Pizza was excellent, but this is the boneless wings they charge almost $10 for. 8 chicken balls that look like they came out of a childrens microwave dinner.

The food and beer tasted good and they were willing to put on our game on all of TVs in the bar. Great place.

This is one of Tucsons best places to grab a slice. Great crust and they always have a great selection of slice pies to choose from. You may even encounter a seasonal pie on rotation with unique toppings. Not feeling pizza? (Are you okay? you should see someone about that.) Then try the loaded tots. This is a perfect stop before a U of A game (walking distance from main campus), and can also be a fun place to watch a game too. Features a full bar with a good tap selection. Lots of seating making it good for groups. It can get loud, but its never made for a bad experience. Many reviews list limited parking/difficult to park here as a negative, but youre going to have to park and walk a few blocks for anything in Main Gate Square. Just plan for it. Or dont and leave more pizza for those willing to make the effort.

Great to visit here, they keep patrons safe and it was a good place get a slice of pizza and a beer.

We selected No anchovies as the place to celebrate and wind down from another long year of teaching and raising up students at San Miguel HS. Since our graduation was at Centennial Hall at the University of Arizona, No Anchovies was just down the way. We were blessed with the opportunity to reserve part of the second floor, and dine on some of the best pizza and wings I have had in a while. The staff was super friendly; they took great care of our dining and drinking needs. They even welcomed us on the flat screen televisions using our logos and school name. We just might need to make it a tradition each year. Thank you No Anchovies for your wonderful accommodations and hosting our hard working faculty/staff!

Good.I have been going to No Anchovies for 18 years, and I cant wait to go again!The improvements of the property make for a very fun environment and they did a great job of keeping that converted house, secret best pizza in town vibe of the original set up in their upscaling!We cant go in without having a slice of Mediterranean, but the BBQ, and the Buffalo Chicken and even our new temptress the Teryaki are all winners as well!Friendly funky staff and the college town vibe bring all the right nostalgia that helps you wash down your pie, and if you need anything stronger, they offer a full bar to quench any thirst you may have.I have personally not yet ventured to the upper deck, as the No Anchovies of my youth was a single level, and I dont want to chase my toddlers around the top of stairs, but the first floor and outside have always been great options for our family to dine together!Stop reading my review and start eating their pizza, youre welcome!

New York style pizza in Tucson! We were down visiting from Phoenix and was shocked how good the pizza was down here, reminded me of new York in June! I would probably skip the appetizers next time and save the space!

I usually love the food here, the pizzas good and the fried zucchini is delicious but they must have changed the recipe because the fried zucchini I ordered yesterday was disgusting! It was extremely burnt and smothered in oil. The zucchini had been cooked for so long there was barely any zucchini in it, it was basically fried oily batter, so gross!

Ive loved this place since it was a college dive. Theyve made so many renovations, but kept the good things the same, like the potato pizza, so great! I love the tots and wings too! They put up a really cool mural thats worth a trip to the lou to see. I do miss some of the old flair, but definitely respect all the hard work they put in to remain at the heart of University.

I love to stop in for a slice and a beer on Tuesdays, before the Tuesday Night Bike Ride. Thats what I like about No Anchovies, I can get a slice, and they have quite a selection, and a big beer, which is just enough.

An east-coaster trying to find good pizza in Tucson has quite a task ahead of them. Luckily this place right by the university has people covered. Aside from the many varieties of pizza there, the crust is one of the best in town. The summer special of having the bar half off all day makes this an ideal beat the heat spot.

Rude service at the pizza counter and at the billing. Super demeaning. Pizza was good, tots were okay.

Staff is rude in this place. It feels like it is part of the culture of the business. I have been to no anchovies plenty of times and I stopped coming to this place for this same reason. Frog n firkin was packed so I had no option but to come to this place and it happened again. One of the employees pushed me while I was walking and after me, he pushed another person. We both confronted the employee and he wanted to fight us both. Something is wrong with the custumer service of this place. I suggest management look into that.

