UPDATE; I changed my rating because after I posted this I received an email form a supervisor giving me a coupon to credit the difference. Although, it could have been done at the beginning I appreciate the response.ORIGINAL POST: (3 stars)Always been my go to for art cleanup but had an issue with a file and sent a few revisions. I received and email and said please do as soon as possible since I had been working on it a few days but at NO time did I indicate or accept an additional charge. I was charged $30 as opposed to the $15 I was expecting. In all of the time I have been doing business with them I have never approved a file clean up if I was quoted an upcharge and no where in the conversation was it mentioned. I received a response email that said he wasnt sure when they would get it bit would try to get it faster. AGAIN, no mention of an upcharge. Quality is great but I now question the integrity since I feel like the additional charge was added without approval. I would cancel the order but had downloaded before I looked at the charge and MY integrity is more important.

Fast! Great quality. Makes changes fast too. Have used for about 5 years now and nothing but great things from this company. Accurate digitizing has made us look good with big name customers. And did I mention fast?

I must revise my previous 5 Star review of this company as in the last year service and quality of digitizing services has gone down. They do not follow instructions given in notes and will change art without checking with you. When I called this last time to address the issues I felt the customer service was lacking as if they did not want to take blame for their poor product, stating that we have a low revision rate... well yes, we have been customers for years and only as of the last year or so have these problems arose, so the ratio seems low, yet these problems are occurring more and more frequently. If you are thinking of going with this company you may need to babysit them, expect to need revisions, and do not expect any apologetic reaction when they make mistakes. Hopefully things change with this company for the better soon.
