Amazing venue! Excellent staff. Every seat is great. Concession and bar service is too notch. Concert options are spot on for everyone in the community. From rock and roll, rap, gospel, r&b, classic rock, and country. Something for every one! The addition of the LED walls on either side of the stage was a huge improvement as well!

I did not attend the function but i was a member of the decor & ambiance set up crew for the Mercedes-Benz section and everyone that i came in contact with; that was a regular employee of the venue, were all super friendly - helpful and kind. It seemed to me that the set members of the venue all had a good working relationship, as well as each person knew who the go to person was for other sections of the event; which was very much the time saver- instead of walking around the large area looming for whom i was in need if assistance from. If given the chance - and i do see it in my future- i will gladly work ir attend any future functions at the establishment.

Absolutely love going to concerts here! Theres not a bad seat in the place! I love how the sun sets behind the stage. Restrooms are clean, but were a little hot last time I went in early October. Ive been to 4 concerts here and enjoyed every single one! Ive never had trouble getting a parking spot close by as long as you get there early. Pics are from the Kelsea Ballerini and Keith Urban concert in August 2018.

One of my favorite venues I’ve visited recently. Tuscaloosa’s Bicentennial Bash here was great; I absolutely loved Moon Taxï and St Paul & the Broken Bones sets. ODESZA’s A Moment Apart Tour here was beautiful. This venue is a very nice open place to go to with friends and/or family. I recommend it for anyone in the area, it feels like one of the stages for a festival almost.

Awesome awesome awesome time!!! Just make sure you take a clear bag, 12X12 or else they will send you back to your car to rid of any bags. The concessions were great, bathrooms accessible, and designated smoking areas were friendly to smokers!! JUST MAKE SURE you dont take a wristlet bigger than a cell phone, be sure to have a clear bag if you have stuff to carry!!!! The sound lights and everything was awesome! Very clean place and friendly staff!! Great time!!!!!

The ampitheater is easy to get to and parking wasnt that difficult. Maybe it is just the nature of a large venue but the rules for getting in are similar to a TSA flight check in. Ladies, bag must be clear if bigger than a wristie. No food or drink allowed in. And, very oddly, they make you throw away your drinks when you leave. This included our kids water bottles which we intended on them drinking when we got to the 100 degree car in the parking lot.

Did not care about clear bag policy. Especially when some people were allowed to walk with regular clutches .....after the concert at the exit everybody was forced to throw their bottles with water, Gatorade etc in the trash. Its a mistery- you pay $5.00 for a bottle of water!!!!! And can not leave with it. Ridiculous! Not looking forward going there again.

Saw Rob Thomas here. This was our first time here for a concert . Very strict policies, no bags or purses. Only clear see through bags. You pretty much had to walk in there with just the clothes on your back. Also my wife and I had to throw our water bottles away before we left the concert. Weve been to some pretty crazy concerts, including Slipknot with a lot less hassle. Great show but probably wont be back to this location. We are concert junkies so maybe I am being more critical than I should but it was irritating.

No matter where you buy tickets in lower levels except for the front row, apparently you can stand anywhere. So don’t waste your money on expensive tickets, others can come and stand in front of you without same tickets and fold chairs up to make more standing room. The event staff did not check tickets nor help seat once you got into the lower level. Neither did the event staff care people were folding up chairs to make more standing room or care people were standing in the exit aisles. My suggestion buy cheapest tickets then when the show starts rush the stage which is exactly what happened during my experience at this venue. #liveandlearn

Really nice facilities and friendly staff. Bathrooms clean, but no tissue in the stall (had to take my daughter in mens restroom). Half the paper towel dispensers were out of paper towels. Paid $6 for a 20 oz Powerade then when we were leaving were told we had to throw away ALL DRINKS, including the powerade I paid $6 for. Needless to say I was not too happy about that. I am glad we had already drank the other drinks we had purchased.

My honey and I went to see Pentatonix on Aug 22nd and while the performance itself was incredible, the audio was off and did an injustice to the band.. The bass was amplified to a point that the mid range was drowned out.. almost completely at times. When you are showing an acapella group let the individual voices have a chance to shine through. It wouldnt have been difficult to turn the bass down 3 dB and then tweak. As for the venue itself was very clean, easy to locate what you needed, and the staff was very friendly! I felt safe with the PD presence and event staff numbers all of which were mobile and communicative with each other. Food and drink prices are high but I have come to expect that when going to events.Overall a great experience!

While the concert was fabulous, the admission process was extreamly exasperating!! It would be very helpful if at the time of ticket purchase the rules for admittance was noted. First, my sister was told she couldnt take her purse in, only clear bags were allowed. Their solution was take it back to car or hide it in the bushes. As there were no lockers available and we had taken Uber to the venue, the bushes it was. Then, as we went thru with all phones, keys, billfolds etc. held over our heads, we were stopped AGAIN. This time, it was no *tablets* allowed. WHAT? Phones, cameras and binoculars all are ok, but a 7 Amazon Fire tablet isnt!! Their reason.....it takes pictures.....SELFIES only.....I had to get a ride back to our hotel, put things in room then ride back!! Naturally, the show had started, so we missed part of a very good opening act. Im of the opinion that when tickets are purchased for this Venue, a notification of all the policies should be added!!! Ill know next time, if i decide to return.

Awesome place for a show! Recently went for my first visit to catch Jack Johnson and was not disappointed. Despite the size of this place, I dont think theres a bad viewing spot in it. The layout is very nice - lots of space in the seats, lots of seats in the amphitheater, but surprisingly flat when compared against other amphitheaters (Im accustomed to Oak Mountain in Birmingham/Pelham, which I dont generally find to be nearly as comfortable as this place). We would gladly attend another show here.
