Okay. i guess so, while the seats are soft and comfy, they are not really red and perfectly colored, but the food is nice and you dont have to just walk long ways away to the bathroom which actually the bathroom is right in the lobby and for those who like arcades, the arcade is right next to you on the left side ! but theres no actual front row in the second deck of the theater and mostly your child may not be able to see perfectly in the back row and you may have to get them a booster seat.

Its always pleasant to go to the movies there. Sometimes I arrive early just to sit in the front of the movie house so relaxing! When you going to purchase your ticket you reserve your seat, this is something new. Theres always other places to go nearby as well, I had fun!

Better than the one at del amo mall

Dolby Theater was fantastic. I think I saw one of the 10 hairs left on my head float down past my periphery after the base dropped in one of the intense scenes of the movie. Great recliners, awesome clean sound and friendly service at the counter.

The picture quality was good jus wished they had more comfortable seats

AMC, I have been going to AMC theaters for 20+ years and have seen many changes.I think AMC sets the standard for theaters these days. There are better theaters out there but AMC is the most consistent, although the shutting down of condescensions be for the last movie has ended works me a bit I do understand that it makes business since just not customer sense.So that would definitely be something you should be aware of. If you have a late show or last show, get your snacks BEFORE you sit down at AMC.

People great, theater clean, screen great, sound great....but the seats are a battle. I do not see any sense in making these rocking chairs. Would be more sensible to allow a limited recline. Difficult for smaller companions to have a laid back angle. Would prefer a traditional seat or what regal have at recliner locations.

Great place for contracting Covid. Come on down and enjoy. Bring your friends.

AMC Stubs makes it worthwhile. Buy tickets online without the service charge and earn points for Rewards. This Rolling Hills location is great since there are lots of food options in the immediate retail center or a short hop away. Or you can get your grocery shopping done at Trader Joes and Whole Foods after watching. Overflow parking to the north of the theater, behind the office building.

Place was clean and empty on a Thursday early show. The prices were good. We used the automated system to buy tickets and walked right in. No line at concessions which are ridiculously overpriced of course. The bathrooms were clean. Movie seats were okay for this film, not reclining, but when I think back to what they used to be, these were just fine. Floors were clean. Sound was great. Audience was respectful. All good!!

Everytime I go, its always fun. Staff is friendly & attentive, & service is quick. They also have those cool soda machines that have all kinds of flavors..seating is reserved and the movies are never overcrowded. Also, location is great! Lots of places to eat and shop if you need to kill time before the movies start. Fave theater in the area!

Very beautiful and large theatre! 20 screens! Plush comfortable seats and nice clean restrooms! The cleanest restrooms I have ever seen at a Movie theater! The only downer was the snack bar closes @ 10pm!

The Dolby is awesome. I love being able to reserve my seats ahead of time. I also like that this theater shows smaller independent movies that most other theaters dont screen.

Decent theater with reasonable priced tickets and concessions. The stadium seating is pretty awesome and generally it feels like there isnt a bad seat. Avoid the self serve ticket machines in front... They are awful and pretty much useless. You will waste your time forever trying to click and then end up in line with everyone else anyway.

Very large AMC theaters. Friendly employees. Pretty clean too. Comfortable seats. Because of many screening rooms, its a nice experience, not many people most of the time. Nice convinient location.

Came here a couple times with my family and saw Incredibles 2, when they were experiencing technical difficulties, they informed us that we could move to another showcase and that they would accommodate us with complimentary tickets for our inconvenience. We came back to watch Transylvania 3 Vacation with those said tickets. They are clean here and have comfortable seating, great surround sound, plenty of snacks. They have great services here and we will be future patrons.

Nice theater in Rolling Hills. Make sure to go before 11 AM on a weekday for movies that are usually less than $7. Theater is very nice and clean.

Personally my favorite AMC. Great seats, great screening, friendly sevice. I wouldnt recommend buying drinks though. It may have just been me, but the iced tea tasted like water with a dab of sugar. Everything else is always a fun experience.

So, I went to see the new Star Wars movie a couple of weeks ago, and I got my ticket online. As I get there, they tell me the movie is no longer playing there and is being played in a different theater. They “apologize for the inconvenience” and tell me they’ll be upgrading me if I went there and wait, and they’ll be offering me a popcorn and a soda. When I get to the cashier, they give me literally the smallest soda and popcorn I HAVE EVER SEEN! I wasn’t sure if they were designed for a baby or what! And the theater was super cramped. Avoid this place!

