Karen was very helpful it designing a custom frame for a price of artwork I brought back from Egypt. The end product turned out amazing! My only disappointment was when I went to pick it up they had initially put it in the wrong frame. When I brought this up to them, they pulled up my paperwork and realized that they had made a mistake. Karen quickly corrected the problem and had it ready for me the next morning. Karen and her team are wonderful to work with and they do amazing work. I will definitely use them for future projects.

This place is amazing!! They have the biggest and best selection of posters!! Ive been trying to find this certain iron maiden poster that was $35 online. I found the same poster there for $12!! And they have so many more that I want!!

I was visiting in town and looking for a nice present for my daughter, I googled movie posters and found this store. Theyve been in Tucson for many many years, but I had never gone in when I lived here. However, it was one of the best decisions I could have made. I found some amazing posters, I was happy to spend my money at this local business and get my daughter some amazing gifts. The owners or extraordinary friendly, helpful And thoughtful. Next time Im in town Im going to go there again. I recommend this business to anyone who wants to fill the room beautiful movie and art posters.

I love to buy strange artwork everywhere I travel. Some can fit into a regular sized frames some can’t, but almost all need a frame entirely. My mom introduced me to this place & I will never go anywhere else! They are the absolute best! Perfect for any regular framing from degrees/certificates to family photos but their custom framing is out of this world! So professional, so affordable and you get everything you want & more! On my first piece of custom framing I completely forgot to ask them to attach the artist’s information sheet that came with the art to the back. When I went to pick it up, I was nervous that it would have been thrown away or destroyed but no, they had already attached it to the back without me even asking! I was blown away with the quality & the little amount of time that was needed for the job. Five stars is not enough! Oh and it gets better, don’t have a particular piece of art to hang up, that’s okay, they do! They even have local artists and in every price range, so they truly have something for everyone.

Karen, owner of The Poster Warehouse treats each piece as if it were her own. She is not only a knowledgeable expertise but kind and considerate. The Poster Warehouse is fair and beats all the the competition in prices and selections. I would never take ANYTHING to be framed ANYWHERE else.

I intended to stop by Bookmans but they were closed because of Covid-19. A quick Google search pulled up The Poster Warehouse just a few minutes away. I’m VERY glad I took the time to try this store. Karen was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find some great, reasonably priced pieces of art for my house. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for art or for any framing needs.

Bill and his wife Karen are angels. I met them a few years back and they have always been extremely kind. I finally decided to get something professionally framed and have never done so before, so I did not know where to start, but their staff helped and I absolutely loved the final piece. Their prices are well worth the final product and piece of mind that they will go above and beyond to deliver their best to the customer.

(This is long, but worth the read)I needed some items framed so I called before going and spoke with Alisha. As I asked my questions, she was very Helpful, Patient & Informative with me, creating an even clearer picture of what I was envisioning and possible cost ranges. I arrived a few hours later and was greeted immediately and warmly by Alisha herself. Now, I wish I could post the pictures I took of the final decision she helped me come to but seeing as these are gifts, I wont risk spoiling their surprise. But I MUST say this, it was one of the most pleasant business transactions Ive experienced in quite some time. At one point, I even confused which mattings went with which picture before she went to the back to check if stock was available to meet my timeframes (which caused her tocheck for the wrong mating), but when I told her about it, she was completely gracious with me while having to scribble my errors from the receipt and verify the correct stock was actually in. Alisha engaged me on a personal level, while taking her time to provide me with plenty of options to make sure I had exactly what I was looking for and her suggestions enhanced my original ideas! Alisha is such a professional. As far as prices, I honestly wasnt expecting to pay as much per item, ALTHOUGH she worked with my budget and even though I spent more, I was 1000% satisfied! Besides, when you want professional work, you should expect to pay professional prices, and I had NO hesitation! The store itself was FULL of fascinating posters, prints, etc and I wish I had more time to browse. I recommend The Poster Warehouse to anyone looking for fair, honest, friendly and professional service! I WILL be back for more, and Ill post the pics of both examples and finished products after theyre gifted! BTW, the ONLY reason I didnt give 5 Stars is because I dont have the finished product, but I have NO doubt they will blow me away and that 5 Stars is Guaranteed on my next post!! This place is amazing. I only browsed their selection quickly and it seemed good, but my experience was getting something I already had framed.The staff is awesome and everyone went above and beyond to help out and turn my vision into a reality!

Great place, Ive been coming here for 20 years. Excellent framing & matting, fair pricing and the service & time they spend with you is unparalleled. Cant wait to see how the framing on a recent print Aztec Chocolate I left comes out. You can literally spend a few hours going thru all the poster collections they have.

I visited the Poster Warehouse based off of a friends recommendation because I had some movie posters I wanted to frame and hang as well as get some new art or posters for my new place. The moment I arrived at the doors I knew the place would have what I need. I looked around for a bit and I was greeted by a very nice woman who was an employee there, at what capacity I dont know but she was friendly and knowledgeable. I told her what I needed and they had it. Not only did she find what I needed but she framed the posters for me as well at no extra cost. Overall I was very impressed with the store and the service and thats why Im giving this place 5 stars and I strongly recommend going her if you need new art or frames.

I cannot say enough good things about the Poster warehouse and Billy Bowe. I had my heart set on creating a poster for one of my sons of an HP Lovecraft quote. A Christmas present. I could not find it on an existing poster. I could not find a way to make it online. I went to a couple of other places in Tucson but no luck. Thankfully I called The Poster warehouse. Billy listened to what I needed. looked at what I sent him and became my hero by saying it could be done and in time for Christmas!! In fact 2 days later it was done. i went today and Billy professionally framed it for me. It is perfect!! Many thanks to the great team there. They are professional but friendly and committed to helping you get what you need. What a great place to visit and just look around too! I recommend you go to shop and definitely if you need a print, a frame etc. they are the best!

I went in with multiple items of a set to be framed and one of the owners helped me choose multiple colorful frames that matched the whimsy of the items I had while remaining price conscious. After purchase, she offered to frame them for free takin care to align them just right much faster than I would have been able to do. Thanks to that level of personal care, I expect to return to this locally owned shop for any future framing needs.

I was in a jam. I need a custom frame for a certificate and I only had 30 minutes before the presentation ceremony. The team @ The Poster Warehouse swept into action: helping me select the right frame from the massive selection, matting the certificate, and even cutting a new piece of glass when the first one broke. It was a perfect experience!

Good customer service but frame I purchased literally fell apart. I tried to reach out to management of Poster Warehouse with no response. Thank goodness for AMEX reimbursements.
