose especially were really great.Customers arent following mask restrictions well though (noses everywhere) so dont go when its crowded.

I always find the what I am looking for here. My only issue is that they never have people to help on the sales floor. They Have very high quality framing that I have used a few times. I recently purchased baskets for the holiday! They were on sales!!

I really like this Michaels. They usually have what Im looking for when I am searching for items for my art projects for my students or for my holiday crafts. I seem to always walk out with more than what I originally came in for. Service at check out was quick and friendly.

This Michaels is really nice. You could tell before you get in the store they have plenty of benches outside to sit tables to sit at. Its really comfortable outside. When you get in the store its really nice and clean and the employees are very helpful.

This store is awesome. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with your questions and for what your looking for.The inside of the store is really clean and in good condition. Parking is good and close to the store.This store sits in a strip mall with a lot of other stores you are probably going to shop at. There are also a lot of places to choose from if you get hungry.I would definitely recommend this place for everyone to shop at and to come to to help you with your crafting, sewing projects, birthday party, wedding party.They have a lot of storage containers and boxes on sale every day and a lot of other items on sale.The atmosphere here is good, every person I ran into was friendly and will to help you with finding items for your crafting project. The music in the store is cool. I always hear a song i love on the overhead radio.I am always at Michales stores looking for items for the craft projects I am doing for someone or for my self. I always find things I can use once i start a new project.I love this store and they have made a customer for life and I definitely going to recommend this place to all my friends who to craft as much as I love to craft.

They need to put all glitter stuff in one corner, like quarantine, its always everywhere in the store. Because of that its not always clean in here. Customer service is eh okay. Prices are pretty high unless theres a sale and coupon. They dont always have a great selection for wedding stuff.

Well. I sometimes think of doing something creative to do at home. And what did I find at Michaels? A$5 wrist watch. Compare that to the cost of other stores. Also, wedding planning tools. And paints, markers, and pencils. I especially liked the plain skulls for you to decorate at Halloween time. Seasonal items are affordable too.

I love this store. This place is a crafters paradise. I always use coupons here and they accept their competitors coupons also (JoAnns & Hobby Lobby), they used to accept ACMoore but I believe they went out of business (AC Moore that is, not Michaels). Michaels is a publically traded company at less than $8.50 per share. Great variety of items and generally good customer service. I have added a photo of Michales NASSAQ info reflecting info as of the close of the stock market on Jan. 3, 2020.

I like Michaels but the customer service at this location is a hit-or-miss, mostly miss. Last time I was there I said hello to the cashier as I approached the register and got nothing back. Also, it would be nice if they wrapped purchases that are fragile.

Bad experience waiting in line two cashiers but only one was open and finally after 5 minutes or so second cashier decided to put what he was putting together down and take the one costumer thats behind these three ladys who apparently purchased the whole store and me with my two little things. Tons of Holiday stuff for all holidays,Art & craft supplies.Great sales & coupons in mailers. Rewards program has good coupons too. Its best to go @ off times since lines can be long & some folks have lots of little craft things that can take up lots of time @ checkout.

I especially like coming here for after Christmas sale... always find good deals on arrangements ornamental items and floral at 70%off... I prefer Michaels over Hobby lobby any day... happy with the quality of the items and at a great price, who wouldnt!

This is a very small location. Average for cleanliness. Cashiers are rude, not helpful, and clearly there just killing time collecting a paycheck. We were in line, a long one at that. There were two registers open. When it was our turn to pay, the cashier walked away, mind you there was a line behind me. When I finally got up to other cashier, I told her I wanted to use my teacher discount. She looked at my school badge like it was a fake ID then proceeded to question me why there wasnt a school year on it. This ID is about 6 months old and looks exactly like me. She refused the discount, and continued to ring me up. The entire time she was complaining about the mat she was standing on and other things that she shouldnt be saying in front of customers.

They had what I wanted. They have all the crafty tools, material, and decorations a person could want. But, youd better be able to find it your self, theres no help on the floor. All in all a fun place with fun stuff.

Terrible customer service. If I could give them zero stars I would. But its making me give them one.

The best place to shop for yarn

This Dennys was very good. They greeted everyone that came through the door. I thought that this was exceptional - compared to must other Dennys Ive been to. I sat at the counter - so the wait was no time. The food was not quick - but it wasnt slow at all. One of the few Dennys that had TVs to watch while you wait and eat. Lol Highly recommend if your in the area.

I walked the entire store for the items my wife sent be for or help to find it. Came across a lot of people at the picture frame area waiting for help for a long time. Finally found one item I was looking for. Two checkers more than ten people in line ten minutes later we had not moved. Put my items down and left the store. Will not go back.