As a vegetarian, I really enjoy the choices of pizza. The service is quick and kind. If youre in the mood for a college environment and pizza, I think this is the place to be. Never had a bad experience, and Ive gone around three times.

The place is known for its Pizza. But I think that its only OK. Everything else is really good. Liked the music, seating, service and atmosphere which changes each day, or so Im told.

College bar, bartenders seem in a hurry and not too worried about the service. Food is walk up order and pick up from counter. Pizza is pretty dam good however if you want good service and see people who enjoy what they do, go somewhere else.

Had a couple of slices... Barbeque chicken was amazing....and the parmesan chicken was to die for....nice and toasty.... Will be going back for sure! Customer service was awesome!!

Great place to hang out with friends by watching the latest sports game to playing at the pool table all while enjoying their wide variety of pizza, some of which are not the average pizza, but of their own invention. If you are looking to eat a pizza you cant find at the common fast food pizzerias, this is the place.

The pizza was good, however the older man with a gray beard was rude and emotionless the blond pizza server had a very dry attitude also. The bartender was a bit more cheerful. The sound system is awesome!

Thin crust, premade, heated to order. I only find myself going here when nothing else is open and Im starving, having worked late in the neighborhood, or something similar. The pizza itself isnt bad, its just not culinarily as deep as Id expect from the price point.

Love their unique pizzas. They are so delicious and unique. Forgot the names but the sausages they use are really good, the dough is top notch quality. Also if you order online for the first time there’s a half off coupon! It’s through their website not any of the food ordering apps.

I really enjoy No Anchovies, its close to the U of A so lots of college kids eat here. Its got a fun atmosphere but can be quite noisy especially on game nights. Theyve always got different types of pizza to try and Ive liked every kind of Ive had so far. If you like pizza and youre near its pretty good and youu should try it.

Great pizza at reasonable prices. Fun atmosphere, and the rooftop patio provides beautiful views, especially at dusk. There is limited seating up there, though, and apparently smoking is allowed, so those are some things to consider.

Phenomenal pizza at great prices with a great selection. They have a well stocked bar with a variety of beers and sweeter beverages on tap or in cans.

My first time back since the remodel, same pizza experience with many of the same toppings etc. Went upstairs to eat, it was late on a Thursday during winter break so we were some of the only ones up there. The old school reggae music videos threw me for a bit, but over all it was a nice experience.

Love this place. I always feel like family, esp when the military vets are on shift.

Its a pizza slice go-to parlor. They do serve other menu items, i.e. sandwiches, salads, but this is a location known for its pies. Outdoor eating as well as a cool interior setting. On the weekends, upstairs is a lively place to hangout, or enjoy a quiet well drink downstairs throughout the week. Whatever you choose to do, youre on the heart of Uni Dr. Basically walking distance to the main campus or downtown, if you are brave.

Buffalo chicken pizza never fails

There was a weird angry bartender with sleeve tattoos who wouldnt serve me a drink . Literally not even one. The funny thing is I didnt even order a drink. He told me to leave when my friend ordered a drink in my presence. Apparently I was cut off. After 0 drinks. Obviously I was wasted. This bar is lame byeeeee.

Hard to beat a Brew and a Slice, especially when the taps are craft and the slices are plentiful, ranging from traditional to creative in the toppings department. Particularly famished? Take an XL home with you, just know it will take a while to make.

I’ve lived in New York all my life till a month ago, so I know good pizza. This place is one of the only places in Tucson where you can get a booth and have a solid pizza experience. The pizza is greasy and cheesy, the two things you ask for in good pizza.

Do not get the Cajun dry rub, its basically just salt. The service was also hit or miss, but it is fun for Packer games.

In addition to the *amazing* pizza, No Anchovies has excellent, excellent customer service. They were able to accommodate my very late catering request with speediness and quality. I appreciate their help so much. You guys are the best!
