Nice, clean park with plenty of space for kids to enjoy themselves and parents too! I can’t wait for the weather to get a little warmer so we can be here daily! Lots of free parking and very convenient to BART/Food/Bus/Grocery Stores. If you haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out!

Due to Covid-19 most parks are closed. The park itself could really use a groundsman and keep the restrooms unlocked especially for the children. I dont really understand why most playgrounds are closed when dog parks, outdoor fitness areas, baseball diamonds basketball courts etc is open. If this is a deadly virus like they are making it sound shouldnt all lakes, parks & playgrounds be closed? I see lots of kids & teens playing basketball softball volley ball soccer at lots of parks and if they can do that without wearing a mask then they can go to school. No excuse!

Love this park! It is normally well kept, and we like its size. Today, the big bridge feature is in a state of minor disrepair, but has been safely closed up where it needs to be barricaded (the missing fifth star). There are a variety of play areas, for all ages, plenty of seating and shade, and picnic areas. There is also a public restroom here. Overall, a fun and good park to bring the kids out for a play date.

My sister and her friend really enjoyed it and rode the trains and had ice cream.

Nice park for childrens. Playground is for kids of age 2 to 5 years. Lots of activities to do.

So much fun...a lot of kids here but so much to do. We were here for hours

What I liked about this park was that it was easy to find on the corner of Decoto. I also like that there were a lot of trees so there was a nice amount of shade. The play structure was amazing and the theme was California. I really enjoyed how the play structure was interconnected and not separated. There were officers driving around which is nice since this park is near BART.

My son loves to play here, great equipment and great people. Everyone is very respectful and they have a smaller park for smaller people, and larger equipment for the bigger kids. Great area.

Its a good place to take your kids and since the Logan softball field is there, its easy to take bored kids to the park. There is also a little party area nearby to host really any type of party. But if your searching to go to a park, I would reccomend it.

Good weather, good place. You can organize your kids birthday party/ family picnic and stuff. The restroom is not so good though. Parking availability is also okay.

Good bmx/skate spot

Great park to bring the kids, walk or have a party. The jungle gym is San Francisco, California theme. It has a pretty cool bridge to walk on, lots of slides and there plenty of benches and picnic tables parents can sit at whole kid play. Plenty of parking around the park, near community center on Meyers, theres a back lot near baseball field and street parking on eleventh (I think). There are public bathrooms, but like most the soap dispenser is or near empty and theres no paper towels available. Be sure to have hand sanitizer on hand.

Okay bathrooms, nice play ground equipment & nice picnic tables. More shade for those are needed. I have never been when event is going on. Well maintained.

Good location for various shows and festivals. It is close to restaurants and stores! We have attended various festivals there and had a great time at each!

My kid love going there, they have a play structure which looks like golden gate bridge.

Really loved this park. It has alot of space and activities for kids as well as adults. My son loved the little red bridge so much he didnt wanna go home. He also had a blast watching BART pass by. Union City bart is a 5-7 minute walk.The park is clean and well maintained.

Kennedy park, well Ive been going to this park for about fifty years now and almost every thing happens here.every thing from early morning football games and b-day parties to afternoon car and bike shows plus live music.its a great park with lots of memories. check it out .

Best park in Union city. Children have very good time here. Youth center and community hall is also available. Kennedy preschool is present in the same campus. Close to numerous apartments communities and Union city Bart station.

Every year the Bay Bombs Car Club has a Car show. Beautiful Cars and good food, but most of all great friends to hang out with there..

This was adventure for the mind as well as the body. Could play basketball and a playground. Theres signs with historical value is. Union City gold mine missions are just some.

Nice big Field to run around on, with a good playground and simple basketball court. Theres also a pavilion that can be rented out for events.

I would have given more stars if the bathroom wasnt ALWAYS disgusting.

I get the blessing of enjoying my children there.

Nice park with a large grass area, playground, and picnic tables but theres homeless people there... I dont think I felt 100% safe.

Big park...used to for my daughter...lots of activities in the park... bathrooms are not cleaned sometimes.

Hot, sketchy, kids playground needs repair and have lots of spider webs. Not enough shade and seating in the park.

Playground has lots of fun things for the kids but the layout makes it hard to keep an eye on little ones, especially multiple children. The equipment is nice but there is no fence around the area so if you have runners or wandering toddlers beware of the busy road not far off. Restrooms available (no doors on stalls) and picnic tables. Some shade but not a lot on the actual play area so slides, etc can get hot.

Very spacious and clean. Great park setting for kids and family. Parking accessible. Can do bbq, bouncy bounce play house, and has electricity available should you want to have a sound system. The Bart station and Safeway center is close to the park.

Great Park for kids & toddlers. You can relax & enjoy the summer sunshine. Plenty of trees to get shade.

Really nice park design and overall layout. I liked the various areas, playgrounds, shady trees, and outdoor amphitheater style / stage areas. However, the park bathrooms were very dirty and already out of all toilet paper, seat covers and soap at the beginning of the day. Overall a fun park and we will be back but we will be bringing our own toiletries and hand sanitizer next time.

We LOVE LOVE LOVE the playground here!!! It looks like the Golden gate bridge with slides coming off it. My son also loves the horses and gold carts!!! Absolutely or favorite playground in the entire city!!!

I have been going to this park since I was a little girl and now I take my grandchildren there. We have a lot of family functions at this park, its a great place to barbecue and the kids love playing at this park.

Besides the Latino tweaker guy writing graffiti all over the bathrooms and the occasional junkie shooting up in the womans bathroom stall (saw both with my own eyes) in plain daylight, its a nice park.
