This is such an awesome property, and dog friendly! My husband & I were traveling from Texas and stayed here last week and everyone is so friendly and prompt. The restaurant Contigo located on site was really good too. The room we stayed in was quite comfortable and very clean and I love how they promote exercise by offering gym attire if needed.

Beware! This resort is supposed to be one of the better ones in town but as you can see from my feet it is not very clean this is my feet after 5 minutes of walking around in my room had to wash them every time I put my shoes so I wouldnt dirty my socks or shoes it was a constant hassle management at the time September 27th 8:18 a.m. removed $29 for the inconvenience on Resort fee for one day should have done that for all three if it would have been me

Beautiful resort, great location, friendly staff. Service can be slow. Food is pretty good. Go to Contigo to eat dinner, is 150ft door to door.

Nice place. A little worn but very nice

I have stayed in both the Hilton El Conquistador as well as the West La Paloma. While both have a great service, here are a couple of things that make me choose the Westin over the Hilton.The Westin has free cooled bottles of water in the refrigerator, while the Hilton has the free bottle of water, but they are at room temperature. In Tucson, having precooled water ready to drink is a big plus for me.Second, the rooms in the Westin have better lighting and do not feel dark, which is the case in the Hilton. The restaurant at the Westin is ok for a hotel, but the pool is a real plus. They have a large pool for all guests, a small adult only as well as a mineral pool. The mineral pool is fairly cold, so don’t jump in, but it feels nice after a long, hot day of hiking and relaxing your legs.Now if you are a Marriott member, you will receive more points at the Westin, compared to a Hilton membership, but this only makes a difference if you travel frequently.

It was one of the best places Ive ever been. Great rooms, great service, and great views. If Im able to I would love to come back here.

It was very fun. This resort is nice with the eloquent room service and style to the beautiful conferance room around hotel.

I was impressed with all the staff I encountered during a recent conference. Each staff that I spoke with were friendly, professional and the beauty of Ventana Canyon never ceases to amaze me.

This hotel is a wonderful oasis in the middle of the desert! The rooms and the service are excellent and the amenities are perfect for the person who wants to simply relax without leaving the resort.

$4 for a 12 ounce can of Coke and a $14 charge to carry food to your room. If you dont mind paying prices like this, it is a very nice place with courteous staff and a nice pool area.
