Beautiful inside and out. Nice place to live and raise your kids. Everybody is friendly. The community is beautiful & well taken care of. My kiddos enjoy the playground & love to stroll around with there scooters & bikes. There is plenty of security & safety. Pets friendly as well. We just recently bought a home here. Due to the Positiveness of the environment. That is what encouraged us to build & raise our family here & our legacy ️ Thank you to the Management with in Country Estates for all the great work you do. Keep up the amazing job! Kuddos to you.

I used to have a friend or two that lived here years ago...it was almost a place of embarrassment. Pot hole roads. Mobile homes scattered over some field in the middle of nowhere.I went there yesterday on an errand. The place has changed dramatically! It is very nice looking. Paved roads, homes in organized spaces, pool for swimming. Kudos!

Friendly community! The whole place always looks beautiful. At night the lights really are a peaceful thing to enjoy.

Theirs a lot of cats all over the place. ( which gets really annoying). But manager is really nice. Nice and quiet place peaceful. But they should do something to the cats that’s all and the place would look better without cats.

Doesnt deserve 1 star. Poor management . Dont be descieved by pictures. The website they say you can discuss your concerns doesnt help all you get is excuses. I have hoards of emails with regional management concerning Ottie Mendez, rent is considered late on the 6th, my husband spoke to ottie I emailed the regional manager stating we needed an extra week, my husband was injured at work, and we were waiting on his disability check. Ottie said thats fine 3 day notices go out on the 10th. The next morning we were served with a 3 day notice. On the 12th ottie knocked on our door asking do you have a new place to live yet, I said we can pay the rent this afternoon, she said we wont except it your out. 6 days late. I will say we were good tenants who paid our rent every month.a lady named liz wrote a positive review, not only does she work for the park, but she gets special rules, applied to her because she is good friends with ottie. Ottie spies on her tenants, if she doesnt like you she will make your life miserable. If anyone has had these same problems and would like to enter into a class action lawsuit, contact me.i have pictures of the park, people who can have messy yards and never get in trouble. Ect. The speed bumps to high for a wheelchair. Many ads violations. I know I am permanently disabled.

Hello. This is such an amazing place to live but my moms truck got towed for no reason. It was on our property and it wasnt even on the road blocking anyone from passing. And we have no idea the number of the company or what the company is and we would appreciate it if anyone living here had the number or any idea of the company. We would appreciate it so much

If you go visit anyone that lives in that park, you cant park by the persons house cause you well get your car towed away, have to park far away by the pool, and walk to the person you are visiting

Nice park. Very clean

No one should pay 500 bucks for one month of electricity. All new appliances and setting in the dark, but still have a 500$ bill after care. This place wants to take what you have and will not help with the situation they’ve created. The manager is rude as hell and don’t care at all about what ppl think. She has your car towed if it’s out in front of your own home. She said it’s a fire lane. That is not a fire lane. There’s requirements to make it a fire lane and what they pull is not it. The managers husband is the real estate agent here as well. The homes he’s selling don’t sale. This whole place is a scam.

The Manager and assistant manager treat people with bad attitudes. Ottie yells at the kids. So much has changed since she became manager and most of us don’t like it. I complained about her to your main office and she lashed back at me. If I could give this Zero stars I would. This use to be such a nice community. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to move in.

Trailer space roomy big living room parking is OK if you got corner lot but lots of parking if party pool party room very nice

It was a beautiful choice when I first chose to move her. Electric is WAY excessive & there have been issues all around. I have contacted your manager (treated as a criminal) and spoke with your main office with no resolution; same problem next two months. Sad. I am SOSOSOSOSO Sad
