We have had so many parties here over the past couple years. They are the best. The staff is always full of smiles and make sure everyone is safe. The place is spotless, which is very important to me.

Its a place to spend an hour or so with the kids. They love laser tag which is nice because I dont know of any other places that have laser tag.

Just brought my 13 month old to the *Toddler time*. The price they advertised online was not the price I was charged. That wasnt the biggest issue though. It was really cute for a preschool time but there was nothing toddler about it. The activities involved counting and other preschool level ideas. The kids that were there appeared to be between 3 and 5 for the most part and to me those are not toddlers. They gave out latex balloons, thats so dangerous for toddlers who dont understand not to bite it. I stayed and let my son play in there toddler area which he enjoyed. Then snack time they put juice in open cups. And sat in chairs way too big for toddlers. After that the kids are allowed to go in the inflatables. Only my toddler cannot jump along side of these kids that are huge compared to him and hes big for his age. He wanted to go in the one bounce house and in jumped the one boy who was at least 5 if not 6 and he was immediately unable to stand so we just left. They should really consider making an actual toddler time. I wasnt the only mom there for the first time with an actual toddler who felt mislead either.

I just had my daughters 3rd birthday party there. For 300$ there was about an hour of play time, just for the bouncy houses (there’s only 4) and for the games we had to pay extra for everyone. They didn’t set up or blow up the decorations. They said they were too ‘delicate’ and for the balloons they don’t supply helium, which I was never told even after they told me to bring my own decorations. I payed 300$ for a couple bouncy houses for an hour and I supplied my own cake & decorations. Complete rip off. I wouldn’t recommended birthday party’s here, what so ever.

Visited on a rainy day with our 3 and 5 year olds. We thought the unlimited play price, which includes 4 bounce houses and a toddler area, was reasonable until we were told we could not leave the premises - even to our vehicle - and return without paying again. Given that the place serves absolutely no food beyond bags of chips and does not allow visitors to bring in their own food (understandably), you either have to just leave early and deal with disappointed kids, forfeit whatever you paid and pay all over again just to get a quick bite to eat - or settle with feeding your kids junk food. Not worth a return visit.

We always have a good time and good experiences there. Its clean and fun for all. My children are 1 and 3. We enjoy the arcades too.

Love this place!!! Always so clean whenever we come. Staff and owners are so nice and helpful with the kids. Have had 3 parties here that have been amazingly done. Price extremely reasonable and they are so accommodating. Love how organized the staff always is and that they watch bouncers to ensure kids are playing safe. We will keep coming back!!!!

We go for toddler time once in a while and it is great. They have instructed play and then free time to bounce. It’s a great option to break up the week with little ones. We decided to have my sons birthday party there and it exceeded our expectations. No fuss, no stress. They do all the set up and break down. They also THOROUGHLY clean the pastry room between parties and keep all your presents and belongings efficiently organized. The owner and party staff are very friendly and attentive.

We had my sons 8th birthday at Bounce About on 9/27. Weve had parties all around Ocean County and this by far was the best one. Gavin, our party host was so kind, interactive and attentive to everyones needs . He was able to clearly communicate with the adults and kids while also having fun. It was refreshing to see someone enjoy their job so much. Thanks so much, Gavin, for making the party so memorable. We will be back for sure. The kids cant stop talking about how much fun Laser Tag was!

Went for the first time today to Bounce About. My two sons attended toddler time and loved it! The staff was patient and wonderful with the children. They had great activities plus snack and drink. I was really impressed. My boys cannot wait to go again!

Enjoyed the afternoon here. Laser tag at five dollars a game is probably the best money we spent but no regrets. Plenty of play til you win options in arcade and some decent video games too. My 9 year old says, “laser tag is the best”. Caution, no water fountain so bring your own or be prepared to pay for a bottle.

Not realizing the event was sold out for the 2-3 age group, I took my daughter there today for the egg hunt. The 2 young ladies at the door were extremely polite and I asked if I could pay for the event. She said I could, so I did. When I got to the table the owner immediately lost her mind and screamed at her employee from across the entire room while 50+ toddlers and parents looked on. The owner refunded my money and apologized. I told her the only apology needed should have been directed to her employee whose eyes were welling up with tears at this point. The owner continued to justify her actions by explaining she had already told her employees the event was sold out. I told her it was no excuse to treat them that way. To be clear, the owner has NO BUSINESS being around children if she can not control herself or her temper. If she spoke to her staff member like that in front of all those customers and children, I can not imagine how she speaks to them privately. We have been to this establishment before but we will never enter it again. My 3 year old is still, hours later, asking why the mean lady was screaming like that. This was an Easter event!Edit: Explain why so many reviews state how rude you are if that was only my perception. Again, if you didnt see your behavior around toddlers inappropriate today, you should not be allowed around children.

