WONDERFUL experience. Ive never been a fan of Tucson, but Casino Del Sol makes you forget where you are entirely. Every kind of cuisine is offered, EXTREMELY friendly staff, & gaming for all types. The rooms are immaculate & those if you who are hesitant during this Covid pandemic, Casino Del Sol goes above & beyond CDC compliance. Will definitely return!!

The environment was clean and not very many people. So that was nice. The slots were definitely on the take. I am sure there is not a coin shortage in the U.S. so them not giving you the coins back for for your money does not make me happy. I had to give my ticket away, since I am from out of town. I had an alright time. Glad safety and sanitation measures are in place for everyone.

A wonderful experience. The staff, was polite, friendly, patient and helpful. Mobys is one of several restaurants to satisfy your hunger pain. The interior of the casino is so cool. When you walk through the casino you get the feeling of being outside. We went for the bingo and the facilities are very nice. We were fortunate enough to win on a double bingo. Well worth taking the afternoon to get out of the house. Highly recommend checking out the casino.

I recently spent several days at the hotel and was so pleased with the service and how careful they are about cleanliness.Smoking only allowed in designated areas,which is such a relief to non-smokers especially at the card tables.Food in three of the four restaurants was excellent. Service great. Employees are polite and friendly, and my Hostess is excellent. Friendly, caring and efficient!It was a wonderful Staycation!Verna Elmer

We live in Tucson so it is the place we enjoy to go to because were open 24/7 and if you spend money there they are open with freeplay and comped rooms every now and then... But other than that my girlfriend is one bigger a couple of times thats super big but thinking about to make us consider the place okay but other but you could go a month or two on a street of only losing your money so they dont have very loose flats thats for sure and thats okay theyre in the business to make money right?!!

Was a large room, new, clean, the staff was nice. Only marked it a 4 because Covid restrictions did not allow us to check out the pool or other amenities.

We made a weekend reservation for our anniversary and enjoyed the bingo,, restaurants and spent alot of money gambling. And had our own masks. This morning we checked out took our bags to the car and came backack in for breakfast. My husbands mask band broke as we entered the Casino and he asked for a mask please, the security staff said that they dont offer masks they sell them ...wait what? So if you are here and your mask gets damage drinking or band breaks and you are spending alot of money what Im saying is the the business aspect of all of this is that you always have to assume, that I as a client are here to spend a lot of money and a lousy mask that may cost a fraction of a gun, and you are going to turn me away. Wow. It doesnt take much to rethink my stay over a couple of cents.Thanks again

This is by far one of the best casinos I have been to. The staff, in every department from hotel to casino floor, dining and backyard all amazing. The odds of winning are actually pretty good. And never been there and walked out disappointed. Thank you all for making every visit enjoyable.

Its nice and clean the people and very friendly.. I like the place.. My only issue is I spend some time there, bet 25 to 50 a hand a few days a Month but I dont really receive much on my players card... Sooo Im done using that.

Its nice and clean, the lines were short, and thats about it besides the staff. The security staff are way too up tight and so is the regular staff as well. People we are trying to re- adjust, and cope back after the COVID-19 PANDEMIC . Please please have a little more patience with the general public after what we all went through. Thank you and as long as the casino is working with the general public they well be just fine and back to business as usual and back to the gate casino del, We all have come to learn to love over the years. Of course Im gonna give em 5 stars i won money there!!! But besides that there is a good variety of slot machines, and dealers tables for black jack, they also have bingo, gift shop, hotel, and food. Get a del sol players card and learn what days and times for various promotions they are having to get more for your $.

Enjoyed our time there, great place to stop. The casino was very consistent with making sure all safe.Golf cart between RV Park and casino we thunk should start before 9am. Also, picnic table at each site would be nice.

My wife and I always spends at least a week at Casino Del Sol whenever we are in town, at least annually. We love every part of our stay, from the room to the food, and especially the hospitality. Everyone is so nice and accommodating.I wish I could say my luck was better, but bad luck at the tables does not take away from this exceptional facility.The bingo hall if fantastic, with many ways to win and, again, a wonderful staff. They offer many table games and more video slot machines (varieties) then you could play in a week of solid playing. They also have one of the finest desert golf courses I have ever played.Also, in this Covid-19 era, they are constantly cleaning everything. As soon as one person gets up, they sanitize the area before letting another person sit down.Thank you Casino Del Sol for another great stay!!!

