The course was in good shape. Very payable and clean. Probably wouldve gave them 5 stars. But we had to wait nearly 45 mins past our tee time. Because they dont have enough carts for the players theyre booking. So they need to increase the number of carts drastically. Overall though we had a good day on the course.

They just got new golf carts. Now if they could just fix the decking on the wide bridge around holes 12/14Later: So they fixed the worst hole but then tried to soak us with the sprinklers :-)

It was a fun course, but theyve got a serious poison ivy problem. Its all over place! It would be nice if they had more yardage markers too. I just had to guess and hope for the best most of the time. lol

Had a tee time for early morning. Found out when we got there pecan was closed. Got no text or email regarding the course closure. They didnt try to squeeze us on to the other course and said they had no number to contact me. Ironically I got confirmation texts and emails for that day.

Overall, course is in good shape. Played the Woodbine course and it was fun, Greens are still in good shape and the price is not bad for 18 holes regulation. Looking forward to coming back.

Always a great time here. Both courses are great, some challenges but not overly difficult. Can usually get a tee time with little notice. Well kept over winter and really beautiful during the spring and summer using the natural landscape of the area.

Great friendly staff that just got even more so. They are limited by the low lying and constant flooding, which they have no control of! Despite this they do the best job possible! Cannot always cut the grass because of the sloppy conditions.

This course wasnt properly maintained. The greens were very fast, but due to the grass being in poor condition they didnt roll true. The rough wasnt mowed and was so thick that if you were even a couple feet off the cart path, you still had to hunt for your ball. There were a million mosquitos and they obviously hadnt sprayed. Youd at least think the club house might mention some bug spray. The waterways were filled with junk and debris. Id rather just not golf than golf here.

Two courses in one. Good driving range. Chipping and putting greens mirror the challenges of the greens on the course. Snack bar has great breakfast. First Tee program housed at the course.

J
Review №27

Decent course, but it wont be anything more than decent unless the staff makes an effort to improve pace of play on Woodbine. 4, 5, and even 6 somes slow things down way too much and the pro shops answer is always go around them.Driving range would be better if they watered the tee area so you could get a tee in the ground.

This is my home course! The atmosphere is great! The staff is always friendly and the people that come out and play are genuine and cool to be around. For the price it is very competitive and the course is in good shape. There are challenging holes that makes you use your mind and some skill and prayer lol, and there are some that allows for scoring. If you want to take the family out for fun or just want to get out in the sun with some friends; I recommend this course.

Excellent value! Decent driving range and chipping/putting green. Friendly and cooperative staff. We played the Woodbine course. Generous fairways and the greens were very smooth and fast. There was no starter on duty and a larger group was starting at our tee time, so we asked to start on the back 9. They said sure. We did not have to wait on anyone the whole round. Some improvement does need to be made in signage though. We got a bit lost around holes 7 and 8 - although the staff tried to warn/advise us about it. I would golf here anytime and will return.

Course was in poor condition and they did not manage the pace of play and tee times. At one point on the 4th hole there was a backup of four cars that lasted 30 minutes. When I ask for a refund, all they gave me was a rain check good for one month.

The course is ok. Yeah the grounds are nice and the staff is nice and the food is nice, BUT.... nothing is ever done about slow players.... ever. Had a 2some add an hour to our 4somes round today. A TWOSOME!!! Nobody in front of them for at least 4 holes, yet we waited on every shot, from hole 5 on.... at the turn, they added a 3rd person, and we waited even MORE on EVERY shot. General attitude with the staff out there is, oh well... you can pick up and go past them... skip a hole, (so they dont have to confront anyone about playing slow.) I play about 120 rounds per year at Mohawk... and I see a Marshal on the course once or twice per year..... Fact.

I play quite regularly at Mohawk. Woodbine is a good little course and with the advantage card, its a pretty good deal at $25 bucks. I live by Heritage Hills GC in Claremore and drive to tulsa to play at Mohawk. better deal, much better price for a better GC! superintendent does a fantastic job of keeping the course in good shape. the only problem is, woodbine gets stacked up with groups that like to play together and sometimes will have 6 or more in a group and no marshall. have had to call clubhouse on more than one occasion when theres no way to get around them and they wont let faster groups play through
