Most of the previous reviews are about the food and staff, which were all very good, but I believe the golf course layout and the pro shop staff and crew were really top-notch! The course is a wonderful layout. You need to shape shots left to right and right to left in order to make it around this track. The fairways and rough are in great shape and the greens roll true! You do need a little local knowledge on some of the holes to know where to position your ball, but it is a very fair test of skill. I am visiting from Northern Virginia and was lucky enough to have my home club get me a reciprocal invitation to play. My daughter has three more years here at the University of Alabama and you can believe that I will play this course if and when I have the opportunity!

For first time entering Indian Hills County Club it was apleasant experience, clean place from the outside and inside also friendly people l was a little disappointed when l found out their is no hot water in the mens room but clean restroom. We enjoyed the day playing and having fun with the family, yes will return again.

The food here is abysmal. Over cooked vegetables. The meat is usually left over from earlier in the week then reheated and served again (multiple times Im sure).
