We celebrated our daughters 9th birthday party at Urban Air! Not only did the kids enjoy this awesome trampoline park so did the adults. Lots of fun, great staff and they do an amazing job keeping the place super clean. The virtual realty game was a huge hit! Lots of fun for kids and adults alike. Thank you Urban Air for helping make our daughters birthday super fun and memorable! You guys rock!

We took our 6 year old Grandson here to burn off some energy. Our first time here, we were impressed with how much the kids enjoy playing on the various activities available. There are numerous trampolines bumper cars, slides, climbing walls and tubes, ball pits, video games and so much more. There is a food stand that serves pizza, popcorn, soda and various other snacks. The various play stations are well staffed and employees keep a watchful eye on the kids. They offer daily entrance fees as well as monthly fees. Its a great way for young children to stay active and busy. Theres also no time limit on how long the kids can stay. Great concept, especially on days that are either too hot or cold for children to play outside.

I went today to check out this park. I couldn’t believe how clean and empty it was. The owner took me for a tour around the park. She was really nice and down to earth. They had so many cool things. They even have a Sanitation person walking around spraying down the park. I can’t wait to bring my son! Way better than that other trampoline place!

All around cool place for kids and even grown ups. Took my son for a birthday party but wished I paid to play too. Looks like a ton of fun. Rock wall climbing, many different types of trampolines, dodgeball on tramps basketball dunk, obstacle coarse. Even somethings for toddlers. Cheap enough and for a Sunday it wasnt very busy at all.

Great to be out of the house and have a place where the kids can jump around and be safe. Just happened to find this hidden gem on the way to Home Depot. Didn’t even know it was in that plaza. So we checked it out and I must say, it was amazing. So many attractions for the kids to do. Virtual Reality was definitely the coolest thing my little ones did. Didn’t mind the mask requirement at all. It was a fun way to end the day.

My daughter had a great time today at Urban Air in Toms River today. At first I was skeptical to go back because of some of the reviews I have been reading, but I decided to check it out for myself. Everyone in the park was required to wear masks and everyone followed the rules. The park was empty so my daughter had the park to herself. Her favorite is the rock wall! The park was sprayed down about every half hour. My daughter even enjoyed her Mini Melts in their outside seating. We will be back again.

Went to the Toms River location Saturday and was amazed on how the park was empty. Typically it would’ve been packed but seeing that it’s limited to a reduced capacity it was a different story scene. My kids were able to go on so many attractions and not have to be near other children. Staff was great enforcing rules and the manager was going around spraying and disinfecting the entire park. Only downside is that you couldn’t eat indoors. But it was a great way to get out of the house and get back to some sense of normalcy. Would highly recommend!

Went to Urban Air today with my boys. They had such a wonderful time. There were only a few families there at the time. They have made a lot of changes in the facility. The workers were spraying down the park and wiping down areas that were being used. Very happy to see! We will be back next week!

Decided to visit the Toms River location today after they have recently reopened. I was very disappointed and felt extremely unsafe. Distancing and masks were very poorly enforced. They were very understaffed and had employees covering multiple areas, making it impossible to enforce rules. In almost 2 hours there, I did not see a single thing disinfected despite them being at their maximum reduced capacity of just over 100 people. After multiple complaints from myself and other guests, Management had to call Ownership to the store to try and assist them. Im not sure why the owners were not present on the second day after reopening but upon their arrival nothing changed. The owner, Rocco and his wife were incredibly rude and ignorant when I brought the safety concerns to their attention during the middle of a global pandemic. On a positive note, the Manager Gracie was amazing. She was trying her best to enforce rules despite being understaffed and having zero support from ownership. She even consoled my upset 6 year old when I eventually decided to walk out. My daughter loves this place and we have been going multiple times a week as long as they have been open. Hopefully they can figure this out and we can return safely in the future but for now I will not be going back.

Came to Urban Air Toms River on a brutally hot day. Kids didn’t want to go to the beach. We usually go to SkyZone but they’re closed. This place was pretty cool. Nothing like Skyzone. The atmosphere is so much better and the attractions, especially the tubes playground, was what my 4 year old and 7 year old loved. They were literally getting lost in it. That’s how big it is. I was happy to see that everyone was abiding by the mask rule. I felt it was a safe place that I would take my children to again.

