Horrible management company. You call them and they NEVER pick up the phone. The managers leave for long lunch hours and they are hardly around. They try to intimidate the elderly people leaving there with their supposedly rules and regulations. The space rent prices are ridiculous. YOU are better off renting an apartment. They also dont have visitors parking.
