It was a fun time at this lounge, it stays open until 430 a.m. on weekends and they have music playing with a small dance floor. Normally not too busy throughout the day. The owner is really nice and seems like he genuinely cares if you have a good time or not.

The people here are so friendly, especially if youre a first timer! I definitely recommend coming here to chill or to get lit (or both). Whether youre in scrubs or decked out in your clubbing clothes, youll always be welcome and fit right in. Just bring yourselves and your good vibes and you leave lighter and less stressed.

Friendly waiters and waitresses. Service is fast and the hookah is good. Fun atmosphere and a great place to come chill with friends. There are these two waiters named Esmeralda and Michael and they always get you hyped up to go dance cause theyre always dancing.

Not a fan of smoking... and even less when theres no food or drinks. Sorry folks, but I love my lungs.

We went in last night and the service was great our host was very attentive and his little girlfriend was a sweetheart she kept making sure we were okay when our host was busy helping others! They both had positive vibes and great costumer service! We also loved your guys tea it was so good ! The hookah is great. Very nice flavors good quality. Its pretty cool to go out with friends and hang there when downtown is busy (second Saturday, Saturdays in general and Fridays) very loud. Theres usually a long line for the bathroom but thats to be expected. Good place to meet new people. The rest of the week its close to dead. Music could be better. Hookah just tasted like coal, no flavor at all. Place is dead which is a shame because the DJ was actually lit, definitely a place for locals not a college scene, majority are creepy dudes over 30. No alcohol so plan to sober up fast, waitresses are super unfriendly and seem to hate their life, place seems to think its an upscale hookah lounge in New York (cover charges, dress code) even though its the size of a small house, has uncomfortable aluminum chairs, cheap linoleum floors, and its VIP area is the size of a bathroom. Overall a waste of time and money. I can only imagine the reason theyre still in business is because they stay open later than the bars close and their proximity to downtown. Definitely wont be going again and will tell all my friends to stay clear of that place.

Hookah is very low quality, most of staff is cool, besides the African American dude about 5’8 has a beard. Dude was being very rude to me and ONLY me. He was saying there was a dress code and that you cannot sag but my pants weren’t even low. He also tried getting hard with me tryna create a situation over nothing. 5 other dudes walk in SAGGING SAGGING with pants to their knees and dude Didn’t say anything too them. But like I said most of the staff is chill except that one dude. Lol nice try getting hard though..

We have visited the Royal Hookah Lounge on two separate occasions. Staff is friendly. The problem we had is no matter what flavor or brand tobacco we tried, it tasted bland. You cant taste the flavor at all. When we use our hookah at home, the flavors of tobacco we use come through perfectly fine.

This place is just ok. Last Saturday night I went with a buddy and we ended up turning around because the cover charge was $8 per person. Thats no including the cost of the hookah. It was a little steep for a cover charge. Otherwise their hookah is pretty standard for a middle eastern hookah bar.

Although this bar is 18 Andover its not a bad place to hang out as us older adults with your niece or nephew or younger son do you like to smoke hookah have a great time party until 4 a.m. in the morning and dance your ass off then this is a place for you to go the staff are friendly it is a non-alcoholic place but youll have one hell of a good time... My sisters license expired the hookah lounge manager made it possible for us to go in will definitely visit the place again:-)

I think the owners of this place are so sweet and kind. Drunk people go in all the time and just loose it, they stay so calm and assist. Some of the things that people do to them is mind blowing to me. I also watched someone throw a metal pole at one of the owners, he defneded himself and now is the bad guy. If you know them youd know they are the most mellow, well behaved men youll find. Dont judge off of social media.

If youre young great place DJ plays old school music but personally I would prefer a place that serves coffee with hookah and maybe have some games available but Im not young anymore

Great staff and friendly owners. I miss the rapport building with people from living overseas and this place brings memories back. Also, rapport building is great with them and they are great and humble people. Definitely will visit again and again

Great place to be on the weekends, djs are always playing great muisc. The hookahs always taste amazing and if there is a problem servers are always happy to help fix it. Our server esme was very attentive and making sure we were having a great time. Defenitly will continue coming back.

