We have an original painting that was painted by a well known painter. Our movers broke the glass and damaged the frame. Fortunately the painting was not damaged. I got a diploma framed here and was absolutely delighted by the customer service. The woman who helped me pick out matting and frame was very helpful, knowledgeable, and gave me some great suggestions that resulted in an absolutely beautiful project. The person who called me to pick up my order (which was ready earlier than expected) said she had noticed a note on it saying by Christmas if possible and hustled to get it to me in time, even though I had ordered it after the guaranteed delivery date. The employees here are very genuinely concerned with taking good care of you and it shows. I appreciate it!!

Beards has been my Go-To place for all framing needs. I’ve recently began collecting somewhat rare and unique prints. Our shopping experience from start to finish was excellent. The staff knew how to make your prints and art work stand out. They did it in efficient time and had the greatest customer service. We were given a date for our project to be finished and it was done early. Great service all around and clean atmosphere .

The staff knew what to do in replacing the glass on a rather expensive piece of art. While I was nervous to begin with, my fears dramatically disappeared when they engaged me as a customer and from that point I was totally satisfied.

Both Jo and Sarah with an H (as well as a young man whose name I didnt get) helped me pick out a frame for a print of my precious sons playing on the beach, taken many years ago.
