The Grand Theater is a beautiful restored theater the bygone era. The the sculpture carvings on the ceiling and pillars are absolutely beautifully restored. The venue is very quaint and offers an excellent seating arrangement although a little tight on the Isles there is not a bad seat in the house and that includes the upper balcony. The sound and acoustics are amazing. The performances that have been hosted there reflecting culture. It has a small town charm with a San Francisco flavor.

My daughter has had two performances here and the staff are always polite and helpful. And the place is easy to navigate as well as having a comfortable atmosphere.

Love this old theatre!! Acoustics sounded fantastic @ last Thursdays String Orchestra Festival. Our students @ Tracys middle and high schools have so much talent and they are guided by amazing teachers- BRAVO!

The place is both enhanced by modernism and with historical structures preserved. The old town feel and the activities/classes they offer make this place very unique. Im thinking about being in the Digital Arts drawing/painting course that will be available this Winter/Spring :)

Has some great venues.

We went to see Dracula the ballet. It was a fantastic show and a lot of fun. We got box seats, which was very nice. Looking forward to seeing the Nutcracker.

A crown jewel of Tracy. I love this place and the people that run it. An amazing gift to our community for sure.

They tried they really did, but need more stuff for the adults. Bring in comedy acts like theo von or david spade. They go to san jose improve all the time tracy is missing out with no namer lamers!

I adore this space. I use their ceramic open lab on Weds to play with clay on the wheel, my daughter takes drawing and ceramics here, and the art gallery is gorgeous! I even bought a beautifully turned wooden spoon from the gallery, and I cant wait to use it. Havent been to a show or event yet, but its on my list! So glad we have something this special all the way out in Tracy!

Went for a childrens theater performance of The Nutcracker, well done and great fun. Needs more than 1 restroom!

One of Tracys jewels! A great venue to see a variety of awesome performances. You can also see ever changing quality art exhibitions or take numerous art classes.

We have attended many events at the Grand Theatre Center and enjoyed each event. Great location in Tracy with great seats for viewing and friendly, professional staff.

Wish the staff was more welcoming. Awkward trying to purchase tickets over the phone this morning. Ushers who volunteer were very welcoming. Actors in the community theatre were great, but the sound used to be a lot better from what I remember years ago... what happened? Also, I have never been to a theatre whos policy is no re-entry after intermission ends. Sad that this place is going downhill!

Been performing here with school bands and string orchestras for three years now. Great venue. Wish more celebrities would stop by. I’ve seen shows in San Francisco with less seats but for such a huge public figure! Highly highly underrated. Great classes for all of the arts. One suggestion is adding more to the menu at concessions. Thank you for all of the awesome memories.

Great Jazz show

Fabulous Theatre space and center. Well managed. Wish we had a full service center like this here in Stockton.

Very nice small community theater. Saw Willy Wonka there and the play was great. There were some major sound issues and the snack bar had stale popcorn. Overall a great experience.

Its decent. The entrance ticket was only $6 for a band concert starred by students. The place was clean, the seating was comfy. If anything, it would be the lack of seats in case more crowds decided to come and watch the show.

Cute, small, intimate theater with great restaurants within walking distance

We attended the Fall concert, which was presented by the Tracy Band. It was a very nice presentation. The theater isnt that big but very quaint feeling. The chairs were comfy and the facility was very clean!

Awesome venue for a rock & roll show! @Y&T and Points North rocked the house for over 3 hours last night. Amazing sound and performance! Best part is it’s just a few blocks from home. I hope to see more concerts at this beautifully restored vaudeville theatre!

The Grand Theater in Tracy is a gem. It is a small, intimate venue in a beautifully restored theater building. I am so glad I went there. It was way beyond my expectations in old town Tracy.

One old good thing about Tracy that still exits. brings me lot of memories. They have got some good shows and events especially around Christmas!

Watched my sons APA dance recital here. Beautiful theater, Comfortable seating, Large stage, people behind the scenes operating lights did a fantastic job. Excellent experience. (They even sold popcorn) lovely place.

The Alice and Wonderland performance was fabulous and my children and I loves the show!

Wonderful venue in the heart of downtown! I highly suspect everyone would enjoy one of their favorite artists at this beautiful theater!

This is very nice cozy, clean and comfortable place to go a concert, watch a movie or attend a event such as Girls Night Out. The staff people are always helpful, nice and caring.

Its needs update also parking is a huge problem

Unrated list the whole five stars because the atmosphere was right it was safe environment we had a lovely time we seen some legacy of Earth wind and fire it was a basically full House the show was great so if you guys around the Tracy area and you looking for something to do pull up the Grand theater to see whats coming next your neighborhood thats where we celebrate my husbands birthday for March 23rd of 2019

Small place with great view of stage. My only complaint is small seats. For locals it great place for top level entrainment.

I am always impressed when we attend.

Terrible. Sound crew was atrocious! Missed every cue. Spend a pretty penny and the sound guy couldnt even get off his phone. Youd think if you have a big name band like Montgomery Gentry youd have a professional sound guy who knows what he is doing.

We have seen a handful of shows and taken advantage of a course that was offered here. It is clean, comfortable, and well-managed. Parking, however, is an issue. Several times we have had to park blocks away in a dimly lit area.

Among the best of a dying breed of really good, local theaters. I wish we had something like this in Manteca!
