Wasn’t crowded and food was actually pretty good. Took out the slide, ball pit, etc. but understandable. It seemed like they were taking appropriate COVID-19 safety measures and required masks and checked everyone’s temperature when first arriving through the main door. Kudos for them for trying to keep customers safe.

Had a birthday party there. Tony was our server and he did an outstanding job. Basically we got to go there and enjoy the party instead of doing all the work. We bought the smallest package and the children loved it. They are so entertained while being there. When we first arrived they had all the table set-up. We knew exactly where we were supposed to go and didnt have to ask any questions as far as where our table was. They had a big sign with our grandsons name on it making him feel like he was on top of the world. Honestly he didnt really know how to react. I talked to management and they let me know that they are Under New Management and all of their staff has been trained to do childrens parties and its just a really cool place to be. I like the fact that its all open and you can go basically where you want. You dont have to worry about your children being too far off. I will definitely be having another party there.

I think I have more fun then my girls do. Make sure and sign up for thier emails, pretty good coupons. They also have tickets loaded to a card so no more carrying all those tickets around or leaving them at a machine.

While the gaming options are decent and age appropriate for pre school to elementary age children, and the gaming costs are competitive to similar venues, the food costs are prohibitive. Has taken steps to make the venue safe in covid-19.

Had a birthday party for my granddaughter who turned two. The party planner we had, Tony, did a great job keeping the party moving and was super helpful. The food was hot and fresh. And Chuck E. came out several times in the 3 hours we were there. Great service. Good food. And the kids had a great time. I only have good things to say about this place!

I was amazed at how well they were handling everything admits the pandemic. They had us use sanitizer before coming in. You could tell they were concerned about our safety and not just their own like I’ve seen around. There was only a handful of people there so it was the perfect time to go.

Theyre doing a good job at keeping things clean and sanitary during the Corona issue. Certain games may only be limited to 1 player, some were off all together. Food still tastes good. Try the Pepperoni Pizza Rolls!

Honestly the best crew worked Saturday evening on 6/13. My son and I went to have a fun time (we definitely did) but our pizza was taken by another guest. After about an hour, I went to see if it had been delayed or something. They explained the situation and offered a refund (to which I said no, mistakes happen) and not 10 minutes later we got our pizza! Super friendly and sweet staff, great kid friendly environment and Covid-19 safe!

Since the covid 19 only half of the games are open inside. Still fun but not when its packed...

I went for a birthday party. I asked if the cake and cupcakes I made could go in the cooler till it was time and they wouldnt even answer me. Too expensive for the food and only every other game was playable. Not worth the money I would say find something better for your kids to go play at and eat. I get going through covid-19 but if your not even cleaning the games after kids play on them then open all of the games up for a better experience.

Waiting 30 minutes just to order. Masks not being enforced. People plop down at tables closed for social distancing. Most other tables are dirty. Staff have not cleared them. Just nasty.

Its all new with plenty of games but no more stage where they would sing. The games are great but you took away what made Chuck E. Cheese stand out. Now I feel like Im at Dave and busters or Andy Bs.

Poor Training, Poor Management (District Managers)Inventory ordering is obviously off - need more variety of colors for kids cups (yellow, purple girls boys etc), out of certain flavors of Dipping Dots but your cashiers still sold them (cookies n cream), advertise 2 sizes of beer but was not given a size option upfront, ordered cake and was not told at point of purchase the wait would be literally over an hour only to find out the cake was still Frozen hard - we cancelled it and left! You need more than 1 manager that can approve or override at the register, Train the employees (teenagers) to a level of service that matches your outrageous prices, and get a handle of your inventory please. Future customers deserve better! And fix the ticket redeeming machines.....happy kids = happy parents = repeat customers

They updated their games for cards. All of the sudden it costs 3x more than before! Nice staff, but not a great deal anymore.