This place is so beautiful! Huge fan of Paradiso Lounge! Love to see Billy Shaw Jr Band play there! The Casino is super clean. If you can catch a show at Ava Amphitheater make sure you do! The pool is great place to relax on the weekend!

I had a great time at Casino Del Sol . The staff was very friendly and our room was very nice with a beautiful view. The food couldve been better. Best of all we won at the casino so it was a great stay.

Everyone needs to read this. First things first: rudest, most unhelpful staff ever. The only policy they mention on their website is you have you to be 21 to check in. I am nineteen and they ignored this completely. Every guest has to present a government issued photo identification. What if I have a minor with me? My mother had to sleep in her truck because prior, the casino shredded her license which is very much so illegal. They issue wristbands and change the colour daily, otherwise every bit of money you spent is worthless because without it you cant get to your room--security will stop you. There was no hot water in my room, the pool was closed (and mind you since covid I have been to four resorts none of which closed their pools--can we spell lazy and excuses, much?) the spa was closed and they taxed my late checkout fee which no hotel has ever done. At 11:10, after notifying the hotel prior I was doing late checkout, the knocks began. Every ten minutes asking if we were leaving even though I repeatedly told them I was doing late checkout. Once, housekeeping full on walked in. All of this was beyond rude and unprofessional. At least the fries at Mobys were good. I will never stay here again, gamble here again and neither will my friends or several family members. I want a refund, I have never had a worse experience in my life. Im an actor, I travel a LOT, this? This was the worst

We have stayed at the hotel a number of times and no complaint there. The casino, however, is a distasteful cash grab. Ten years ago, we would occasionally win. Over the years Del Sol has tightened its slots to the point where I cant remember the last time we won. You are much better off playing at Desert Diamond where the payouts are better.

I have been there a dozen or so times since they re-opened and they have the tightest slots I have ever seen. I dont ever hear anyone screaming with joy after winning. I would recommend Desert Diamond Casino where more times than not I leave there with winnings and the staff is much friendlier as well. I have a feeling they are making up for being closed by tightening their slots. Disappointedly

Clean, masks and no smoking enforced. Machines are disinfected regularly. Still some peeps being less then bright but staff is being extra on top of things and environment is better then ever with NO SMOKING I hope they keep that policy. Makes the whole experience 100% nicer.

Very clean and huge casino. Plenty of room to be socially distanced. Good variety of slots and table games. They have drink specials like $3 beers and mixed drinks. There is a hotel thats connected to the casino and one that is remote. Nice big parking garage and parking lot. The ATM machine only charge $2.99 but be careful as it tries to get you to check your balance and that will add another $2.99.

I will consider returning to this casino after the second coming of Jesus Christ. I am told at the front check in area that I can sit quietly next to my wife during the bingo gaming. I am not playing, so i sit quietly playing games on my phone. Three hours after that I have a female staff member loudly telling me that I must leave because I am not playing. Explained the situation and still no go. Im sorry was all she said. Im there minding my business and this useless waste of O2 makes this a big deal. No thanks! I hope it was worth it, because I aint ever going back to this garbage of a casino.

Like all casinos you win some, you lose some but the facility is very clean and staff is accommodating. Having stayed in the hotel the room was extremely nice with such a picturesque view. Currently there is no smoking allowed in the gaming areas which is a big plus. The slots are abundant and offer something for everyone. I have reservations to stay there again next month.

Its got too high table limits for blackjack. Also if you want to play two hands they make you double the table minimum. That means the least you can bet is 40 to play a game which the cards are stacked against you. I understand why they have made it more like a slot machine then a card game. Its because they want to make it fun for everyone.....but its a little too expensive for everyone to play.. 5 dollar minimums with ability to play three hands would get five stars...end result would ultimately be the same Im afraid....at least you would get to play a while.

Wasnt gonna stop here last Monday but wanted Starbucks. Was pretty dead and I felt comfortable staying and playing a few bucks seeing the safety measures that are being taken during this time employees sanitizing all slots temps checking and wearing mask. Thank You Casino Del Sol members. Be Safe

Not bad for my first visit. Staff was incredibly friendly, took care of us and even diligently watched over or stuff! The pool was absolutely incredible, water temp was beautiful, the shallow sections were perfect and the layout was great. We had rented a Cabana for the day, and the staff allowed us to have all our fronted who were not staying in the hotel come and celebrate for the day. It was a complete blast. My only gripe is the casino could be better have scrubbed the air, the cigarette smoke filled the air. I have been to Vegas casinos, and they do an incredible job of mitigating the smoke from the air, it can be done.

