Loved this trail. Easy trail. So many different cacti
A beautiful and well maintained trail. It is fairly short and easy (~.8m RT), no problem for young kids. The trail ends at the top of a hill with views of the surrounding valleys. The trail offers terrific views of the surrounding Saguaro forest. Youll also see just about every other species of cactus the park has to offer.Parking is limited at the trailhead with no restrooms, however there are restrooms at other nearby trailheads.
Enjoyed my hike, nice view from the top. Park bench at top was appreciated
Easy hike to awesome view!
A one mile round trip hike that isnt challenging unless you have a mobility limitation. Great closeup views of Saguaro cactus and other desert vegetation and awe inspiring vistas of the cactus forest, the mountains and, at the end of the trail, of the valley towards Tucson. An amazing hike. Bring plenty of water and take lots of pictures.
Very easy thril, and there are lovely suguaro flower.
Easy hike, great view
Couldnt find a good place for sunrise from this point. Trail is easy.
Nice, easy trail that leads through a wash to an overlook of the valley (thus the name) to the west. Its a simple trail for families, but provides a good look at the local flora. The trail is easy to follow, so no chance of getting lost.
Best National Park ever
Great little hike.
Beautiful scenery!
Always be careful in the desert, but especially in the summer.
Nice short trail through the cactus forest leading to an overlook of the valley.
So relaxing
Easy walk and fun
Nice, simple trail you can just easily walk and enjoy. Super pretty views at the end and all throughout honestly
