I am at this location all the time and I have spent a lot of money here. It’s always been great for me. BUT the last few times I have been there is an employee named Rick who seems to go out of his way to be rude to me. I went to hit some drivers and buy a new driver I am comparing the sim to my own driver and Dave is helping me then Rick pops his head in and says you need to finish up you only get 10 shots. I had hit 3 with my driver and 3 with one spec of a Taylormade sim driver. I was so frustrated at this point I went to la fortune and hit the drivers outside without Rick giving me his wonderful glare.

They have a lot of golf equipment and apparel, which is nice. But most of the sales people here are rude. If there was another golf store around I would be happy to never go to this place again.Go here for golf equipment and to be treated poorly.

Walked right in Sunday morning at 10 am, was welcomed immediately and shown to the repair desk, as it was my first visit to this store. I asked if it was possible to get 5 new grips installed by the end of the day. David asked me to hang out for a few minutes and had them finished in 20 minutes while I was browsing. Excellent customer service experience. Everyone in this store was friendly and welcoming!!

Came in with my service dog and got kicked out because he didn’t have on his service jacket. My dog was sitting there doing nothing. What if I had went into a seizure. I could of layed in an aisle for who knows how long until someone found me because I didn’t have my service dog to help.

I got a nice Callaway golf bag (not from golf galaxy) as a gift, but I didnt like the color of it. I took it to GG to see if I could swap because they had the same bag and color I wanted and they let me do it with no hesitation. The customer service was great too. Very pleased.

Ive tried several times to make this place work but never do have a good experience its like you have to go out of your way to get help, Ive bought grips and had them installed but it always seems like its a bother to get anyone to help you pick or recommend anything. I had a putter grip installed and had a putter prop on the shaft and when I got the putter back the prop was MIA so I went back the next day the guy acted like it was to much trouble and told me to come back when the other guy would be back at work, no were sorry or could we have your name or number and will get back with you, thanks for nothing, Im done with Golf Galaxy, not that they even care.

Was coming to the store to fit my son with an entire set, driver through putter plus a bag. I was going to drop over 1k easily...oh well. No one greeted us. It seemed all the employees were either flirting with the cute Asian girl at the front register or hitting balls in the simulator. It was hard to tell since none of them were wearing a name tag or uniform differentiating the employees versus the customer, nor would they look up from what they were doing to ask if I needed help. When I finally asked someone to help us, the older gentlemen said, “well, I’m off the clock in 15 minutes, so someone else will need to help you.” I’m assuming they are hourly and not commission. I went to Dick’s instead.

Very helpful staff ! My experience was entirely positive on value and selection. Dick took the time to explain, demo and provide input to help me select the right equipment. After I got home with a new set of clubs I noticed the included Driver was missing. I returned to the store and Tanner, Ray and Dick replaced right away. It really meant a lot that they took my word for it in this day and age. Respectful professionals! They made a customer for life out of what could have been a negative experience, Great work guys, and Thank You !

I love this store. I dont know how someone can say that the employees are not helpful. Anytime Im in there the staff is amazing and friendly and always willing to help. Jonathan and Ross go out of their way to make sure that I find everything thing Im looking for and are very knowledgeable about the game. I wont shop anywhere else because of the service I get at their store. Thanks again staff.

Elderly man was checking my Sister out at the cash register, and he asked her if she was buying clothes for a “youngster”, shaming her for getting a smaller size (the clothing item was for me). Completely sexist and shameful behavior. Couldn’t believe this happened at a place I have shopped at for years. Customer service positions should never be questioning the customer on what size clothes they are buying. Period. If she had been a man, this would not have happened. Never shopping here again.

They have alot of nice products here but the prices tend to be very high, they are not very competitive with more basic sporting goods stores like Academy and Dicks however if youre looking for a better variety of golf equipment and clothing this is probably the best place in Tulsa

They have pretty much anything you need but the service is the worst out of any golf galaxy I have been too. I walked around looking at the irons for an hour and not one worker was ever around, 4 of them stood around talking at the register.

Other than the gear they have, nothing is positive there. Employees are unfriendly, and dont really care about their customers. Hoping to find another golf store in town to test clubs at, because Im never setting foot in that golf Galaxy again.

Workers are non existent, when you do find one or get one to make eye contact seem very disinterested. I like to be positive so I will say if you need they have it, but you pretty much have to find it yourself!

Same as others. Place might as well have no employees. I looked around the place for about 30 minutes without even a welcome. As I was walking out they stopped talking to each other long enough to say bye.
