Amazing art and Fumio is very friendly. He show us how he makes his art and really makes you appreciate all the work that works into it.

My wife and I visited Mr. Sawas gallery during a short visit to Trinidad. We were not aware of him or the gallery until walking by. Upon entering his gallery Mr. Sawa welcomed us and proceeded to spend several hours with us, discussing his art works and how they are done and he provided a gracious tour of his fabulous glass collection. I cannot compare a gallery visit to this one. Our visit was clearly the highlight of our Trinidad visit and I would encourage anyone who is in or near Trinidad to stop by. You will not be disappointed. His art work deserves to be seen in person and is unique to the art world. Thank you Mr. Sawa.

In the world of abstract art, Fumio Sawa’s creations are the most beautiful ever made. We must be thankful that this gallery provides us with an elegant space in which to personally interact with a variety of his transcendent, innovative conceptions.

Phenomenal, mind blowing, and absolutely gorgeous artwork! I was too busy gawking at the art to even notice all the beautiful glass. Do not miss the opportunity to see this color filled, eye candy of a gallery. All my thumbs are up. :)

This gallery is in Trinidad, Colorado, but it is as fine a gallery as you might find in Sedona, Santa Fe, or Taos. Fumio is a masterful artist and his abstracts are stunning!, especially when you learn they are done by hand. My wife and I purchased two of his pieces that we love every time we see them and they have completely transformed the room where they are displayed. And they were a bargain for this quality of work. Walter and Fumio, the owners, were just delightful to work with.We also in the past have purchased two of his prints of birds. They are wonderful compositions and the framing is impeccable. The, too, were quite affordable for their quality. The gallery also has a museum-quality collection of art glass pieces.