Great place if your looking to kick back after a night of enjoying 4th Ave. Always seems to be busy on the weekends, so if your looking to be serviced right away I would suggest going during the week.Edit- Made aware that they serve you the cheaper shisha even if you pay for the more expensive one. Shady business.

Wost staff i have ever experienced. After asking 5 times for someone to service me after 30 min I had to go the counter to order. Once i recived my hookah they put a lower quality hookah and wouldnt correct their mistake.

Amazing atmosphere after the club. The reason I go back is for the awesome music and the fact that they stay open so late to sober up!

The hookahs are fine, nothing too special but not bad. The workers on the other hand are complete trash, Ive never experienced such terrible service. Ive gone multiple times and every time I go the employees are fighting with the CUSTOMERS! Never had a direct issue with them until recently. These men think its okay to belittle the people that keep that business open.After the experience I had this Friday I will DEFINITELY be calling the BBB.

Way too expensive for something you can just buy at a smoke shop for 6 bucks. Patrons are immature and clumsy. Had people knock over my hookah twice and none of the staff did anything about it.

This place is a joke. When we first walked up to door We explained to the people carding us that it was our first time at a hookah lounge and we didnt know what we were supposed to do and they proceeded to collect $16 from us and said have fun. We were seated outside on the patio and told by the waitress thats the hookah was $17.xx in addition to the cover charge. At that point We asked to speak to a manager since we were unaware that we would have to pay more money and Angel came over to our table and We explained to him our situation and asked for our cover cover charge back so We could leave so he went and talked to the owner Zach and he came back saying he could not give us our cover charges back but would give us the hookah for $15. At this point in the night We decided to stay since it was already 3am. But We will not be coming back here. The employees need better training on explaining the process to new customers AND because they do not offer a military discount.

They still charged us a $10 cover when there was NOBODY in there!! Not cool... And they were inflexible with their prices

Best hookah (tobacco flavors) in the university’s vinicity! Inside/outside area with a DJ on the weekends. Any waitress we have had so far has been very helpful and attentive to her section shoutout to anniz and esme.

My favorite part was when we accidentally bumped into the bouncer and spilled his 64iz soda. After apologizing, we kept going and he chased us down the street and threw hot coffee on us. If I still have burns on my shoulder tomorrow morning, will pressing be pressing charges.

The experience was ok, just a couple of things:•when we first got there we were informed that we were paying for the chair not the actual hookah, there were 5 of us and 1 of us wasnt going to participate ( granted she did buy drinks)• our server seemed to think we were playing her. Like I said, there were five of us and she went out of her way to inform us that we were getting charged extra for an extra person. When the hookah arrived it was next to the one who was not participating so we moved seats. Soon after that, the waitress came and asked us who just git here? Us being confused asked her what she was talking about. She then decided to interrogate us about the how there were 4 people and that now there were five, this being wrong you told her that she was wrong and she tried to play it off as if she were just making sure that we all had drinks.It was a good experience overall. Most of the servers were really nice and helped us out. Will come back as long as its another waiter.

I had an ok experience here. I have some positives and negatives but I will start with the hot button items that tend to drive me elsewhere:1. Coals, I had to wait until they were down to the size of gravel pellets to get them recharged. This is a major pet peeve - for me.2. The room was comfortable and quiet when I got there, but when more people showed up it got loud and echoey. Not relaxed and quiet.3. Bad music played loudly. Again, far from relaxing.They do have some great blends and I dont think it would be bad for someone who does this once in a blue moon. However if you know what you like and do this somewhat regularly it may be a bit of a letdown.The prices are pretty high for hookah, and I am willing to pay them, if the service is good. My usual hookah spot is $12 and the service is spot on. Here you pay $17-$20 depending on the shisha brand and the service could be better.The $20 brand is fumari - not many places carry it, and it is my favorite, so this is a plus.So my overall opinion of this place is that they have great shisha, and Im not against coming back here, but with the price, the service, and the loud environment - probably not my first choice. And I do have to say, It did seem that most people there were having a good time.
