If you interested in all things automotive or odd, this place is for you. It caught my eye passing through on the highway and I just had to stop. Very unique art complete with stories on the artists vision for each piece. Check it out for sure!

Great museum with fun art. Staff is very friendly and they even allow dogs, so no need to leave your pup in the car. Also, respectful with social distancing rules. I would highly recommend making this a stop if you are in or around Trinidad.

Very friendly lady gave us a tour of the museum, and told us about all the cars, events, and artists. It was a nice stop during our stay in Trinidad. So much detail and work into all the art cars, and some with some very clever themes! They let us take pictures and they also have a little gift shop if you want to get a souvenir.

I have so many photos, but I dont want to ruin your visit. We had a blast here, learned a whole bunch and the greeters are very knowledgeable. Upon happenstance we found this little spot, MMJ store on the same street, so we had to go in after seeing it before we left the town. Go there, you wont regret it. Thank you from San Antonio!

Cool attraction. Its fre and has lots of cool looking cars. The care taker thee was kind and gave me a personal tour.

Definitely worth a stop! We spotted the place as we sped past on southbound I25. On our trip north we thought wed take a look after eating a very late lunch in Trinidad. However, according to the Google listing, we only had 10 minutes before closing. As we looked at the outside displays, one of the staff came outside to invite us in. That would be too linear, was his response when we said that they were listed as closing in 10 minutes. That response captured the content of the museum as well, plus exemplified how friendly he and the other staff were. No two art cars are alike and there are great stories of the how and who of making them. Dont get me started on the punny names...just visit. And it is free, but certainly worth a donation.

We found this place while traveling into Colorado Springs. I’m so glad we did. It is an awesome museum to visit and the employees give you a guided tour and fun facts about all the Awesome cars there! a must see if you are In the area!

What a hidden gem. This place was unbelievable, the guy who manages the museum is incredibly knowledgeable about the cars and willing to tell you about the stories behind them. And did I mention its free!

WOW!!! We saw a flyer for this little museum in town while stopping for lunch on a long roadtrip. We took the detour and it did not disappoint!!! Many beautiful art cars and friendly docents to tell you about each one and what it can do (hint: some of them shoot flames)! My only disappointment was that there were no magnets available for purchase, but I settled for a button featuring my favorite piece instead. :) I look forward to coming back someday to see the parade in town and the 100+ entries they get.

Cool place. Cars are cool to look at would like to see the parade sometime. Lady giving tour was very nice and informative. Cars definitely took some time to build. Free to get in.....make sure ya make a donation. Come on more than a dollar please its free to get in......they have a small gallery where they display local art too.

This place is INCREDIBLE! It is totally worth the stop. The detail in these art cars is amazing! There were over 20 cars to see! The staff was so nice and explained stories about each piece! Loved this place!

It was closed but we have friends who like stuff like this and we like to share our adventures.

The coolest museum Ive ever been to and thats saying a lot! I love museums! There are so many amazing art cars! We stopped by in the summer and was blown away by all the artwork!

Unique,free admission,close to town,approx 30 art cars...friendly staff/artists happy to show you around..saw everything in around 15 mins,but picnic table outside if you want to stay longer...dogs were welcome,also kid friendly...

An awesome spot to stop if youre in the area. Admission is free and the knowledgeable staff will give you an excellent guided tour around the cats. Worth stopping for.

Was pleasantly surprised when we stopped by here. If you are looking for a quirky, unusual, fun place to visit stop by here. Looking at these pieces of art work autos, I cant imagine how long it takes to put one together. The museum was nicely done. Good job!

Best place to visit when in town Tuesday-Saturday. Largest collection of art cars in one space in the USA. Yup, not kidding. Whats an art car? Its a car that has been altered from a mundane mode of transportation to a mobile piece of art.

Neat place to see creative ways to decorate vehicles, bikes, and other objects. The staff is very friendly and very informative about each display. I would recommend it as a stop driving through Colorado.

The workers were super nice and friendly, very willing to answer any questions we had and tell us about the cars. The cars are awesome! Amazing detail work and creativity!! Cant wait to go back and go to the parade!!!
