I purchased a product that didn’t even turn on. The women who helped was rude and not very helpful. Being that the product was more then 100$ I was very upset. They Are friendly and helpful when buying but when it comes to how they handle customers who are not happy they need more training. Would recommend to just buy online it’s much cheaper too and you get automatic warranty. Will not be purchasing anything from here again and will let family and friends know who go in this store to not shop here as well.

Have had good and bad experiences in here but Breanne the store manager is very disrespectful and rude. She yells at who ever she wants all the time when she is in the store. She has hired and selected her own little posse so they won’t tell on her. She screams at people to get out then laughs and makes jokes about it. We decided to shop elsewhere, even if it’s inconvenient for us at times.

The store was really really nice! Buuuuut one of the employees kept getting annoyed that people kept coming in which I completely understand but talk in your head instead of out loud! I would do 5 starts if my experience wasn’t so uncomfortable. i came in and i was greeted by a lovely young woman, i than began to shop around and was looking at lingerie. i then overheard a convo with one of the employees. She’s blonde with long hair and tattoos and a bit heavier set, not sure what her name is but she began to talk about things that made me uncomfortable considering i’m black, i understand people have their views but hers were really against me and dangerous to my people. I don’t feel comfortable shopping here anymore everyone else is super nice but she makes me uncomfortable

Had a real Pleasant time browsing the store. The customer service Representatives were very friendly. My one suggestion is to allow the employees of the store to dye their hair whatever color they want. For a store that is so modern, sexy, and edgy youd expect that the employees could have tattoos piercings and unnaturally colored hair but apparently that is not the case. I think that if the management allowed the employees to color their hair whatever color they want that would attract a more trendy crowd.

Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because my very firat vibrator I ever bought was from here and it was dead put of the box. Id love to say this place was nice, if I ever even got in. On my friends birthday, I was invited out to Fascinations. Ive never been to a strip club before, so I didnt know any of the rules, so I apologize if Im missing something.Upon entering, I was told I was stumbling so I couldnt enter. I will admit I was fairly tipsy, but I figured since strip clubs serve drinks, its fine if Im sort of drunk. Apparently, my ENTIRE group of drunk friends were fine, but I wasnt. I tripped up on their own floor mat for like a second, and was deemed too drunk to enter.Long story short, I will never go back to a place that didnt even give me a chance to go inside.

First off the outside building is appealing and as you walk in the staff greets you. The place is very well lit and has tons of room to move around and explore in. I felt very comfortable here. I am Absolutely LIVID so here is goes! I have been a loyal customer for 2 1/2 years because I love their products and dont mind spending a little more on good products BUT I bought an Item and returned it no problem until the system was having an issue so the manager ended up giving me a gift card which was fine. I went back 8 days later and waited in line for 40 mins because it was busy just to be told their system updated and I could no longer use my gift card. I was told to call corporate the next day. I called and left a message. I waited 4 days and nothing. Life got busy so it was about a week after I went back in and the SAME manager was there and I explained what happened and all I got was Attitude and she as EXTREMELY unprofessional. She called and said well they are closed so you are going to have to call AGAIN and just wait. By this time I am so angry at this lady I just walked out. I called Corporate again and nothing AGAIN. I waited another week and went in for the final time. I walked in and of course it was the same manager. I went in and explained I have been calling and no response. She then gave me a number to call so this time I called the number in my car and it was a disconnected number. I was Disgusted at this point I went in and immediately she rolled her eyes and said yes, I told her the number was wrong and I want the real number. She then asked all the other employees what the number and extension line was (she IS the manager she should know in my opinion) She finally gave me the number so I called and again I left a message and nothing. I just left! I could not deal with her anymore. I waited until Monday and I called this time to hopefully get someone who knew what to do and a man answered and said he was the manager. I told him my situation and he said Oh I am so sorry you have been treated that way. I am going to call corporate for you and you should receive a call in 30-40 mins. I thought YES finally someone who knows what they are doing...NOPE NO CALL BACK NOTHING. I then call again to be put on hold for over 10 mins so I just hung up. I thought hmm.... I have over 30$ on this card I wonder if I try to use it on-line. I went on-line put everything in my cart put in the gift certificate number and it went threw. I was relieved and thought I should have done that a LONG time ago.... WRONG AGAIN I looked at my bank account and it charged my account for EVERYTHING AND shipping!!! Needless to say I still have this dang card and have no way to get MY hard earned money off of it. I will NEVER set foot in that place again and will tell anyone who asks me about it to forget it.

Went here just before leaving for honeymoon trip. Dropped 200 bucks on a We-Vibe 4. Got to our destination and opened the box to find the charger was missing. Could not use it, could not return it until after we got back. Told the manager what happened and she said they allow people to open items to look at in store. At that point i just wanted my money back. The thought of strangers fondling something of such a personal nature is gross. Could not get my money back.
