Be sure to load or screen capture your coupons before going In! The metal building really messes with cell service, and the only good spot is right at the front by the glass windows next to exit.Store was, as always well kept and tidy..even the clearance area had been recently cleaned up. Items neat on the shelves, labeling and protocal signage up around the whole store, and people were following without the need of employee intervention. Items were well stocked, particularly the sales ones so there was not a shortage on any of the current sales supplies. Christmas items being in the store and taking over are a bit absurd but I guess its the new trend.

One of my favorite craft stores to visit. I love their custom frame shop. I have had custom framing done from other places and met with disappointment. Michaels has never disappointed me. Their work is so meticulous and the attention to detail is superb.

Very relaxing. No heavy human traffic. People strictly observed social distancing.

Servicible Michaels. Mostly stocked. Lines were obscene. Older lady cashier was pushy and rude. Was all in my business like i was gonna rob the place blind. Speaking of which. I know michaels is hella over oriced by default. But coming from a different state recently, there is a distinct difference in prices. And a great deal of the every day craft items can be found for a 3rd of price on amazon for same day dwlivery since were so close to a warehouse here in tracy. Shop for the sales and unique stuff. But definitely think twice before buying glue or tape. You know?

So much Halloween stuff Staff was friendly. Check out was fast & easy, even though the line looked long at first!Cassidy was at the register 10/10 customer service.

They had what I needed, but the fact that there is almost no Halloween stuff left and the store is maxed out with Christmas decor and trees is awful and nauseating. I sometimes need things from here like baking supplies because their candy melts are cheap and on sale often, but I really dont want to shop here if they have Christmas decor out in the middle of October.

Michaels is a little too expensive for items that can be found elsewhere for alot less but i noticed they finally put some new products on their shelves which is a nice change of pace for them. I love their selection of artists paints for all types of applications and although as i mentioned already they are a bit pricey but its the only place in tracy that carries them.

Ordered my stuff early at 8:00 a.m., havent got anything i.e. e-mail or a phone call till 6:00 p.m.. I called around 6:10 to know the status of my order they said its ready. If I havent called them perhaps it would be next day. I just need the materials I ordered if not I will cancel my order and get it on some other store.

The employees of both the Livermore and Tracy stores were tremendously helpful. I wanted a Christmas tree, and a young man in Livermore helped to measure the width. But only the floor model was left. Another young woman checked other locations and found some available in Tracy. Called that store and another helpful employee pulled one aside for me to hold until I could get there. Great to have friendly, helpful and efficient service.

Went and purchased some t-shirts. Only a few were on sale. I thought all were on sale. They are regular 3.99 to 5.99 and the ones on sale were not in my size. The other items that were on sale at 70% off wasnt anything that I needed. Good sale though.

I went in to get ideas for a birthday decorating project... I came out with Christmas gifts! Lol! So many things to choose from. I realize that it is just August, but Christmas will be upon us faster than we want!

I love this place, since I’m an artist. The prices may be a little pricey but their things they sell are amazing, and great quality. I really recommend this place for artists and people who like to do crafts, drawings, a teacher, and art. Good job michals!

We only go there for basic things that the kids need for art, such as paints, paintbrushes and canvases, and some other basic stuffs, but its a really good store if you love to do arts and crafts! Its organized and products are well labelled. The staff are nice nice and helpful too!

Had to talk to several people to get them to let me use their bathroom while my wife was shopping but she was able to find yarn she cant find here in Chicago.

This Michaels store is ok but I prefer going to the Michaels in Livermore. The drive is about 25 mins. longer but worth it. The employees are friendlier and more helpful and the selection of merchandise, especially the clearance section, is way better.

Always have whatever I need for whatever project Im working on except fabric. The bead section is amazing. And the artist supplies have a very nice selection. Lots of sales too!

The staff was here was helpful and friendly. They seem to have a little more selection than other crafts stores in the area. This time of year it is quite busy but the line went very quickly. Its usually a good experience shopping here.

Michaels is a good store with reasonable prices, however, I went in to have a photo customed framed and was so shocked at the price that I turned and walked right out the door!!! My photo was 24x24 and the cashier said, ok, that will $273.68, after your %60 percent off and your military discount. My frame wasnt gold or platinum, it was wood! I see why Aaron Brothers went out of the business. Off to Amazon to look for a frame!!

Was disappointed their candle making selection was so little. Store was clean and clerks were nice and informative.

We love to go to Michaels but it seems like this one is always just a little untidy. The inventory on the shelves is often unorganized which makes it hard to find stuff. The staff, however, is super friendly and helpful.

Nice place to get canvas, its often on some sort of sale. A decent selection of paint supplies and paper as well.

This location has a miniscule selection of beads in their jewelry making section and they are kind of expensive. Will give them credit for clean store and friendly service but if Ill be driving into Dublin or Stockton to Hobby Lobby for my jewelry making needs. They have a larger selection of beads, gemstones and materials for my jewelry projects.

Love this store! You can never go wrong to come here a find stuff for the countless projects you can get yourself into.. they have pretty much everything when it comes to DIY projects, event planning or popular hobbies.. they also offer workshops which is pretty helpful.. everyone is usually very nice which is a huge plus when your looking for something specific in a store overloaded with crafts..

As far crafts stores go, good place to go but it competes with the giant Hobby Lobby which is located in Stockton. Both stores offer a variety of services but Im still glad for this store in the local area.

We were very impressed and truly appreciated the customer service at this Michael’s. The staff went above and beyond to help us with our purchase for a bulletin board versus framing one. The cashier was great, too! Thank you all for your help and patience.

Great arts n crafts store, they have almost everything you could imagine/need to get you weekend craft project done. We went in for some drawers to build my wife a small vanity and got lucky as they were on sale for $40 off which was more than the savings we would have gotten with their online coupons.

I absolutely love this place for all my crafting needs. The employees are all extremely nice and helpful. I was able to bring my dog in as I was shopping, and they were very welcoming. Not to mention the prices are very reasonable there.

They generally have what i need in DMC floss.

Have planned baby shower, wedding showers and other events with deco and ideas here. Crafts for my young one as well as me. I get lost on here just wandering sometimes. Staff is friendly.

I like this place because they have a lot of products to consider while shopping. My creative imagination goes wild walking through the isles. Some of their products however can be a little pricey so look for those deals.

Nice and clean store, with all the items you will need to do almost craft or school assignment imaginable. But bring your credit cards cuz the convienence of having it all in one store will cost you (Its not cheap!).

My boyfriend & I went in the store looking for paint supplies & canvas. Which was easy to find after we spoke to a friendly associate. The area where the canvas is kept is at the back of the store & a partial isle plus the bigger canvas at the top of the shelves. As we were looking up to locate pricetags & sizes to find the best deal, we hadnt noticed what associates later called a U-boat sitting in the middle of isle. My boyfriend obviously didnt see it either because he slammed right into it. His arm tingled & began swelling immediately. We filed an incident report since he was hurt in the store & because better practices should b in place when dismantling the shelves. I would think, if long metal rods & metal pieces that hold the shelving are being installed or removed an associate should be near by. The area was not marked by a cone, caution or warning of any kind & a staff member had to be called over as there wasnt one in the area. The cart was wheeled off into the back, (no more than two isles away) after an associate was made aware of the problem. The laziness of the staff members is evident through out the store. Outdated sale tags for items whose sale had ended two days prior still hung from a few racks. And that was only in the paint section! They have to honor the advertised price so if your on the hunt for a great deal, head over to this store. However, please use caution while you shopping. For me, the sale items are not worth the pain & swelling. I wont be shopping at this store from now on.
