Great food! Awesome games! I won a really cute lamp that was only about 2300 tickets. Unlike other places that give you a piece of candy for like 20390020020 tickets, Dave and Busters has pretty good prices!

This was my first time ever going to this place. I really wanted to try the food so that’s what I did, didn’t play any games which next time is for sure on my to do list. I like how the staff really made sure we were taking care of. If you never been I recommend I will be going back again soon I can’t wait. Great date night spot my wife loved it.

Everything was great except our server, she was extremely rude, she first had brought us out the wrong drinks she got upset she had to re do them and rolled her eyes right in front of us, then we ordered desert waited almost 40 min, then reminded her of it she said she had forgot to put it on our ticket? Then said the kitchen was closed already anyways and walked away. Terrible customer service

Our party was there before us, and we were a little late.... waitress didnt even ask us if we wanted to order anything or not and we had to order our drinks from the bartender I am a little disappointed tonight. Luckily our party were willing to share their food with us

I started going to Dave & Busters last year and loved it. I’m definitely an arcade junkie, so this place is awesome to me. You definitely get your money’s worth, because the games actually don’t cost that much (compared to other places). They are only getting 4 stars because the food and alcohol beverages aren’t that great. We really only go to play games, because the food is overpriced and underwhelming.

We wanted a night to unwind and enjoy each other company, and thats what we got. Had the nachos, played games, won enough tickets to get a d&b throw blanket. Thank you to the staff for bring so kind. Sunday evenings are a great night, not over crowded.

My wife and I went to Dave and Busters in an attempt to have drinks, food, and play some games. We sat at the bar. There were six other people seated at the bar. We waited 5 minutes before we were greeted, and another 5 before we were given menus. The food selection was awful. Not one menu item was appealing to either me or my wife. We decided to just have drinks and play games. After waiting 15 minutes for the bartender to take our drink orders, we decided to leave. The bartender did not serve one drink to any patron while we were there. He was busy wiping the beer taps down the entire time we were there, and everyone sitting around the bar was watching him in hopes of being served. This was the second time weve been to this location, and probably the last time.

Server was very rude about the mask policy when I asked if my brother had to wear one since he is not 18 and has severe asthma. I simply asked a question and she promptly responded with a terrible tone informing me that “unless he is 10 then he had better put a mask on, this is a mask zone. It’s posted everywhere in case you didn’t see it.” I had just simply asked a question with no I’ll intention or attitude in my tone. I’ll never come back to this overrated chuckle cheese.

Each time I hit a D&B they have less games than before. The menu is down to just a handful of items. It feels like D&B is on their way to complete closure. They have become Chucky Cheese with better games.

The social distancing policy is hypocritical and absolutely meaningless. One Shark fishing game with four players seated 3 feet apart have two turned of while the Hot Wheels game with 6 players are all in and standing shoulder to shoulder. if it’s the same party all the games should be available. It is utter nonsense. The social distancing BS is getting tiresome and corporations are just trying to create an illusion of safety. What is wrong with everyone for putting up with this type of asinine policy? Of course they don’t tell you before you lay down money for the game card.

Worse experience in restaurant history. Short caucasian bartender woman with glasses was very rude for the 15-20 minutes being there. She was terribly rude and disrespectful towards her elders, which are people thats a lot older than she is. A big warm thank you to the male bartender (kind of heavy set caucasian guy) that took care of my group of people. Sorry, I didnt know any names.

Absolutely appalling. This place should NOT be open and is only contributing to the massive spike of COVID cases in Tulsa. I ordered to-go but after walking in for 2 minutes and waiting at the bar I walked right back out. Staff and management had no masks on or they were worn incorrectly. Customers were in the arcade area with no masks. Highly doubt there is any sanitation protocol in place as the place was filthy. I’ll be looking to file a report with THD. You are putting staff & your community and should be ashamed of yourselves. will never set foot in a DNB again.

Restuarant was very clean & tidy. Their steak was phenomenal! Loved how their green beans were different & unique other then the average way.

