I drive by here often. Sometimes its a homeless camp out. Sometimes a church group is having a picnic. Depends on the time of day and day of the week. Typical old city park.

This park offers concerts at the Gazebo. It’s kept clean, nice location. Great place to go for picnics or hang out with friends. It doesn’t have a play area for small children, like swings slides etc. It located right next to the Tulare police department and Post Office. It also has several restaurants right next to it.

Allot of homeless and cops. Didnt feel safe tbh

Great park next time there look at flag pole my boy scout troop 251 and my friends help me put flag pole up as my eagle scout project thank you local business for helping me raise money

Nice Clean Park need more Shade Areas..

The park is clean. Kinda a bummer how the bathrooms arent open. Some of the benches dont even get the shade at all lol

Nice place to enjoy events like concerts, and a lot of great events. The police station is down the street, so its safer!

That place is in front of the City of TulareSo they try and keep it nice and clean.They have several of events there threw the years.

Very small park with a gazebo. If you play Pokemon Go your going to have to come here a lot.

Good atmosphere with balance of shaded areas to more open spaces.Feels safe and inviting, but bathrooms might be in need of upkeep. Should be noted: the bathrooms are not always open.

Nice place for visit

Its a small park. Very well maintained. The only downside is that there are always homeless people hanging in the area, sleeping in the gazebo, and they sometimes litter. Always sleeping bags in the gazebo. Such a shame because it really is a cute park.

Nice clean park, only thing I dont like is all of the noise from big trucks that go by on every side. My dogs get spooked sometimes, so I make sure they are securely haltered.

The park was just ok. Its well maintained. The bathrooms are locked.

WOOFSTOCK WAS AMAZING

Plenty of shade, clean and green. Had a picnic and tossed the frisbee around with the wife. Conviniently located downtown.

Its an overall fun place for kids because of the skate park being there. But this park needs better security monitoring because of the illegal activities that happen when adults arent present.

First time bringing my granddaughter to the Easter Egg hunt! Be back next year for more fun!
