I am a crafting enthusiast! I love crafting for my home, making heart felt gifts for others and creating makes me super happy! Michaels was clean, inviting, roomy and best yet; every item is organized per craft that suits your taste what! They have isles dedicated to what you want to create such as the Cross-stitch isle has all of the embroidery thread and kits or if your craft is making candy, there is 1 whole row dedicated to molds and various types of candy. If you can make it, Michaels usually sells the items to bring your creativity to life! The staff was very professional and friendly! I recommend Michaels to any one who wants to create beautiful projects for themselves or others!

So I expect to find a hot glue gun somewhere on this store. Where was it? In a small basket at the cash register. The last place I would look. Am I that old? What happened to the Isle of hot glue guns.

Great products that I havent found anywhere else! Pleasant shopping experience. Only complaint was that there was only one cashier and there were 6 to 8 customers in line the whole time I was shopping.

I went in today to get a 1987 Mickey Mouse and gang poster that had been a very important gift framed. The associate in the framing department, Jeremy, was incredibly helpful and all around awesome. He understood the importance of the poster and helped me select the best framing for it, and even saved me some time doing it!! 5 Stars due to the amazing customer service!

Pretty alright but the layout is a little funky. God help you if you end up in a part of the store you dont recognize.That means youre too far gone. Good luck getting out.

This place was great. Found what I was looking for here when I couldnt find it anywhere else. A customer who was shopping here was even helpful in making some suggestions for my project. Employees were helpful and very friendly. The store was clean. Would highly recommend this store. Was definitely worth the 2 hour drive.

I am a cricut user and corporate has had the store move the cricut supplies to numerous places instead of all being in one area. This made it very difficult to shop. Other than that, it is a wonderful store

As I was in the store, I was being followed like as if I was stealing. There were 2 ladies at the checkout so rude. Not even a hello or how are you. Also a girl dressed up in a scarecrow sweeping down the ile just stood there looking at me like move, not one word like excuse me or I can come thru. So rude!!

Im sure its not the employees fault, but they seemed really understaffed. It took me a long time to find an employee, just to be told they didnt have any thread or sewing supplies right now. But the store was clean and the employee I did find in the framing dept. was friendly and apologetic about the stores lack of my needed supplies. Ill definitely come back when they restock.

Michaels is always a blessing and a curse for me. I always find what I need there but sometimes I find alot of things I want but dont necessarily need. When I purchase those items I run into trouble! Lol

We shopped at the Michaels in Tyler TX to pick up some art supplies for holiday gifts. The store was nicely laid out with everything organized, and the shelves were clean and easily accessible. The employees were very helpful as we had some problems finding something we were looking for and they quickly pointed us in the right direction. Given it was holiday time, the checkout line went very quickly and we were on our way. We will definitely visit this Michaels again in the future.

One of the biggest Michaels I have been in. Clean and plenty of everything.

I really enjoy this store. Parking can be a little hectic if you go when Chuys, the restaurant that shares it’s parking lot with Michaels, is busy. Beyond that it is a great place to purchase crafting items. Very nice staff.

I was looking for Diamond painting supplies but they dont carry any.

My son and I needed cement glue for a 3D printing project and they had what we needed.

Its been long time but they still have alot to look at .

We got decals and youth t-shirts for our daughter to wear to school. Had fun ironing on the decals to the shirts... just the small youth size is a little too big for our 6yr old. Their more like nightgown material for now.This store is well organized and the staff is friendly and helpful! Thanks

While we were able to find some of what we were looking for, the price was 3x retail at other sellers. In finding the items they had, the employees were helpful.

Made a really quick stop at the very last moment before they closed. I was the last customer out the door. Including myself there were only 2 customers in the store. In spite of this fact, the staff on duty were extremely pleasant, and were still jovial and of good cheer. P.S. did I remember to mention I was able to find waxed black thread, and leather sewing needles, in less than 5 mins. ... Thanks Michaels.

Ailes were too packed to walk... Do not offer many of the online deals you find in larger stores. Help was there physically but nobody ever asked if we needed anything though We waked row by row trying to find our Things... Id rather go to Hobby Lobby or Joanns any day.

They had some great Christmas sales and the sweet associate realized she rung soemthing up incorrectly and fixed it which saved me 2 bucks.

Who doesnt love going in here just to look at all the stuff you could do!! i dont know how the staff is because i did not speak with them but the store was clean and the items were awesome to look at

Good selection of very specific crafts. Always very clean and staff is very helpful. The atmosphere is very cheerful. I bought a planner I ended up returning with no trouble what so ever and bought a sketch book instead. Quick check out even if there is a line.

That time i came here to get some supplies i had an orange plain shirt and the other customers thought i was a worker in Michaels. It was a great experience

Bought shadow boxes. Buy one get one free. Both on shelf at $42.99 was charged $54.99 and got the other free at $42.99. Need to place labels or items correctly on shelf. It wasnt moved around item.. there was several in a line in front of the tags.

Michaels always has great sales. My mom and I craft a lot. Definitely check prices if you are going to do something specific, they tend to compete with hobby lobby and even though Michaels has the better price, hobby lobby usually has it on sale ...

Its good for bead crafts but very little on the needle crafts. Couldnt find hardly any yarn I needed. But they carry plenty of Ez yarn.

Was not what I expected. Folks were nice but the store was smaller than I expected and there was a smaller variety of what I needed. I wound up buying the rest of my craft items at the place i was trying to avoid...Wal-mart.

Since Hobby Lobby moved to my side of town I try to use them. In this case, I had a yarn emergency.....yes, I said a yarn emergency!!.....so I ran to Michaels. As is typical, I was underwhelmed by their customer service and quantities of any one color available. I pieced together what I hope will be enough to finish my project but.....not a great experience. Sorry
