Very nice park, we go almost three times a week

Prices for lots are high. Management is rude mean and nasty. You wont be able to sell your home when you want to leave. Management bullies everyone that live theres. Do not move here do not buy here. Prices of lots go up every single year 100 to 200 dollars.

Place is good and big my girlfriend lives in one ....comfortable and quite, nice area !!

Clean little park that has BBQ stand and a trash for the hot coals. Basketball, baseball field and tennis.

Nice facility for a group meeting. Includes a small kitchen and very small restroom. Park outside has benches, basketball court, etc.

Management was very welcoming when I visited a friend who lives in the park, setting me up w/ a visitor parking pass (recommended) w/o any unnecessary questioning. Small, semi-heated, very clean pool.

Where do I start...I shall spare myself the frustration!any ways being related to someone who has had so many issues with those who manage/ managed the park over the yearsmakes me ill to think about how theywere getting away with such things.NO MORE!

I love this place because this is my familys home and we have allot of memories there.

Worst Mobile Park around...wouldnt advise it.

The Knolls Lodge is a beautiful park. The grounds are very clean and the homes are nice.

The worst place ever

All of you that have been stolen from by management and/or owners should sue them either in small claims court or get an attorney to represent all of you. You should be able to get your money and homes back. It sounds like they are illegally giving notice, stealing homes, evicting people, and collecting moneys. Please take time to look into their claims/notices and/or get legal advice. Do not let them steal from you and do not leave your home without a court order. Let them go through the eviction process where both parties go in front of a judge. California Legislature has enacted a special set of laws to protect you, known as the Mobilehome Residency Law [MRL] and Recreational Vehicle Occupancy Law. Resident must first be served with the APPROPRIATE notices meaning they are required to serve notices in a specific way. FYI There are legal plans out there that you can pay a small amount monthly, and then when you need an attorney, you have one at your disposal.

A veritable snake pit since the Park was changed from seniors to every body. Cops are there often. Residents park on my street for days. Many cars towed.