Chuckie Cheese will always be one of my favorites! Super cheap games their food is pretty good!! Ive had a birthday party here when i was a child and it was one of my favorite child hood memories! Your tokens get stollen by the games a lot but they will replace them if you tell them at the front desk! A lot of the times its crazy in here and children are unattended so it can be hectic at times, but overall its a pretty nice arcade! Definitely worth a try!

I took the two little kids I babysit(5&6) here for just the games and I was impressed with how far the Play Points went. I bought 100 play points for $20(they have a coupon on their website) and we got to play a ton of games than still had points left on the card after we left. Most of the games are 1-2 play points from what I saw.The only negatives I have is we got a cookie cake that wasnt that good, the fountain drinks and Sweet Tea didnt seem to be refilled regularly. We got there at 11am(which was only an hour after opening) and the Sweet Tea looked to be just water and the Sierra Mist didnt have much flavor to it.

Craig and Alex were absolutely wonderful we came in about an hour in 15 minutes before they closed and they still helped me and my daughter and answered every question that we had make sure that my daughter Got The best play package that they had to offer for her age and showed me all the rides and games that she would be able to participate in and informed us of how to use the games and she had a blast I mean everything that they showed me that she could play on and ride she was able to do and she absolutely loved it and then to top it all off we ordered a pizza and Craig make sure that it was made exactly the way that I wanted it and even changed a few things so I can order it the way that I liked it I havent received customer service like this in a very long time these two are assets to this company they are very nice well-mannered young men and it was a blessing to meet them and I cant see taking my daughter to any other Chuck-E-Cheese not after the service that I received at this one

We were here to celebrate my granddaughters 4th birthday party,Unfortunately it was a terrible experience,We originally bought a package with 5 children and 4 adults, from 3-5pmEverything was ready when we arrived,But no balloons, response to my daughter wasThey ran out of helium,Ok, that happens,Package comes with drinks,My daughter ordered Sprite and root beer,Nope, out of root beer,Pizzas arrive without peppers,Yip, you got it, Out of peppers.We then had 4 more children and 3 adults surprise my granddaughter party,My daughter immediately added them to our group,Staff member brought the special cups and the game cards,* very important here,I know this review is long,So Im adding this in the middle,The additional guest game cards we added @ full price,were swiped into game machines at around 4.50pm,By 5.35pm they no longer worked,The original party ones did work for two hours,More below,The next hour and half the only time we saw any staff come to our tables was when one of our party went to the salad bar, someone ran over to say,Thats going to be additional charge,WOW, was always Included before,Tables were never cleaned, even when a server said we needed to do the cake,We had to clean a part of the table to make room for the cake,Next is time to open gifts,AGAIN,No where to put gifts, we had to move to a close Booth,I totally understand,Trying to save money in staff,But at least provide a place for trash close to party and inform the host that no staff will assist during the party,Next part sealed the deal,Brought my daughter the bill,Almost $300 owed,INCLUDING $8.00 for a small plate of salad,Lol,My daughter went to talk to management,Then 3 servers appeared,I thought to start cleaning,NO!!!!to talk about my daughters complaint right in front of our group,Are you kidding me???This could get seriously NASTY Especially when our server came over and threw down the bill on the table and said QUOTE, Heres the bill, pay what you wantWhoops,Talk about adding fuel to a blazing fire,Not good idea,Oh BTW,I think they gave her a $30 something discount,But the $8.00 salad stayed,But we decided it was best to finish the party,Since this was not the 1st BAD experience for all adults in the past,We will not bring anymore business to this restaurant,Especially with the added game cards mentioned above working less than 45 mins,Our guests decided it was just best to go ahead and leave,You guys are in the party business,GET IT TOGETHER,if youre unable to accommodate a party,Say so!!!If youre only renting out a couple of tables, and families are on their own to keep everything cleaned up,SAY SO!!!!Parents do a lot of planning for kids birthday parties, everyone wants to have lots of pictures to look back on and most importantly they want HAPPY, POSITIVE MEMORIES,

Fun place, but not very many games for children 3 & under. Prizes cost large amounts of tickets for even the small cheap prizes. But the all you can play card is a good deal

Great experience! The points were a good price for arcade games and it was a great place for a little date if its slow inside! The prize desk was more than nice and let us get something that was way outside our ticket price range!