This is a wonderful place to take your kids on a rainy day. The facility is clean. The staff is friendly. Both my children enjoyed their time. The laser tag was fun for my son and I to play together. There is plenty of room and I could see it being ideal for parties. Pricing is reasonable, and the little arcade has skeeball, which is a great way to introduce your kids to this class NJ pass-time.

Just wanted to take a minute and thank everyone at Bounce About for making my daughter’s 4th birthday such a fun and stress free experience! Danielle and Matt were extremely helpful in the planning stages and Jackie was the perfect hostess! I’ve never just “showed up” to my own kid’s party before and it felt amazing! Not only was I impressed with the list of themes that you offer, but I was so impressed with the unicorn decor, cake, and goodie bags- I couldn’t have done it all better myself! Having everything rolled out to our car was icing on the cake! I would recommend a party at Bounce About to anyone! My daughter had the best time and so did we! Thank you for everything!

Just had my sons birthday party here. It was our first time and I cant say enough good things about this place. The staff was friendly and helpful, the owner was very accommodating, the place is clean the party went off without a hitch and I will definitely recommend it to people looking for a great place to have a birthday party! Staff does Not know how to communicate with children. People who do not like children and who are not used to or know how to interact with smaller children, should not be employed to work with them. Some children are a bit more rambunctious than others, especially when being two-three years old. They were very disrespectful and rude to me, my husband and our children even as they could physically see two parents running between three children. We’re new to the area. Unfortunately we were unable to book a party room for this trip, so out of respect I emailed them to give them a heads up that nine children would be there as a group. Even through email they were rude and made me feel as if we were an inconvenience. My family, along with the family’s that joined us that day, will not be returning.

They have “toddler” time there and I took my son for the first time. What a waste of money! My son is a toddler (14months) and there were kids that were like 4 and 5 there. Since when is that age considered a “toddler”? The activities were boring and more considered for preschool/pre-k age children. Do yourself a favor and save the trip.

The place is clean, but thats about all I can say good. The strictly enforced rules of feet first down the slide and only straight up and down jumps, even if theres only one child there (a 6yr old). The staff completely ruined my kids fun and our experience. Being constantly told that you play wrong isnt fun at all. Then theres the arcade that only accepts their cards. Minimum amount is $10 on the card, and the also charge a fee for the card. Complete waste of money and time. Thumbs down in my book. Wont be back

Kids loved it the few times we have been here . Have had a few bday parties here and they always packed the place from what I remeber even if it wasnt part of our guests,today we tried to visit and they said unless we are part of the private bday party that was about to take place we werent welcomed as open bounce guests. Kind of rough to break to the kids but lesson learned!thanks

I was there for a birthday party they had cake and gave the party 4 pizza pies which is good and 2 pitchers of your choice of drink. Overall not bad $500 for the party with 14 kids

Surprisingly decent. They seem able to accommodate large crowds. There are 4 HUGE inflatables. One is a maze, one is a climbing thing with 2 slides, one is a huge bouncy made to look like a field, and one bounce house. They have laser tag, some arcade games, a small play area for little ones, & a party room. Bathrooms were clean with no unpleasant odors. Only critique would be their concession stand was kind of lame.

Absolutely horrible! Woman who is in charge was horrible... her (woman in charge) father was nasty to one of my sons birthday party guests! They came in and said while we were finishing our cake everybody has got to go!! Absolutely worse service will never go back there again! Gave my guests no chairs to sit in even with an infant trying to feed! Gave it one star because I had to give it something!

Weve been bringing my 3 year old here since he was about 1.5. he loves everything about this place and I do too. Its clean. Thank God, its clean unlike many other kids bounce centers. We love the new arcade and my son wants to go any time I say the word bounce. Highly recommend.

