Most people dont think about a county seal. But what if you learned that the Union County seal is a drawing of a woman being shot? And then you learned she was shot by British troops while holding her baby? Now thats interesting correct? The woman was Hannah Caldwell, wife of the chief quartermaster of NJ and head minister of the Presbyterian Church of Elizabeth.
