I had a very particular issue with some portraits that are very important to me and I came into the store for a quote. I told the ladies I would think about it and they understood because of the size of the portraits and the detail that would be involved. Most businesses would have stopped there, but their passion for helping people and preserving art came through when they gave me a recommendation that did not involve their store. I was so impressed with their customer service, I went back to them and asked them to help me complete the project and they did an amazing job.