Waste of money! 45 seconds for a laser tag game. You have to purchase a card to play video games which automatically takes .50 away for the card

I was there for a birthday party.nplace seemed clean and had a variety of bounce equipment for the kids there. 2 parties were going on so there were a moderate amount of kids but plenty of room where it was not crowded. My only complaint I can say for the couple of hours I was there was some of the employees were miserable sitting there like a lump on a log not watching the kids carefully enough and regulating how many went down the slides so my son ended up getting kicked in the head. I do have to say when that happened there was a girl with brown hair that came right over to see if he was okay she was one of the only ones who seemed to be good with the kids and interacted with them especially with singing and dancing for the party. I would go there again for open play but stay on top of my son to make sure he is watched better with how many kids can go down slides st once.

I have never been to this place and I never will. If you read all of the owners comments to all of the complaints it is clear that she simply does not know how to run a business . She should remember that the customer is always right rather than making excuses for every single thing . To the owner : The customers pay your salary . Let them be right sometimes .

My children beg me to come to bounce about! It is the best for me because of the toddler area. My little one can place in a safe, soft area while my older child can be on the inflatables and play laser tag all while being supervised. We have been to a few birthdays here too. Parties run smoothly and the kids have plenty of time to play. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The owner is always there and very helpful. I love that this is a family run business and they care about their patrons. I strongly recommend this place for all ages!!!

Went for my god sons birthday and it was a complete waste of money. There is very little to do with tons of rules that prevents the kids from having fun... My two year old godson wanted to go down the slide but was having trouble getting on the ladder. The staff would not even let me (120lb average adult) go on the inflatable to help my 2 year old god son up the ladder to go down the slide meanwhile he was crying that he wanted to go on the slide!!!! The best part is that all of the adults had to stand to eat pizza because they only provide chairs for the children...really? Probably the worst place to ever have a birthday party ... asked for quarters to play the arcade games because the machine clearly said $1 with a coin slot.. The lady at the front counter said I had to get a card to play the arcade games...which she doesn’t tell you it’s an extra 50 cents to get a card.. very scuzzy business out for the money when they don’t actually care about children. Look into the business more before planning any kind of event here. If we knew what we know now we would have booked it at House of Bounce in Wall like we did last year and everyone would of had a blast.

My young boys had a great time. Only complaint is the heat. Very hot. Will be going back soon.

Very fun and not too pricy 22 bucks for 2 kids. 4 inflatables, Dodge ball, big slide, obstacle maze, and regular bounce house. The arcade isnt huge, but it has all of the essentials. You can earn tickets to get prizes as well. I cant talk much about the Lazer Tag, but I can say that there is a scoreboard on the outside of the arena that shows real time scoring in a COD style which was fun to watch.

My son loves it here, it does have some fun bounce houses and the price isn’t terrible. My problem is with the birthday parties. They charge a ridiculous amount and treat you like a number. Our party host was sweet but pushy as was the woman with the hat (maybe the owner, idk). They told me to bring decorations ahead of time and they would decorate. Nobody told me they split the party room with this rent a wall and that’s the ONLY place they decorate. I spent money on ceiling hangs and lots of wall decorations, could have just told me ahead of time what I could decorate. Our party was from 12-2, I arrived at 1137 to set up but the employees did most of that (which I appreciate), but they were pushy from the start. The kids bounced and then saw “Catboy” which was nice and they loved and then they ate and sang Happy Birthday. At 135 pm the employees start rushing to clean everything up and push us out, this is not just MY perception, all of our guests were horrified at how pushy they were. They start grabbing everything and putting it in a cart so we can wheel it out. They started taking down decorations 25 minutes before our PAID for time was over. They had set up for the next party before 2pm. We paid for 12-2 you don’t start setting up the next party during our time, not for the amount you charge. Unbelievable. Also, there was a long table set up at the back where I assumed cake and presents and goody bags would go, there was plenty of room. My friends came in without gifts and I thought it was odd nobody bought him a present but let it go...come to find out the second my friends walked in you took the presents and put them in the cart ready to leave AT THE BEGINNING OF THE PARTY. I get that there isn’t time to open presents but at least put them in his party room so the poor kid knows they exist. Horrible business practice but I guarantee the owner will come on here and have an excuse and try and make the customer look like the bad guy, just like she did with the review below mine. DO NOT BOOK A PARTY HERE, TAKE YOUR KID FOR OPEN BOUNCE FOR LIKE $11 and then have pizza and a character at home. Seriously.UPDATE: No more calls or emails. Read your reviews, everyone here is attesting to how rude you are! AND LYING! I have texts to friends saying sorry I didn’t get so say goodbye at 2pm, which means we had cleared out and I had wrangled a baby to a car to feed him already. You started clearing at 135, look at your cameras again. All of our guests were appalled at how you pushed us out. AND OTHER PLACES DO NOT PUT GIFTS AWAY BEFORE THEY EVEN START! THATS NOT A COMMON PRACTICE.Like I stated, you said bring decorations, you could have easily mentioned “hey we only decorate one wall”, my husband came to toddler time with our son because there is nothing else around, we won’t be back. I will not be returning your calls or emails because as I can tell from others experiences, and the numerous reviews about your poor attitude, you cannot be reasoned with and will continue to be rude to paying customers. Good luck, you will be out of business before long.

