Convenient location and it is packed with a ton of my crafting needs. They are usually stocked full of merchandise and neat, but due to the pandemic it is not as fully stocked as usual. Thats understandable. Still, I found most of what I needed and they always have a coupon or a sale.

I have to give this store indeed 5 stars. I was looking for a frame to frame a t-shirt that I purchased from Amsterdam. I looked online to see what they had close to what I needed to complete this task. I was in search to spend about $40, but Lord and behold I spent less than $20 for shadow box frame that was on clearance that was orig. $42. The only thing I would have to do is remove the clips so the shirt can lay flat.

I come to Michaels all the time. They always have what I need for my projects, or if I cant think. I walk around until something gives me an idea.Its the first place I go for daily arts and crafts supplies.

I took my child to do the weekend craft and the staff person, Mrs. Edna, was wonderful. The craft was to make something out of dough and the color my child wanted wasnt available and Mrs. Edna got all the colors all the kids wanted. It was very enjoyable for $3.

Order online for best service. This Michaels tends to run out of things quickly.

This was my first visit to this store with my sister & I absolutely loved it. Now I am a dedicated online Michaels shopper. Waiting for my delivery today as a mattress of fact.......

I went into this store for some simple craft products and was overwhelmed at the disarray. It looked like they were having a store closing sale the way items were strewn into every aisle. I had to ask 3 different employees for some elastic. The employees were polite but obviously more training is needed, I got 3 different answers where I could find it. Also, none of the price scanners located within the store worked so I had to bring all the items I considered purchasing to the main register, waiting in a 15 minute line only to find all the items were in the wrong area and all the price stickers were incorrect. I will not be visiting this location, nor do I recommend it. Either buy online, go to another location or another craft store, i.e. A.C. Moore, Jo Anns.

Great place to buy crafty stuff. For instance, my uncle likes to draw stuff. I buy him these super expensive drawing pencils and its as if he becomes the Superman of drawing. If youre anything like me and the culture of being crafty pervades you, this is a fantastic place to people watch. crafty people are so interesting. Highly recommend.

Always the place to go for reasonable priced crafting fun. I wouldve given you five stars but I had to look too hard for someone to help me find a product. I had begun to think I was alone in the store, then I heard a cough, and I found her.

I am visiting from another state and wanted to check out the local Michaels. I love my local Michaels. This Putty Hill location was truly horrible! Im not one to leave reviews but had to mention this as I can believe its even run by the same corporation.Floors are dirty with trash and just plain dirt. Shelve are empty or nearly empty and what is on the shelves are hanging off, disorderly and opened packages. I didnt even speak to an associate, just left!I didnt even

Missing two items from my order, they were available when I placed a pickup order but didnt get any notifications from the website or an assistant about the sudden unavailability and realized they put only a half of my order in the bag. Now its too late to go shopping somewhere else. Frustrating.

This location is the dirtiest Michaels that I have ever seen. In addition, the shelves are so unorganized and stuff looks like it has been thrown around. Let me add to the fact that the cashier just put my new purchase in the previous purchase from Michaels bag that is ripped and did not bother to offer me the new plastic bag.

Visited on 2/13@7:45p. The Manager Rhonda and Cashier Lauren were two of the 1st people encountered and both of their faces appeared unwelcoming or if they are unhappy working for the company. When I asked Rhonda a question about a product I was given a short answer as she continued walking past. The cashier Lauren was the worst. There was one other cashier that I did not work with, however she had a smiling and welcoming face. Do Not go there if you dont have patience to deal with unwelcoming personnel

Only Michaels worth shopping for artist painting supplies is Owings Mills.

I went in to buy some colored pencils. I frequent this Michaels pretty often, so I didnt require any assistance to find them. Although a staff worker did ask if I needed any help. The line was long at checkout, but more staff were called and I was in and out in 15 minutes. I brought up a coupon on my phone but the cashier had a extra paper version which she used for my purchase. Ended up saving %50 off my purchase.

Didnt have what I was looking for

I came to pick up an online order around 430 in the afternoon yesterday. After a few minutes of waiting after pressing the button as instructed in my confirmation email, I overhead an employee complaining about the long lines and she shouted to me that she would be over in a few minutes. Once she came over she was rude. She asked me for my first name which I gave her once but she didnt hear me because she was talking to another employee via her ear piece. She asked for my first name again which I gave her again and after a pause she said well what is the rest of your name?! I have a hyphenated last name so I gave her the first one. She asked to see my ID and I gave it to her. She then said dont you have another last name? I said yes and gave it to her. She rudely remarked well then why didnt you say it when I asked you for your last name? I could have got an attitude with her but I was very polite. I couldnt wait to get out of the store and I will never shop at this location again. When I left I heard a customer ask her if she could check her out and she replied I can check you out once you get back in line.

I love coming into this Michael’s because there’s always something new. The staff has great ideas to help you to complete your project no matter the size.I really appreciate mini products and supplies that they have on hand. I highly recommend this location for all your craft needs.

Good selection. Still takes longer than it ever should to checkout. POS systems are slow and outdated. Self checkout would be great for when you need to stop in for just 1 or 2 things.

Michaels is my go to store for crafting. Lines are slow moving and not enough cashiers but you pretty much find what you need.

The store is organized well but is understaffed. It seems that everyone has a T-shirt business so they tend to be limited on a number of items. However I found what I needed and theres always a coupon.

I like going to Michaels they have good prices but the checkout line takes forever. Also it be nice if they took more than one coupon at a time, like Joanns. But I keep going back because they have a variety of craft items.

Havent you ever been to Michaels. Its a craft store. It looks like every craft store has looked for at least 30 years. Their website has a good inventory system so you can check if things are in stock and also find where they are in the store.

My kids and I go here on Saturdays for the kids art club. The staff is always friendly and my kids love it. This is some of easy and cheap for parents to do that your kids will love, if theyre into art. They have lots of sales and sometimes there are customer appreciation days where you get rewards.

Took my granddaughters here last Saturday and could barely get them back out the door! Excellent product selection, very clean and helpful and pleasant staff. Recommend highly. Prices are reasonable as well and they often have sales and coupons.

I found this Michaels a little on the expensive side compared to others Ive been to.Theres a large selection of home decor and craft stuff. You will certainly go broke, because its hard NOT to want everything here. LOL.Its clean and organized well.
