Im new here and I find this park awesome the homeless people are so beautiful

The park was very wonderful. I recommend you to bring your family and friends here and have a picnic. There were also no restroom in the area whenever you wanna pee.

Fire ants absolutely everywhere, at night it becomes infested with big cockroaches, some that fly, the perfectly functional bathrooms are locked until there arent anymore homeless people I guess, and to many weeds that hurt your feet if you walk in the grass barefoot, oh and there is a sign on the tennis courts that specifically says TENNIS ONLY EXCEPT I always see people throwing bean bags, like its a real hardcore competitive sport, they had specialty bean bag throwing gear...is it a sport? I thought frisbee golf was a lie at first

Sad how the homeless have such an impact on local communities. Used to be a nice park.

Homeless have taken over. Trash everywhere

Well, in my Situation On the Weekends I Help Feeding TheHomeless and We also have a Minister that Preaches The Word Of God. My City has quite s few Homeless at the Park.

It was enjoyable haveing lunch eating burgers with my parents i love suspending time with mom an dad

All parks are good except homeless people are living in all the parks during the day which makes it difficult for families to enjoy

Nice park day we went was nobody there so my granddaughters had the park to themselves and loved it .

There is a recreation center for kids. They have basketball courts, game and lots of after school activities.

Its a wonderful park.. I carved Jeff & Kristie and Jayla & Byron on a tree towards the back of the park and one day my man Jeff climbed all the way 2 the top and did it with such ease

Nice community center, but the homeless camp in back makes undesirable stop for children

Its got better in pass month still alot of homeless. But cops keep eyes on them

Very clean and nice ball park

The bathrooms are shutdown most times we go here, but it is clean and the one entrance to the play area makes it easy to watch groups with multiple kids of various ages.

After *8:00 p.m. i want evwryone to be careful of a white chick on a twenty inch bicycle @nd of her boyfriend a colored guy named kilan.be careful.this is posted by a freind of marys daughter,who on her heart loves god first and foremost.

Boys and Girls club is a great place ran by the city of Tulare

The park was taken care of but there was no bbq pit by the play gound! Which makes it hard for events to be thrown there!