We celebrated my birthday here. The deal was 20.00 for unlimited wings and game play. We had hours of fun! The bathrooms were so nice and clean. The waitress was attentive and very sweet. Although the menu looks pricey, it includes game play too. It really brings back nostalgia. If you like video games, youll have a blast!! Go and have fun!!

Not a pleasant experience. We were encouraged to sit at the bar by the hostess even after we showed interest in a booth, so we did and low and behold, the lone bar tender could not keep up with the amount of patrons in the area. Our drinks were empty nearly the whole time. We were skeptical about ordering the drunken strip and salmon, but after being recommended to try it, we did. The salmon was awful and my $27 New York Strip was severely undercooked (blue rare at best) and it was very apparent that the cook do ant know how to cook and prep a steak. I ordered medium-rare. The manager came to the table and kept making the excuse that well, we are not a steak house. If you are not a steak house and your steaks are not we quality, thats all well and good, just dont charge $27 for a NY Strip. Thats very misleading. So to compensate he let us order hamburgers that never showed up after another hour of waiting, but he did bring us some stale Im sorry chips and salsa. We eventually left after 1hr 45 minutes of not having any food at all.

The place smells great. Whatever air freshener they use in their ventilation system is amazing. The bathroom was great as well. I appreciate the large stall doors and regular volume music. It gives a lot of privacy. Our waiter (who was also the bartender) was really friendly. Food was good but a little pricey, in my opinion. It seems like their menu is trying to be more fancy than what it needs to be. Husband got the Mac and Cheese dinner (with chicken and bacon). It was $13 and the portion size was underwhelming for that price. My sandwich was good but didnt look anywhere near like what was pictured on the menu.... Not even close. Games seem a bit pricy to me and selection was few as its not a very big arcade. Its much smaller than other D&Bs. Al in all it was a decent night out but, honestly, I was expecting more bang for my buck.

My family LOVED this place. Only thing missing was the Laser Tag they said.

Food order was wrong. Wanted to dine-in and it was made Togo. Didnt want veggies on one order and there were. Wanted to change the sauce one another and didn’t get it.

Always amazing customer service. Our app had all our tokens but our physical card had all the tickets and we were trying to combine them but the system wasnt working. Instead of wasting our time the manager loaded our card with a little less than the tokens we had and said we could figure out the phone another day. Truly awesome to accommodate us... very pleased as we are at this location all the time!

In response to the business reply: I rated 4 stars because the staff is extremely friendly and the food is delicious BUT the arcade area lacks. We used to enjoy coming here with our kids or for date nights but it seems the more we come the more games dont work. We pay a lot to beable to play and at least 1/4 of our points get stolen by the machines and the games dont work. It takes forever to get the situation corrected so we realize if we play, were gambling more than anything. It is a fun experience for our kids though, just not us anymore

They have a lot of great games here, they have a lot of great food options, and they have a lot of great drink options as well. One thing I found quite lacking about it though was the Crane games their claws are just a little too loose to actually grab anything except for the balls so dont waste your time on those machines.That said games that are worth your while would typically be the basketball the Skee-Ball the baseball and the milk jug toss.

You can never be too old for Dave & Busters! I won two awesome pillow out of this big ole claw machine. The environment was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. We had fun, I loved it!

Food is good and games are great. The only issue I ever have here is the service can be slow at times. Even when literally no one else is eating, I feel like things are brought out slow or drinks are not refilled very often. Other than that I love going to this place with my family for a night of fun

I love D&B!!! Its a great place to eat and play. The food is great. I love the burgers, nachos, the fish is amazing, and the wings are good too. I love that the managers come around and ask if theres anything you need. We come here a lot, so weve had almost everything. I love the games, even though the ones you when tickets on cheat. Its still a fun experience. I see a lot of reviews saying its expensive. The thing is, D&B was originally for adults. There are many places like this specifically for children and are cheaper. Those places dont have alcohol. I also like going earlier so that I dont have to deal with other peoples children or many other people for that matter. Its just me, my girlfriend, food, games, and the staff (who are the most awesome people). This is the only one in Tulsa and all of the staff Ive encountered here were very helpful and just awesome sauce. Ill keep coming back until I move, so stay great guys and gals!!!