This theatre has always been pretty good since I was a teenager, and it still is, even when a lot of the older theatres have come and gone, this one has kept updating and has remained one of the best around the area. Dolby is the way to go when watching any movie nowadays

Not too many people on a Saturday which was nice, and the screen and sound were amazing... Perhaps we are jaded though since we went to see Knives Out at the Galleria the night before. This theater didnt have the reclining seats that they did, but I did notice Frozen II was in a theater with recliners there. I guess that is just reserved for one presentation while the other at the Galleria had these seats in all their theaters.

Their IMAX theater has reserved seating with very comfortable seats and good sound. Personally, I think the popcorn and soda are way overpriced and theyve eliminated the small selection, so if youre not already full, best to have people to share with.

Misleading lines with the AMC Gold Pass at the snack stand. The gold line has a large number of people waiting and the normal line had no one. Since it was not busy I thought I should wait in the line. When I got to the register I was scolded and told that I waited in the wrong line... Even though it was longer!That being said the front end employee who sold the ticket helped with setting up an account to get discounted tickets on Tuesday so that was a plus.The theater was clean but the seats are tight and not as comfortable as other movie theaters.

Nothing really out of the ordinary here. Its a movie theater. However, Tuesdays are half price! Totally makes it worth it.

Very large and clean Theatres! Great selection of everything. Love the many drink machines with hundreds of combinations. Also loved being able to pick out our own seats. Prices a little high for matinee but go on Tuesday and its only $5. If we are back in Torrance we would go again!

Ive been coming to this theater for years, since I was a kid. Always loved it. Its a great theater and I encourage movie-goers to sign up for the AMC Stubs membership, its the free movie club membership of three that they offer. But, even with the free membership you can still rack up points to earn towards snacks, movie tickets, and you can take advantage of the discount days where tickets are sold for $6 all day.

Its one of my favorite place to go watch movies.

I love this AMC. Its huge and has several theatre options. The Dolby Experience is the best thing choice for a movie experience available now. Its pricey but if you join A List its included and its worth the monthly subscription. Its made going to the movies enjoyable again.

Parking a little tricky, when its busy spaces get filled fast. The theater is nice and clean, seats are comfortable. Good place for a date with someone because there is plenty of shopping and restaurants. Have a good time. We did.

This place has only improved over the years. The menu has broadened and the theatre rooms have gotten revamped to be more comfortable. Staff tries their best to accommodate all movie-goers on busy days and overall seem to be very well-versed on the movies. I love how some employees are passionate about movies

The seats were only slightly less comfortable then airline seats the food was seemingly twice the price most other places are the sound quality was okay but the room was an echo chamber so every whisper burp fart and laugh totally overshadowed the movie sound. couple that with the fact that nearly 60% of the people in the theater seemed to think it was okay to talk through the whole movie made it an awful $130 experience for three people to go to a matinee

We drive to Rolling Hills AMC from Belmont Shore once or twice a month to see films our local Marina Pacifica AMC doesnt show. Last night we saw a film in the IMAX theater---our small theater doesnt have IMAX. BUT Rolling Hills doesnt have the recliner style seats. There are lots of choices for food & parking is great. But we go primarily for the selection.

My favorite theatre. I go every week and the services is great!

Nice place . Took my sweetpea Layla to see Lion King she talked through the whole movie and all the way home but had a good time

This is a great multiplex theater. They have done many updates that are nice touches to the place. It is clean every time that I have been there. The restrooms are showing their age a bit. The food is pretty good and they really love those multi-syrup Coke machines!

For the most part I do like this AMC movie theaters. I wish that they have an AMC drink bar, And I’m not sure if any of the theaters have reclining chairs but if not I would love to see an upgrade.

Seats do not recline and are partially stiff. Atleast the armrest can be lifted up or down. I was there on a sunday evening and it was pretty quiet. Nice staff.

The place needs an upgrade on the standard theater. Theyre uncomfortable. Having comfortable seats is just as important as having a clear picture. Regal theatres in PV definitely better.

Always great there! They always have an excellent variety of films and even foreign language ones! But I needed to laugh and say the latest Madeaone. He is so amazing in the many roles hell do in one film. Hes funny but always manages to get in some good life lessons too. Hes a great American success story! When he first started out he had a vision of what he wanted and even lived in his car to make his dream materialize. Not only did he create a lot of work but Georgia has become the place to shoot a movie!

For over a year, I have told the staff several times a week that their handicapped stalls in their bathrooms are broken. They always have some excuse. This doesnt work when the excuses come day after day, week after week, month after month. This theater needs to be handicap accessible!!!

Worst seats in the region. Too narrow extreme upright and close together. At a popular movie it feels like youre stuck on a crowded airplane in a middle seat that doesnt recline. Cleanliness is spotty and everything is extremely outdated. And imax films are shown on a smaller than regulation size screen. Needs renovation. I drive 20 min north to go to del amo AMC instead.

