Played the back 9. Decent fairways & greens. Needs to be watered more often. But played purdy good.

The evening yoga class was so crowded pre-COVID, you couldn’t do yoga without bumping into other people. Their contract policy is the worst of any gym I’ve ever known. Their canned, uncaring responses to people inquiring about the COVID closures are disgusting. No thanks, I don’t want free months tacked on next year, I’ve already given my notice I’m not renewing my membership.

Greens are a little rough. Tee boxes and fairways in good shape.

I love Devin he lets me play golf from hole 14 and all the other staff are cool

Berkshire is our favorite location of GreatLife. They’ve got the most friendly staff, they’re always super helpful... especially when my wife forgets her card!.The equipment is in excellent condition and it’s always clean. Locker rooms are kept up nicely and the saunas are great!. They’ve got everything here that you need!.

Nice course with some challenges for the average golfer. Not too long and usually in good condition.

Three weeks in a row after aeration there is still sand on greens and they are very bumpy have not been taking care of correctly

I love all there is to offer at Berkshire, everyone is so friendly and willing to help. The gym is amazing and . I feel very safe there no matter what time I go to work out! The golf course is in good condition and getting better all the time!

Course is decent. Back nine play fast which is nice. Roughs are pretty much impossible to play from. Management and workers are the reason I give it a one star. I suggest going anywhere but here to actually enjoy a stress free golf round. Well. Unless you like being bird dogged.

If your planning on going to this gym or golf course, think again. the service is horrid. the staff members could care less about your problems. just a few days ago i went it to play on their basketball court, i noticed a hole in the ceiling and a huge puddle of water on the floor. i kindly told the male staff member at the desk about my problem. he instructed me that i was not aloud back to the gym anytime soon and had to get another staff member to escort me out of the building. i even noticed two female employees in the back laughing and one even recording the altercation on their phone. i have no idea what i did wrong by reporting a problem. i can insure you that i will not be going back to this gym anytime soon if they treat their loyal customers this way.

Moving out of town. Great life will not stop my membership until the contract runs out. Will only stop membership if you are being deployed and they have a copy of your orders.

I can not believe what i just saw at this gym. i was getting ready to go play a round of golf, and decided i needed to use the restroom in the men’s locker room downstairs before going to play. i was walking toward the stall when i saw a cloud of smoke coming out of the corner. i saw a tall/male employee with glasses smoking what seemed to be a ciggerate or an electronic vape. when i turned over he quickly put the object in his pocket and try to play it off as something else. i tried to ask what it was but he ran off acting scared up the stairs. i tried not to think about it but just had to share this story about my experience.

Its my regular gym. Good equipment. Can get good work in quickly.

I recently interviewed with Greatlife. First interview was with Chris Hubbard and he insisted that I have a 2nd interview the next day with another manager and the owner Linda. The interview went amazing both days and Linda told me at the end of it she for sure wants me working for Greatlife and gave me the employment packet to fill out all of my w-2 and w-4 info, etc. Linda told me to get ahold of Chris for my start date and rate of pay as soon as I got all my paperwork filled out. So I did. I even gave them my checking account info, DL, and social, because I was hired. I also got Albion’s of Chris within the next couple of days to see when he was going to be letting me know a start date and he told me it would be a couple of weeks because more positions became available so he was trying to place everyone. So as I’m waiting for the next couple of weeks I called him on exactly 2 weeks from the date he told me it would be 2 weeks and it seemed impossible to get ahold of him. Then I finally got ahold of the other manager that I interviewed with and asked her what was going on and she said she had no clue due to Chris being the hiring manager but she went ahead and texted him immediately and got a response from Chris immediately that said “not hired”!!!!!!! I honestly could not believe bat they would do this to me because they new I have a son and the simple fact that they told me I was hired and gave me the employment packet to fill out and turn in with all of my information! Chris had no explanation for the reasoning and told me that it wasn’t his decision that it was HRs. Lol which I know he was lying. He completely wasted my time and money. I could of already had another job lined out to start but instead was waiting for him to get ahold of me with a start date!! It’s definitely a blessing that I don’t work for this company because it’s obvious that they’re very unprofessional, and are doing things to innocent people that are 150% unacceptable!!! He could of let me know that they weren’t going to hire me before they told me I was hired and had me fill out all of their employment information. Never in my life have I dealt with such pieces of work when it comes to management at a facility. I truly hope Linda fires Chris because he is a terrible asset to the company. I mean it definitely doesn’t look very good to have an obese male managing a fitness facility. It’s a bad representation for Greatlife and this guy has clearly taken his management position to his head an ran with it and thinks he can rip people around in whatever way he feels and feels no remorse when he’s doing something negative. If I could give this place NO STARS I WOULD!!1

Enjoy playing here. Not my home track so I have never been to the gym. The golf course feels like 2 different courses (maybe thats just me). The first 8 holes have a links feel and the other 10 have a old timey country club vibe.

This place has a 24 hour gym that has all of the equipment you need to achieve the best physique that you can imagine.

Has to be the worst golf course in northeast Kansas. Worst part is the marshall who doesnt understand pace of play. Following us around all day like we are children. Threaten to kick us off for telling him to leave us alone and that we just wanted have fun on a Saturday morning. Very sensitive fellow.

For the money you pay and the services offered Great Life is a great deal. I only rate it at a 4 because this course isnt in great shape and hard to rate it a 5.Id rate Great Life in general a 5 due to the value for the money and the amount of services you get for it.

Love the membership, locations and people, but some of the exercise equipment..could use an update. At least at the 2 locations I go to, anything with a belt or pedals (treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, etc.) squeaks, rattles, or makes some sort of distracting sound. I realize most people in the gym have headphones in, or simply dont pay attention to it, but I usually run for about 40 minutes, and Im no professional athlete, so the less attention I get, the better. Hearing a loud thud every other step that sounds like the treadmill is about to crumble under your feet just makes it that much less motivating to work out. Other than this, I love the 24-hour access, and and the other members!

It was Awful. The front desk staff is very rude. I will never get a membership here, if you dont have a membership and you have to pay the $5 they treat you like they are way better than and are very disrespectful with statements like we dont want to waste our time on you guys directly to our faces.

Rough around the edges, horrible service, no food on a Saturday afternoon of golf for $100 for a twosome. Theres definitely better selections out there.

Good golf course, little to no waiting and friendly staff

Course is in decent condition, but service lacks. Last time I played a kid was mowing around literally every green as we arrived with no effort to stay out of the way. I asked after hole #2 if this was how it was going to be the rest of the day. He laughed and said, yup. He would literally follow us and mow right up to where we were standing with a cocky smug grin the whole time each and every hole. The course marshal said something to him, but it didnt matter. Not sure why they cant mow in backwards order so they dont end up following people and ruin their day.

The greenskeeper seems to follow us around, and they cant seem to figure out how to water backwards so each group only has to avoid the sprinklers on one hole...

There are some challenging holes, but the course is in pretty good shape.

Overall not terrible, not great. Auburn location is terrible however...fitness equipment usually broken. 45th Street location lacks cable equipment generally.

Good coarse but staff not so much iv encounter one employee who was good but the rest rude and in helpful. Lucky they have a good 18 holes.

I think it is crazy how we have been a memeber for over 5 years and you cant bring a guest to play a basketball game without them paying 5 dollars. Now if they went without me I could see why. But when a 6 year member wants to play a game with a guest they should be free.