We had a great time here. The food was good, the restaurant wasnt too crowded and had nicer seating than I expected. Our server Hannah was really nice and attentive. We will definitely come back :)

Alena was our bartender today and she was FANTASTIC!! Really great drinks and attitude I would certainly recommend happy hour to anywho wanting a mid day date with their significant other or just getting out with friends. I tried most of the signature drinks and they are delicious!! And amazing deal during happy hour. $5 Patron margaritas?! Yes!

A smaller Dave and Busters but it was nice and not too crowded. Bar drinks were good, bartender friendly and the steak was delicious. I was actually surprised it tasted so good!

Need more games. Whats with the push button generic fighting games. Not a fan. They dont work very well and are rip offs. Like all the shooting games and basketball games. Drinks were nice and strong. Workers were all very nice. The chips scheme is very confusing.

The food is good, the service is great. Not all the video games are available on unlimited play. Atmosphere is loud and noisy. If you want a quiet atmosphere then you will not find it here. My family had a great time.

The menu is ridiculously enormous. And food isnt very good. Ive been many times but its mostly for games and drinks. Dont get me wrong I have fun everytime but disappointed with the food. If I can give advice Id say shorten the menu and master whats on the menu.The customer service is top notch. A++ positive employees.

Place is incredible a little noisy but incredible. Host at Front Desk Gilberto went beyond the expectations to make sure we were taking care off.I would love to come back again especially if he is working i watched him all night come to each table especially mine and ask us every 5 to 10 min to see if we needed a refill or needed something i give him 5 stars . Sitting time was slow i was in a wait time but he made sure i was taken care off i was grumpy with him but he did put a smile in my face made the time fly by fast . My server was excellent she did seem like she was worn down but who wont place had more people then a club. I extremely like this place especially the food the staff the games. The only bad thing i will say is they should check under tables for gum i found 1 stuck on the side of table and one under the table really nasty but not too nasty to give them a 4 star. Thank you Dave and Busters i will be back.

I visited D&B on March 16th and worked with DJ and James (manager?). They were both very patient and extremely nice to me while I dealt with two hyper kids and tried to get 7 or 8 play cards consolidated into 2. The entire facility was immaculate, clean and there was hand sanitizer set out in several places throughout the gaming area. It was a great experience and I appreciate the great service.

Lots of fun. Would go back. Food is meh. I would eat somewhere else before you come. Fun for kids and adults on a cold night

Came in for the first time today with my 11 year old son for unlimited games and wings.Unfortunately only about 25% of the games were available with our unlimited card, the rest cost extra.Wings and fries were cold.Server was nice but had way too many tables, so service was slow.Talked to manager before leaving this, he said “my apologies” and walked off.What a disappointment, we won’t be back.

First time here. We went to see mma ufc fights.one of the hostesses was rude to my wife but other than that we had fun. Food was ok but not the best. Beer was ice cold. I never even looked at the games that were available to play but could hear lots of adult laughter! On day we might go back to get the full experience! I like video games!

Service was perfect and the games were fun as always. Only knock was the food seemed like it had been sitting awhile (nothing was hot, just had and oldish taste) but the food came out quick, so that was confusing. Maybe too much preprep? Just would have been perfect if food seemed fresh.

I went to this location with almost 600 chips on my phone and I prefer to use a card when I’m playing instead of my phone. For whatever reason it wasn’t working and the system wouldn’t allow the chips to transfer. The manager there hooked us up with some chips to play anyways as we couldn’t figure out why! It honestly made my day, and we will be back very soon not just because of that, but the staff is friendly, the bartender makes the drinks right, and they have a good variety of games!

My son and I loved spending our Mommie and son date for his 11th birthday at Dave & Busters.