Very scaled down due to covid. Difnt get any of the traditional things. Games. Pizza. Cake. Thats it.

This place was remodeled and looked great. But they charge so much for a pizza that takes 40 minutes to make. The wings were fantastic but double the price you pay anywhere else. And they only have child size cups requiring adults to spend most their time fighting a crowd to get drinks in the smallest beverage area imaginable

Management was very nice and caring. Games were all working and staff was very attentive.

We went on Saturday 11/16/19 a few days after their grand re-opening the place looked really nice and the workers keep the game floor super clean and was consistent on keeping tickets stocked as fast as they could and the staff was super friendly and the prices for games cards are worth the money especially when you get a combo there the only reason why I am giving a 3 star is because the salad bar that we pay $8 and some change for was disgusting because they didn’t change out any of the food to replace with fresh clean food or clean up around the edges and the pop area was sticky with lids and straws everywhere other then that my kids had fun and it has stepped up with games and games cards over the years just wish I could have got my money’s worth from the salad bar.

Packed, slowwww service and entry. Left because after getting in the wait in the next line was huge as well. It took another fifteen minutes to wait in line to get out the door. I understand the safety system in place and appreciate it but it is not efficient by any means when it comes to service.

The kids love it. Lots to do. I wish parents paid more attention to their childrens behavior. I think this day and age child security should be upped more than just stamping on the way in. Someone can still run out with a child.

This place is so much fun we end up spending 3 hours here and its not just the kids that dont want to leave. The stuffed crust pizza is amazing! The employees are super fun and made the night even better!

Good cheap fun for younger kids. Its my kids favorite place plus they give out free tickets from time to time.$20 bucks for a 4 or 7 year old will get you far.

Great fun for the kids but they really need more help at the desk and someone should be patrolling the floors. Idk how many games were out of tickets that were not refilled within the 45 minutes I was there. The ski ball machines never have enough balls because someone keeps putting them all in 3 or 4 lanes. Kids were running around playing games with pizza in their hands dropping it and leaving it which was not cleaned up 20 minutes later. I like the place but the staff minus the young man at the prize counter were slacking.

I went to this location for my niece’s birthday party. I grew up with the faculties being called Show Biz. A lot of the elements about this place were the same as other locations, which a few let down.We ordered pizzas. And it was told we’d have it ready by 2 pm for the party. But it didn’t come until 2:45. Also, many of the machines and games had an out of order sign on them or the cards wouldn’t work on them. Lastly, it was understaffed and the employees there were visually frustrated with that. The employee in the Chuck E costume seemed a little tired. The kids noticed.The good things were that the bathroom was clean and presentable. The pizza was really good, compared to other locations. And the people at the ticket accepting counter were helpful and kind.

Although a few playing machines needed a little TLC, The Employees were friendly and welcomed you with a smile which is a big plus for me. My Son enjoyed it so much that it made me happy. Happy me, Happy place and A Big Happy 5 Stars . This is an excellent place to bring the family for lots of fun. Thank you

I love it besides when the games would glitch out

I went in a week prior to booking a birthday party to see what was offered, booked the party. Planned to spend quite a bit of money on this party because I liked the idea of someone else directing it so I could be more involved with my child. Day of the party we arrived 15 minutes early to find the fun house had been removed, the signs on the building were taken off and the place was being renovated. No one mentioned this to me the week prior. The manager on duty seemed surprised that we had a party coming in. Nothing was ready but then she insinuated it was because we were early. Our server kept disappearing. The dipping dots icecream included in the package was never served, besides they were out of half the flavors the kids picked. I ordered a salad bar, it was ridiculously priced for what was offered. The ranch dressing was questionable as I could see bubbles on the top, usually a sign its gone bad. I voiced my complaints to the server assigned and to the manager. I was given a 10% discount for the remodeling inconvenience. But it was hardly worth it. My son who turned 5 did enjoy the games that were working, and the fact he had fun allowed me to tolerate it all. But given a choice I wouldnt do this again or ever.