Best casino in Tucson hands down. The covid policies are a bit over the top if your staying in the hotel, but better safe than sorry.

Well I spent $200 on a room that was pointless because I took my g/f there for her birthday along with a friend and they wouldnt allow her in the hotel because she didnt have an id. Her Id was destroyed in the fire of our house and we havent been able to replace it. This is a new policy of their hotel and it wouldnt have been a problem if it would have been in writing on the booking site but it wasnt. I think I should get my money back but the room was non refundable. However under these circumstances I think there should be an exception.

Good clean good atmosphere loved the fact that they taking every precautions foe covid 19 spreading. Employees were friendly and helpful. The inner decorations are very unique and remind me of the Paris hotel in las vegas.

Ive been to casinos in Vegas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona, Indiana, North Carolina and South Carolina (boat casino), and Casino Del Sol is by far my favorite casino to play in. Great atmosphere, outstanding staff, not as crowded. Look forward to my next visit.

Its a casino, what is there to say? They treat you accordingly, if you spend 60 dollars in 2 hours you are welcomed but if you spend alot you are happily welcomed. Executive hosts are very polite. Very fun environment.

I feel more comfortable at the casino than anywhere else during this global pandemic. The casino does temperature checks, and you Must wear your mask over your mouth and nose At All Times. If Every business followed the casinos example, the coronavirus might stop.

We had a great time. The food and drinks were great. Our room was really nice and very clean. The staff were all really nice and helpful. They are doing a great job here, things have changed because of Covid-19, but they are handling it well. I will most definitely be going back. I highly recommend Casino Del Sol.

We ate at Ume, one of their resturants. Checken Pad Thai, and its always good. Sushi is also good there. Easy 5 minute drivr fot us. Whats not to love

Spending all that money and no services is a bunch of bull... no pool or spa just the casino charge. 200.00 a night for tv and bed and then spend high prices on all food and don’t have free water in room was just not high end but charge high end prices

I personally do not enjoy gambling at all. In fact Im kind of aversive to casinos in general. But this one is so different. Laid back and usually not too crowded late nights, the atmosphere is relaxed and the staff are friendly. Had a good time both times I went.

Its a nice casino with modern day machines 1¢ slots, poker and 5¢ machines got to sit at the bar for the 25¢ machines for the most part . It would be nice if you didnt have to pay for your cocktails while playing . Who knows what the future has in store for patrons of the gambling world .

They are doing a good job in the casino by watching that all players keep the masks on. Also keeping all the machines clean and chairs. I have to say I saw a few people in the bingo hall with their masks off. Other then that it a 10 from me.

My husband and I had a lot of fun here! A lot of different games and different denominations to choose from when gambling. We also ate at Festa Buffet - it was clean, high quality food, prepared deliciously. Valet parking is free and easy to use.

This hotel casino has been rude. I have spent lots of money here and they want to treat me like I am a nobody. I had two guest with me and one of them did not have iD mind you she was just staying at the hotel not playing in the casino and she tried to get her ID paper off the website of DMV but they were down. So since she doesnt have ID then she cant stay in the hotel. I mean security wanted to treat us like criminals. Now I have stayed here before and will never stay or play again and will make sure to notify management that I was treated with disrespect. From the time I called for reservations till I left it was like walking on egg shells. Not once did they talk about anything the hotel and casino have to offer. It was like everything you cant do here. So negative nothing positive. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! Unless you like to be harrased. Oct 25 2020.

Machines are so tight. I was playing a game that was fun, colorful, alot of sounds and color and I was asked to leave it so they could take out all the money from it. This was at 7 in the morning. No one came around for waters, and I saw no one cleaning machines after someone left. Wont be back. Would rather donate my money to the local food bank.

Very beautiful Casino. Had a few issues with the cleanliness of our room (used shampoo, used lotion, only one pair of slippers.) Also, we paid for the upgraded room. And our vip parking wouldnt work so we had to go back in to fix it, just made us make multiple uneccessary trips back and fourth from our room trying to fix it all, but they did take care of it and discount our room for us. I just feel like cleanliness during the time is more important then saving a few dollars.

Awesome have gotten more free plays then anyplace else.
