Always find what I want and then Some!

Looking for a basic craft poster. (Those that remember its the fuzzy felt poster you draw in with markers.) After walking around the entire store and seeing no employees... i find an employee. I describe what Im looking for and her response is our store doesnt carry those but the bigger store on Broadway way might. Next time you are in that area you should check if they have it. That was the extent of customer service provided to me.Stores are wondering why we shop online? Customer service is dead. So thank you for affirming why I shop at Amazon.com2 star because at least your store was clean.

Got an off the shelf frame that looks custom for a poster I wanted to hang at 50% off! People here, including the framer (Ive had several paintings custom framed) are super helpful and very nice.

I love Michaels, I could spend all my money there. If only I didnt have to pay my bills.

I understand that there is probably a lot of theft going on here but thats what the cameras and employees are for to prevent or stop this kind of behavior. I love Michaels however I am a grown up and my small backpack shouldnt have to be left up front and i most certainly shouldnt be told this after i have already been shopping for a half an hour.

I can only say good things about this store.although I long for the day when covid is under control and its crowded and bustling full of crafters again.

Easy peasy! Ordered/paid online, was emailed later that day that order was ready 4 pickup. Drove over, called 4 curbside pickup- hardly any wait 4 someone 2 deliver 2 my car. Great!

Very helpful cashier who asked another employee to help me find a product when it was not in the aisle their inventory indicated. A second register was opened as the line grew and we were able to pay for our purchase quickly (which was extra appreciated because my 18 month old was done sitting in the cart!). Restrooms were clean and thankfully had a diaper changing station (in womens handicap stall; not sure if mens restroom had a diaper changing station).

Nice items with decent prices. Had a sign at the door with a recommendation to only use credit or debit cards.

Black Friday is alive and thriving in Tucson and Michaels crowded isles and patking lot is testament.

I was shopping for 16x16 frames, and they didnt have a single one! Otherwise it was lovely!

Josh in framing was SUPER helpful. He went above and beyond to help me frame my grad photo, even though I didnt buy a custom frame that day. He helped me choose a frame from the floor that was BOGO, and he taught me how to set it properly. Now I know more about framing and will be coming here in the future for that! The art of framing is fun and interesting thanks to Josh.

The manager at this store is extremely rude. There were a minimum of 15 customers in line. When I asked if they had called for back up she very rudely screamed at me “WE DID!” After a few minutes one by one 3 cashiers came up. I told the young lady that helped “thank you for coming up to help”. The manager gave me another one of what I can only assume is one of her regular smug looks and mouthed of to me. I went outside and decided to go back in. Lo and behold she is the manager. Again more smart comments, and her telling me who her boss was. I’m assuming her boss lets her get away with her rude behavior. Not to mention the store is trashed.Her behavior alone is most likely why the store is going under. Myself I will be going to the cleaner and more friendly store, Hobby Lobby.Customer no more

Feeling crafty they got what you need. Paint, brushes, inks and sketch books. Always a good deal on supplies for your projects or start something new. Best part is get it today and never have to go go elsewhere.

Im not the person that typically asks for help in any store, but today I needed help. I had two separate questions for two different employees and they were both very knowledgeable and helpful. I really appreciated there help and their time. Without it, I would have never found what I was looking for. Customer service at its best! Thank you!

Today, i went to this store at night. You cannot believe how amazing the staff is. One of the best stores where i found the staff is very friendly. They are 10 stars in terms of caring. I think that the staff are happy and satisfied with their jobs, so they always smile in the customers face and ask him if he/she needs any help. The manager was super friendly. Even the person who cleans the floor asked me if i need any help! Good job Michaels! Your staff and the customer service is amazing!

Great when they have coupons. I wish it was a bigger store with bigger selection like the one on oracle. But otherwise Great. The staff is always friendly. I just wished the prices were overall a little cheaper. Especially because if your able to wait amazon or walmart online shopping Is cheaper.

Went to get a picture rehung, the employee was polite and very helpful. I just moved into the area and needed some more ppitems to hang pictures. They had what I wanted and it was easy to find. Staff was nice and they were pet friendly.

I kind of feel like some of the workers their are racist and very rude, some dont even smile when their ringing you up! It can definitely use more people with good attitudes good costumer service skills and Nicer people!

I like this store, but it gets very busy and usually only 2 registers are being used. If they could manage long lines a little more efficiently, that would be great. Otherwise, one of my favorite micheals in town

Large store, they have good quality materials and a very reasonable price.

If youre feeling crafty, or are looking to start a hobby (be it for fun or as a full time job), heck, even if you are just feeling really expressive, get yourself over here. Additionally, they have other items for decorating your home, so dont count them out in that area, they are more than just a hobby store They have a great selection of frames for posters, pictures, your Renoir youve painted... :) Additionally, I have never had any problems returning something that didnt work out, be it didnt look right once I got it home, was too big or to small.. That includes swapping it for something else or just getting my money back, never have had issues. The staff is always super friendly and very helpful. They really go out of their way to help you.

This is the best craft store ever. They are constantly having sales and they always have a coupon thats easy to attain thru email. Today I bought these decorative boxes to help me organise all my make-up. Todays sale the boxes were 69% off and I had a 20% coupon. Yay!

I stick to Michaels for my frames. Whether its generic or custom theyre always good quality and the selection is great. The store is always clean and the staff is friendly and attentive.

A nice size store, lots of goodies, and the associates are really nice. The only downside was that special order framing takes 2 weeks. Thats disappointing but otherwise great. The location is good and now that Ina Road exit is reopening May 1st its even been better.

The quintessential craft store, as long as your crafts dont do sewing crafts. They do have yarn, embroidery floss, crossstitch material and very basic hand sewing notions. If you are into paint, scrapbooking, cake decorating, beading, stamping or floral arrangements, this is the place for you! They also have a lot of kids crafts and projects, and professional framing. They even do special needlepoint framing. Now you can order online and pickup at the front of the store!

Drove to this store because another store did not have the item I saw online and said was in stock but was not. I receive excellent service at this store from the cashiers where my item was being held for pickup.