Urban Air truly should NOT be open during COVID-19. A peer of mine has made me aware of the fact that Urban Air hasnt been following the safety guidelines during this pandemic. While they are doing reservations and regulating individual walk-ins, the camps are very poorly regulated. They have groups of over 100 children running around and jumping within the facility, many of which do not have their face masks even over their mouths. As far as I am aware, indoor amusements should be opened at 25% capacity, 100 seems to be a lot for a fairly small indoor facility and I dont think its being maintained properly. Inside its a very small place, at least compared to Skyzone which has not opened their doors back up to the public yet which I believe to be the most safe decision. Indoor dining has also been seen inside the facility which has not been allowed by the NJ State Guidelines at this time. I dont think the guidelines are being enforced well enough, therefore making this place unsafe to the public in my opinion. I hate to be that person, but I wouldnt want my children here during this time.

Came with a few other families on a very busy day - kids had a lot of fun and always found things to do with minimal waiting. I especially liked that unlike some similar trampoline places, this had more than just trampolines - there was a multi-level enclosed playground for smaller kids, a climbing area, padded fighting pit, ninja courses and VR. At times some of the staff were just chatting or even willfully ignoring unsafe behavior like kids repeatedly hanging from the top of the ninja courses and falling into the ball pit in front of other kids. However, management (in button-down shirts) quickly came out, got the staff working again and reorganized the lines for safety.

They have several attractions that are closed and have been so since July (according to the failed sticker on them) that was disappointing because they are the ones up high. Kids had a great time, but......our time was cut short by 45 minutes. We purchased a package which includes minimum 2.5 hour playtime, and they sent us off after only 1 hr. 45 minutes. Speaking to the manager only got us another 15 minutes with no rational explanation. Its a great place and they seem to be adding activities, just make sure you confirm what time they will end your session before you pay. I wouldnt purchase online as there is no way to know how much play time you will actually get.

Kids are dropped off as they should be, but the paid attendants do not watch their areas well if not at all. Kids Push Cut Ahead and Curse at other kids and this happens to the Little and Big Kids. Kids also jump on kids or do the activities before the other kid is out of the way. This is extremely dangerous. More then half of the attendance were talking to friends and fooling around themselves. Not the mention the kids running free in the parking lot. Kids were in shopping carts pushing each other into cars parked and moving. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen with all these issues.

So u think ur getting alot. But not really. Be prepared to pay extra like 17 dollars for a medium blah pizza. And the rock climbing..oh the rock climbing.. they had two different people working the rock climbing, both were not attentive, both did not engage the children, would not even talk to the children. so they dont know what theyre doing and if you want to switch be prepared to wait 5 to 10 minutes while you could stands there because theyre not paying attention.. me and several other parents had to keep asking them many times in a row to take care of the kids, unhook or hook then up. They honestly took up 45 minutes of my party for waiting time just on the Rockwall. So again thank you Q.. you save the day. Place has potential. Was fun

The place is run by people 18 and under. First we ordered a pizza and asked for light cheese. We took out 2 slices and upon taking a bite it was overloaded with cheese. We asked for a refund of our money and they said they will not refund food that has been eaten at all. Then on our way out we tried to play a game but the machine was not working. First they tried to open the machine to give my son a prize but they could not find the key. Then we asked for a refund of the 2 dollars but they said its my fault for using the machine in the first place and the machine is not their responsibility. I used my card on the machine and the lady at the front said i should deny the charge on my card which is credit card fraud. After finally realizing i wasnt going to be pushed over by her rudeness she opened up the register and handed me my 2 dollars back. I was never refunded for my pizza or offered a voucher or coupon or anything. Was about to spend hundreds on a party for my 4 year old next month but after going there with him today and having this experience i am reconsidering and would suggest anyone else to do the same.

Than after we got off people after us were on there for longer. I don’t care the time amount we were on there it was how the employee said it to us in a rude way and than doesn’t care about the other people and how long they were on it for.
