I couldnt have been a more wonderful night. My fiance and I were married under the full harvest Moon. It was a small and close friends reception. The night was perfect for our event. Thanks to Harley Richards our minestrone and my beautiful now wife JCH.

I was in the area and saw this hill on the map. Im glad I checked it out because it is a fun mini-hike to the summit, around 5 to 10 minutes and plenty of different paths to choose from. At the top there is a glimpse of downtown Seattle to the north, and a good view of the surrounding area.

A great little place for a short easy hike. Worth the effort, you can see almost a 360 degree view from the top. Including Mt. Rainer!

This little park is a gem. Two sections. One is a plot of flat land below the hill with a short interpretive trail highlighting the fauna within this unique micro-climate. The hill itself is a geological point of interest in that it’s ancient bedrock. There are trails, benches, and firepits at various points. The views are outstanding. The location has cultural significance to the local indiginous people.

The community had to petition to preserve this land. So they did and they won. One of the parks where you can see land as it was before,... natural. Its wheelchair accessible too!

Cool little park with a big bouldery hill in the middle of an industrial area. . Park benches everywhere and tons of stairs to climb and trails to follow. Nice little hike to the top with great views of Mt. Ranier. Theres a gun range next door, so your constantly hearing gunshots.

It seems to have been a quaint little Native American Indian burial ground site. I Loved how the Earths core emerges out of the middle of the hills.

Great cultural garden. I cant wait to see how it grows. This should be a field trip destination for every student in the area as it is such an important piece of our local history that was nearly lost. It seems like some sick irony that there is a shooting range just north of the preserve.

Its really cool to see a rain garden in action. The paths were well maintained and it was a nice walk. The gun range on the other side of the hill gets loud once you come around the hill though!

Never busy, great views, and really acceptable. Its right in the middle of the city so you get a really nice urban view. The cultural garden is pretty cool, as well as the few ampitheatres located around the park.

Cute little hike. I wouldnt say its a park really and the gardens are overgrown & a bit neglected. Nice views from the top though!

Beautiful park just south of Boeing field. A well groomed trail takes you from the parking lot to the hill top in about 10 minutes. Its proximity to the Seattle Police Athletic Club and gun range punctuate the serenity of the park.

Its a beautiful place...except for when people deface it with graffiti. Sadly. And unfortunilty you will hear the gunfire from the police shooting range. Those two things aside its an amazing little area and you can almost imagine the area back a long time ago. It would be great if there was a restroom facility, but thats okay. Im looking for more ways to incorporate the historical, geographical and archeological aspects of our area. The only reason Im giving it four stars and not five is due to the sound of the firing range and graffiti.

Lots of used cathaders and hypodermic needles along with an abundance of corn backed trout (human turds with corn) I dont recommend taking a toddler to the place there were at least 4 or 5 be ricochets overhead from the police shoot in g range if you have flashbacks from Vietnam dont go the explosions and gunfire is so loud yet definitely gonna have a flashbacks, glad Im no longer at the location the EPA should look into thevpipe thats leaking something into the overflow ponds for the doo wamish did you know that the doo wamish is the most money spent trying to clean the pollution out of the water well I bet they even thought to look there.
