This is my go to Michaels store. They have the best in class frame department and one of the nicest and knowledgeable managers Trista. She will help you navigate on frame and color decisions and has a good eye for design. Easy parking since it is away from the mall and all of the staff at this store are super nice!

Was clean organized, my girls love going there for arts and crafts, cheap and affordable, especially for kids. Under $15 and they were happy!

Stopped in to get some supplies for a project my son is doing fir his friends birthday gift. They were having an AWESOME sale. Store was clean & well stocked.

Hard to get anyone to help you, they practically turn and go the other direction when they see you.

Michaels store has everything for crafts and beyond. Their current focus for the holidays/Christmas takes up the front of the store, but if you walk to the back it will inspire your creative spirit.

If u want something from this Michaels its probably better to get it online and pick it up or do curbside. The line was crazy today and no employees were jumping on registers to help customers in line. I found out later sone registers werent open cause of social distancing but still!

When they put items on sale, plan your visit because you cant just walk in/walk out, tis the season to browse so enjoy. Well organized, speedy checkout, plenty of distancing in line not so in aisles, pleasant experience, have items somewhat handy for a clerk who pre-scans merchandise with a upc code for the cashiers, Nice

Its hard to say something bad about Michaels, crafters paradise. My only real issue is the lack of stock for certain items. For example acrylic paints. Out of a whole aisle of paints, we counted 22 bottles total, among all brands. The associate advised it had been like this for a while. Overall, the staff was pleasant and helpful though.

So many great deals. Everything was easy to find because they were very organized.

Bday gifts, arts and creative items, baking stuff, scrapbooking and paper crafts, kids school project items which we end up doing :/, want to create a master piece of art you will virtually find everything.They restore stuff every holiday, love there customer services and you can’t beat the offers you receive in your emails.If it’s not online for me it’s Michaels!

The staff were awkwardly rude to my wife and I. There was no reason for them to have treated us so poorly. Especially when we were prepared to spend 500$. They still got me for 250. Thus the 2 stars.... They had a nice sale.

Very helpful staff. Aisles easily marked for quick searches. Their selection for virtually any type of craft is readily available some things will require assistance to obtain as they are under a locking mechanism. Great way to teach your child or grandchild about patience and creativity.

Michaels has tons of stuff. Goods for a spectacularly varied number of crafts. Will they have what you want? Maybe! I was there for frames and found two. They were having a sale, not bad. Was also there for Sharpies. They didnt have as many single colors I thought they would and their packs were a bit overpriced. Check out person was super nice!

Art stuff is easy to find and browse.

This place cannot get its production in order. Takes them hours for a few simple orders then takes them the same time to inform you only because you called that they didnt have it and just havent updated it. I work in a production facility and can accomplish more orders of a higher volume that have to be actually packed and dont have any issues. Lazy people making excuses. Dont open back up if you cant handle simple work loads.

I visited Michaels on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and happened to visit during a big sale. The selection was still plentiful and the store was in good shape. I specifically want to commend the lady working at the framing section at around 8pm. She was very friendly and helpful. I unfortunately did not catch her name but she helped me look for a picture frame that fit my preference. Additionally, one of the ladies at the register (Reyna?) was courteous and professional as well. She made the transaction go smoothly and when my picture frame hit the counter somewhat hard she made sure there was no damage. I would definitely return to this location based on my positive experience. Now that Ive read a few reviews of this location, I see good customer experience as a common theme which is great.

I LOVE Michaels. The staff is always friendly and the selection is much better than any crafty store Ive been to. The prices are on the higher side, but most art supplies arent cheap. Plus, they always have a sale of some sort and a couple coupons. The store is decorated based on the season and it adds a happier environment. I go to Michaels for anything crafty:)

I went to Michaels to get a few Halloween cookie cutters for dish Im making for a potluck. They are having a theme contest for the dishes that are brought.Michaels had exactly what I needed and at a great price. Definitely better than what I was finding online elsewhere.I also found some interesting, new to me, cake decorating items. What I found was edible adhesive, edible spray on color, and a pen with edible ink. These were a great finds.

Store was in serious disarray. Customer service was lacking. Good selection though.

This store is hard to navigate if you dont know what your looking for. Poor layout! But staff is helpful in directing you in general area you may need. Found staff to be just on the clock. Ill return since they do have specific items you may want. And good sales and coupons!

Reliably good selection of mainstream craft items, knitting, sewing, and gift wrapping supplies. Unpredictable line lengths make this a hot or miss store for a quick trip. Online coupons are readily available and make it more affordable.

The service was good, but one customer in line was rude. She needs to keep her rudeness to herself.

This is a good Michaels - nicely laid out and lots of stock - and helpful staff that pointed me in the right direction for the canvases and paints. It seems that all Michaels stores have really long lines or it just takes ages to get through the till, but it was quick and painless, (in comparison). Remember to bring your coupons...

These people are super friendly! Its a big Michaels. You will probably find what you want. If youre looking for arts and crafts supplies seasonal decorations artificial flowers a lot of household decorations, you probably know Michaels. This ones got it all with free parking as well

A good place to get stuff for arts and crafts. Only bad thing was when I was there they didnt have many employees on the floor to help out. Had to go up to the cashier and then had to walk back to show them what I wanted.

I love Michaels. I get the same giddy exhilaration going here as I used to get as a kid going to Toys-R-Us. Almost anything you need as an artist to do your thing is available in these stores. And the sales on paints and canvas they seem to constantly have is a huge help to the starving artist.

Ok but only one checkout . Which made it slow in checking out.

Very happy with the Service. Only knock would be, being able to distinguish lookalike products while shopping online to be sure the proper item was selected..

What can I say? I love this store!!

Nicely organized store, definitely one of the more open concept Michaels with a very good selection. Best of all? If you are looking for clearance items, this store doesnt get the same traffic as many of the other WA locations, so they tend to have more of what you wanted for far cheaper, even when other locations are sold out.Only reason I took away 1 star is because their bathrooms are completely blocked off and it doesnt appear that they are trying to repair them. Doesnt affect the average shopper, but considering this is in Bellevue and almost every other location takes pride in having a clean bathroom, I felt it was worth noting.

Awesome one stop shop. At least for pseudo craftspeople. Cant say fir pro-crafters. Will go again.

Over-priced but reliable. Very hard to complete with online prices but they do offer some awesome coupons so make sure you visit the site before stopping in. This particular store has a lot of really nice, very knowledgeable people. Obviously good management.

Small michaels. Poor CFL tube lighting that flickers and is loud. Parking lot is difficult to get to only because theres so many stores in this mini mall.