Thank you Bounce About! Had my sons 9th birthday party here today and was impressed! The minute we arrived the birthday boy was given unlimited tokens to play arcade games while we waited for everyone to arrive. We had a two rounds of laser tags and one round of dodge ball in the inflatable arena. Everything was fantastic! Jen our guide was awesome! Everyone had such a great time and all the parents loved how clean and new everything was. The laser tag arena was amazing!the 3-d artwork and maze was incredible! The pizza was great and cake was outrageous! The goody bags had such great treats that everyone was impressed. They decorated the party area and gift bags with my sons favorite movie Star Wars! I cannot say thank you enough and would definatly have another party here!

What a great place, we had 10 family members from 6 years old to 44 a d we were all able to play and have fun. Truly fun for all ages. The staff was excellent also, friendly, accommodating and very helpful. We will be back soon!

I have been here twice, both times for the Toddler Time. Its a bit pricy (10.50 per kid) but both times we ended up spending 2 hours playing, so definitely worth it for an occasional outing. The first time, in Nov, the Toddler Time was amazing! The staff was so excited and engaged with the kids and we had a blast. The second time (different staff running it) it was not quite as great. BUT still lots of fun for my kids. They do different games and activities with the little ones, even story time and a game with letters and words. There is coloring and a snack at the end and then the kids get to play on all the big inflatables. The lady who I think manages/runs the place is so energetic and great with the kids.

Horrible treatment of parents. Refuse to give chairs for aby adult even if you have a toddler. Not at all for children under 5 or 6 unless you want to stay in the small toddler play area. Screamin parties in north jersey $200 less for 15 mins more. Never again

INSANE AMOUNT OF FUN! I went here for my daughter’s classmate’s birthday party—and my only complaint is that the adults couldn’t play too! That’s not a slam against the place; I’m sure it was because it was a party for children. Can’t wait to return!

Its a decent place. Clean, family friendly atmosphere, but bring a sweater. Because sitting around while your child runs around, jumping on the inflatable playground, or laser tag. Their going to be sweating buckets, while youre freezing your tail bone off with the artic like chill, blowing out of the Bounce About Lazer Tag A.C. units. I was bored stiff and went out to my car a few times to warm up... but my child and his friends had a blast.

Extremely rude staff felt like theyll hire anyone there to have the hours of business covered. Go-to the Lakewood bounce place dont even waste your time here.

They banned my 2 year old from the slide because he didnt want to come down after the staff was harassing him to come down. The staff is not very friendly, and the look on their faces show you how much they hate their job. Youre dealing with kids, at least smile a little. I went there for a birthday party, but if I had a choice I would take my kids somewhere else.

Good for children around 5 years of age if youre going on a weekend. Unfortunately I went on a saturday night with my 2 year old and the staff wasnt properly monitoring the sizes of kids going into the bounce houses. If I choose to return there with my daughter it will be a weekday and earlier in the day. Unfortunately my first experience there was not a nice one. Staff didnt care about their jobs or the childrens safetyYou can tell by everyones demeanor. Unfortunately I would rather pay 20 for chuck-e-cheese. This place seems its just for the money...maybe the laser tag is nice???? Idk. But thankfully i only paid 5 dollars.

Weve brought the kids to several birthday parties here and the loved it. Theres 2 levels for thebplayers to navigate, and a balcony inside the laser tag arena where non-players can look down on the action.

I came here for my godsons bday and was extremely disappointed with the service and ridiculous rules. First- parents are not allowed to sit while serving food and cake - mind you we were the only party there amd the next room had over 20 empty seats. Secondly, the hostess of the party was so rude to the children and adults. Its a real shame because its one of the most amazing laser tag places ive been to. If youre ok with subpar service for an expensive party than knock your socks off but i would NEVER spend money on a party here.
