Excellent food for a great price at Johnnys Tavern. Super fast service. One of the best burgers Ive had in a long time. Would go there again in a heartbeat.

Wheatfield Village is a new commercial development coming soon with hotels, restaurants, a movie theatre and apartments that are all new brands to Topeka. It is going to be a huge addition to the area!

Great new environment for Topeka. Johnnys Tavern had only a small wait for a table, on a Friday night! Great food and environment. Cant wait for the new theater to open up as well.

First visit to our the Wheatfield Village Johnnys Tavern. Great service. Their slice of pizza was delicious and generous. Great outdoor seating area. Well be back.

The new center has really updated the area and cleaned it up. Nicely done!

You pay 1% extra tax on all goods and services in this shopping district. The city council OKd it as a TIF district in which the citizens subsidize the millionaires development costs over the next 22 years. Movie Theater, Johnnys Tavern, Spin Pizza, they all charge an extra 1% tax that goes to the developers because apparently they dont have enough money as it is.Do not shop here. Do not pay for the rich millionaires development. These types of areas are not welcome in Topeka and our citizens should not be paying for it.On top of that, Johnnys Tavern has terrible food, terrible services and terrible prices. You can get better service/food/prices many other places in Topeka without having to pay an extra 1% sales tax.

No so fond of Johnnies. Cold food and service personnel standing around talking to each other. We were there at 4:00 and it wasnt busy. Our waiter was excellent but food just wasnt great.

Visited Johnnys Tavern, food was awesome, staff was attentive and the place had televisions everywhere, would reccomend anytime to anyone looking for a place to visit in Topeka.

I had the fish and chips it was so good the cod was crispy on the outside and so flaky on the inside Johnnys was amazing

Johnnys Tavern was pretty good, especially since they just opened a few days ago.

There was nothing special about it and our desert that dad and I ordered had salt instead of sugar on it,which was a huge mistake someone in the back made...The food didnt taste very good and the menu was the same old bar food as a bar and was awful! My dad and I will never eat there again!

Could have been to Johnnys, or to Spin Pizza, as we did both within a day of each other. Great food, wonderful people, at both places.

This place is going to be awesome when everything gets put in place. Right now zjohnnys isopen. It is fabulous. Next week Soin pizza opens and that is a great famy place, kids get free gelato. Movie theater coming as well as PTs coffee, whom have great coffee and food.