We had a mega party booked for a birthday girl (big 6!) and 15 additional kids. Chuck E Cheese was supposed to come out at 1:30. He didnt come out until after 2:00. We ordered a cake with the party, our cake and pizza was given to another party, so the birthday girl had no cake or candles to blow out. The other 2 parties going on at the same time got their cakes and ice cream. Our birthday girl had to blow out a lighter. It was after 2:15pm when we got (2 of 3) of our pizzas (waited 30 more minutes for the 3rd pizza). They finally brought out a small cake (not the large sheet cake we bought). The birthday girl was in tears. The server said it was is first day. He had no instructions on what to do and this was our first party here, so the whole experience was not one to make us want to return. I will not be recommending anyone hold their childs party here.

I went in and it amazes me everyone except for a few younger workers looked extremely messed up, on drugs or drunk. And we are bringing our children here for a fun time. The manager Brandy and the kitchen manager were cussing out loud at workers and i watched the only two sober people walk out. This store is a shame. I would suggest incredible pizza, dave and buster or even just a public park over this location any day!! Makes me sad that they can get away with acting this way in front of our kids!!! Setting bad examples for the world!

My son just celebrated his 5th birthday here today and I must say Kenyatta, our party host made the experience the best it could be! She really was able to guide him along and make him feel comfortable and special for his day. Thank you!

Pizza seemed better than I remember! Pepperoni stuffed crust was great! The removal of the stage and memories dropped it by a star for me. The prizes also seemed to go up by a lot in terms of ticket requirements.

Great fun for parties. You get unlimited games for an allotted time with special birthday packs. Made it fun for the parents too

We love going to chuck e cheese. My son dropped his card on accident and they got him a new one fairly quick. It was a good visit and it was his birthday.

I just came to pick up food. Slow and not friendly. Would not bring my kids to this one. Without naming, there is a much better place for kids right down the road.

The staff needs customer service training from the manager on down. I have 30 years experience and gave them lots of opportunities to correct the multiple issues. Your reply is advertisement only. So you are not trying to make it better still

Pizza wasnt bad. Typical of any Chuck E. Cheese, most games work but there are some needing repair. This location is rather clean. Staff is helpful and ready to help when needed. We take our kids here as a treat to play games about 1 x month. Its an affordable means of entertainment.

Had a really good night. The kids loved playing. We do wish Chucky came out more then for the birthday party.

After the recent renovation the place seems empty. The games are constantly out of tickets and the staff seems like they could care less. Kids still love it but I just dont enjoy it anymore. No more jungle gym, the guy who plays Chuck E seems like he hates his job and is depressed and the people who take your orders for pizza seem so rude. The plus is the pizza is great and my kids still have a blast.

The pizza was VERY bland. I was excited for stuffed crust but it had no flavor, the cake was terrible too. Icing tasted like plastic. Chucky was boring, not very active or friendly. I am very sad the tunnel for the younger kids is gone; my 2 yo granddaughter did not have a lot to do. Our party planner was awesome and I do like the new token system.

Very expensive, the food quality was not good. Salad bar was almost completely empty. Had to ask twice to get someone to fill it. It was also dirty. Could see that the kitchen was not very clean. Out of 20 napkin holder 18 were empty. Very disappointed. I will not go back. Incredible pizza has better food and better selection. Incredible pizza is also much cleaner.