Food was good as was service.

The food and the service was great. An it would be a great place if you have the extra money, your a sports fan, or for a party. Its not really a place I could afford to go to every week for family night.

Playing the new halo game with friends... Good service.. Great food and great drinks i had a blast. The drink of choice i had was green ghost and it was delicious. Then the burgers came out and were amazing. My friend let me try one of the chicken and waffle sliders and it was delicious. Ill definitely be ordering more of that next time!The games were fun and very much time consuming. Time flies when youre having fun and it did before we knew it it was closing time. Polite and patient staff. Will definitely be back!

The food was just okay.I got the sirloin steak, medium. It was really dry around the edges. The broccoli and mashed potatoes didnt have much flavor. The tea tasted old, and my husbands ribs were way overcooked.I paid over $20 for two drinks, and mine just tasted like juice.The atmosphere was nice, though, and we had a good time playing games.

Dave and Busters is always a great time! The staff at this location are also friendly and a pleasure to be around. If you havent been before, hit this place up on Wednesdays because the games are all discounted. Dont forget to eat too! Their menu is fantastic!

We always like Dave & Busters. Weve been to many D&B accros the country its always fun. Kids enjoy it, adults enjoy it. Again always fun!This one tho is the smallest Ive seen so far. Very small, it doesnt take many steps to walk all around. & because its so small, you feel cramped in some areas if its busy. So it can be a bit uncomfortable to move around. The food, I cant say much of it because I have only had the fries (a bit too salty) & they dont have vegan options. I hope they bring something at least other than fries. Because it is 2019. More people are eating better options. So would be great if they bring some veg options for vegetarians & vegans. Other than that always a fun place to go. Wish the size and space was bigger tho.

It was the best place ever. Its really fun,you can get candy and toys with tickets that you earned,and theres no tickets to haul around because the tickets are saved to your card!

D&B really came thru in the clutch for us for our fantasy draft the day before our draft Fox and Hound has pipes burst and have to close their restaurant. D&B came thru bc we had a connection. It was super loud to draft but the place overall is pretty great. The food is a bit pricey but I love how they are always updating games. The drinks are solid too. They may want to consider doing more than just games though like main event. Can be a bit pricey just for arcade games and eating

Atmosphere was great, Drinks and food was amazing. Would of given 5 star if it was more adult oriented vs full of famies with young children on a Friday night.

The management staff was completely incompetent and double charged us for our meal. We were promised that one of the pending charges would fall off but it didnt. Im trying to contact the corporate office in hopes of getting this resolved but no luck so far.

The UFC fight nights are awesome. The staff is wonderful and you can tell they love there jobs. I am always excited to go here.

Cool place to get food and play games. The booze is very expensive. Actually the whole experience is really expensive. My wife and my 2 year old and I went and dropped over $100 and we had $40 in gift cards. We did drink a little and the drinks start at $10!!! They do not list prices on the alchohol. But we had fun anyway. Wont be going back for awhile. The food was better then expected.

Went on a date, spent twenty bucks on fast food chicken strips and an unlimited card only to be able to play a total of 10 games out of what seems like at least thirty. Granted the strips were unlimited but the gameplay is what brought us there. Its just too expensive for very little gameplay to offer. Our server was wonderful though.

Came in last night and Jia made me feel nothing short of welcome. I will definitely be coming back!

Went to hang out with friends at the bar last Friday night. The atmospher was very nice and clean. Michael the bartender was very attentive to our needs and very polite all evening. We will definetly be back!!!!

I went to Dave & Busters today and there was this wonderful black woman working there named Jia. She was super polite and helpful to me and my family and she did it all with an ear to ear smile. I really hope next time I visit Dave and Busters, she is working.

I give it 2 s only because the food was great. The service wasnt good at least on that day it wasnt. The game are a little too expensive in my opinion. But if it help i would go again even if it was just to eat.

Jia was very nice and treated me and my wife like family. We will be returning :) highly recommended.