Very nice experience. The Dolby Theatre is awesome...cant watch a movie in digital only format once you experience it. Recliners along with spacious seating arrangement.

Family movie night saw an awesome movie and had a amazing time. We will be back.

Everything was clean service was good. No reclinable chairs, but still comfy for a 90min movie.

The seats are very comfortable and with the AMC App you can purchase a movie pass for around $24.00 and you can see 3 movies a week .Great Deal.....

The seat was comfortable and the cashier at the concession counter was nice.However, the popcorn was mediocre, at best, and the fountain drink was horrible.

Went to see John Wick 3 had to walk out halfway through. Why would a theater show this stuff? Bad script and canned action very disappointing. Boring bad guys. Anyways I figured if Keanu was having so much fun skipping around doing his dance, I better go do mine. I was inspired. To leave.

I enjoy going to this AMC. One of our brothers in church was starring in a movie there called Beautifully Broken. I would have given AMC 5 stars if I had one of their passes. I had to wait for those with passes to go in first, even though I was physically there first. But the theater is always clean and the restrooms are too. Everyone is very pleasant from the cashier, to the door attendant and to the concession stand.

They do just enough for four stars but a lot of their seats are like 20 years old and starting to get a little crusty. The newer Dolby rooms are awesome. AMC, please shampoo your regular theater seats, I saw them with the lights on and am now grossed out, they also also smell similar to a Goodwill.

Out of all the theaters Ive been to, I think this is one of the nicest ones. I recently saw X-Men: Dark Phoenix and I must say, the sound of the movie was really something! Im either going deaf or just like watching things loud.

We like Rolling Hills because we are a Christian Family and they were the first to play the Christian Movies in our area. Now others have started, but they were the first. They also have independent films there that you will not find at other theaters, I appreciate having them around. They are also located by places to eat before you go to your movie to make it a date night. Like Mimi’s Cafe, Islands, a pizza and BBQ place. The theatre grounds and inside are kept up very nice.

I usually go here all the time... the in house service is fine...but the phone call service is horrific. it took me a half hour just to get someone real to get on the phone with me...this shows amc is not willing to deal with customers with efficiency. AMC is lacking in customer service as of late... this is ridiculous when all i wanted to know, it its available to take reserved seats... it took me a half an hour just to acquire the info... horrible phone services... please improve your customer services. it shouldnt take this long to get this info.

Great theater with many showtimes and format options. The area is very clean, and service is quick. Especially with the mobile app, we were able to buy tickets and go in without waiting in line for anything besides scanning our tickets.

I absolutely love this theater. My family and I come here for just about every movie we want to see. I really like that we are not assigned seats. Come as early as you wish and pick your own seats.

Wish they would make the screens larger when you pick your seat. Also, move the screen up higher so person does not have to bend low to even see the screen. Like to hear comment from management. Very difficult for seniors.

If you dont like to sit threw 20 min of previews. Show up about 10 mins late to get your popcorn.

I have always enjoyed going to this theater. The staff does a good job at keeping things clean (the patrons not so much). The staff are friendly and helpful. As a stubs member I enjoy certain perks which makes my movie watching experience even more enjoyable. Most all of the theaters have comfortable seating. I really like the new Dolby and IMAX theaters. What a treat!

Great, except that if you end up in one of the smaller theaters, you might have a hard time seeing the full screen over the back of the seats in front of you, especially if your torso is vertically challenged.

The customer service is inconsistent. Depending on whos working some days the CSRs understand hospitality and are great while others days just dont care.Regal Cinema in PV has good customer service. AMC 18 Del Amo is good as well.

I liked this theater. However its been 10 years since Ive been to a theater so I was shocked at the prices. The theater has nice seats and the arms can go up so that you can be more comfortable. However the seats do not recline. The people in front of you are low enough that their heads do not block at all. Good sound and picture quality. Large theater with many viewing rooms. Be prepared to sit through over 1/2 hour of Trailers...

Decent theatre and tickets are less than half for 1st showings during the weekend.

As movie theaters go, reasonably priced at about $13 a ticket. Not very busy on a weekend night. Lobby area appears newly renovated. Theaters themselves appear a little dated and chairs could be a bit newer.

The theater was dirty, we waited in the VIP line and watched e everyone else get helped. Why pay for the Stubs card when it is not e en honored? Snack bar personel were rude. Will never watch another movie here!

I am an A-List member and I love that because it isnt located in a Shopping Mall I can usually count on seeing movies without too many people attending them and barring that most screenings I see are child free.