They have upgraded alot. Looks cleaner and nicer. Only issue is so did the prices and ticket quantity for the surprises

The remodel is clean with a brighter eating area and new seating. Looks good. Ther kids always have a blast.

My 6,4,2 year old love this place!! (I secretly love it just as much!) so reasonably priced As well! Especially if you look at their coupons online. Even without them I would come back though!

Great place to throw a childs birthday and great games & food also.

Bring your antiseptic wipes and wash your hands frequently because they havent cleaned this place since the early 90s. Come armed with a high level of patience as well, if you havent been there youll quickly learn what I mean.

Still a good place to bring the kids over and even to have small Birthdays in the booths just like we did with our 7yrs old boy. We bought pizza drinks and a small cake for us 4 and celebrated with him. He loves to play there. Some of the staff were really nice

Took the grandkids for their first time to Chucky Cheese and they had a blast. Took my kids when they were little so figured it was time to take the grandkids. The place has changed over the years. The games and entertainment is a lot different but good. The pizza has gotten a lot better. The wait is still about tj he same though. But all in all I still like the place and the kids loved it so it was worth the time and money.Maybe if I live long enough I can take the great grandkids. Lol.

Overall great experience! My so. Said he wants his bday party here every year, though I am assuming my party attendant was a newer employee. Prize counter had no clear “lines” and one employee which made for long wait times. I didn’t get the balloons that came with the package but the party attendant let his little brother do the ticket blaster too!!

They got rid of the animatronics, which was always the drawing card for my own kids and now my grandson. We were hoping to at least see Chuck E. CHEESE as the costumed character, but he was not there either. The food was overpriced. They were going to charge $6.50 for a 3 year old buffet. The pizza buffet consisted of cheese and pepperoni. The salad bar was advertised as a 30 item salad bar, but all I saw was one tub full of iceberg lettuce. Two of the ticket counting machines broke while we were there, and the prizes were terrible. We will be going to Incredible Pizza from now on.

So much fun even for adults. We went to relive our second date from high school and the staff was wonderful. Salad bar was good and we were not overrun by unruly children or rude parents. We will definitely return

Fun place for kids

I went on a Sunday with my daughter. It was ok, my daughter had the most fun and thats all I cared about.The things that I saw,To many games either off or out off order. Your staff were amazing tho. Your toys(arcades) are breaking down and needs attention.

Had to wait 35 minutes for a medium pizza only to not have a single clean table to sit at, after clearing our own.. lots of the games had error codes or didnt work and they had two functioning ticket munchers.. my daughter still enjoyed it for what it was, just far from my expectation.The staff was nice

I truly enjoyed my visit. I took my kids and grandchildren out for a family night. Although the food could be better, the gaming made up for it. The restrooms were clean. There was plenty of parking. The workers were very friendly. For a fun night out with young children this is the place to go.

I like that chuck E. Cheese changed the way you can play games there. They have cards that are way more convenient and easier to keep up with. you pay for the time to play. So the kids can enjoy all games for whatever time u pay for and its not expensive. Also its awesome that parents can enjoy an adult beverage while the kids enjoy themselves. My kids love chuck E Cheese. So therefore I love them too. Good job Chuck E. Cheese.

Cheaper than incredible pizza when you have more than 2 kids. I have four and all got 705 tickets each on the 120min combo plan. Paid 65$. One card is all you need and you can pause it to eat. However, the workers cleAned off all our pictures pizza and drinks before we were done while we were playing games. They replaced it but you cant replace the same pictures already taken. And thats the best part for parents.

Fun but it has declined since my boys were little. Plus they need to fix the machines!!! Half of them were broken and there were 8 ticket munchers but only 3 of them worked..... However, all in all my grandbabies had fun and that is all that mattered

The pizza took way to long to make and was way expensive. The drinks were so small and refilling was a nightmare. When we went the place was so packed full of ppl Im sure there was more ppl in there than allowed by law. Such a tiny building for such a place.
