Megan did my ear piercing today and made me feel super comfortable! Her customer service was on point. I only had one OG hole in each ear from when I was five and visited a mall in the 1992 and got the gun treatment. I was nervous for the proper needle piercing method but Megan was patient and explained everything that was happening. She checked several times to make sure I was comfortable with proceeding. My result is perfect

I was getting my second cartilage piercing and after wards i got light headed and almost passed out. (that’s just how i get) but my piercer, Steve, made me feel extremely comfortable. not embarrassed at all. and helped me feel way better super fast. highly recommend. great service and super fun to talk to!!

Megan is amazing!!! I went and got my cartilage pierced here after a bad experience with my double lobe piercings at two other studios, and let her know that. She was absolutely calming, so sweet, and so professional. She did an amazing job of preparing me and dealing with my anxiety, not a hint of impatience or annoyance!! I came in sweating bullets and left wanting to get more piercings. This is the cleanest job I have seen, the area is hardly swollen at all and not red. She is a true professional and the prices are worth it. I cant wait to get more done here soon!

I came in to get the ball put back into my septum piercing that i had gotten at a different shop. they didn’t have a ball that fit but were very nice about switching my jewelry and finding one that fit proper. i will definitely be coming back in the future. the store was very clean and organized and a nice staff.

Fantastic experience with Megan for a piercing. The place itself is exceptionally clean, strong Covid-19 protections in place (no entry without appointment), and Megan was incredibly professional throughout the nearly-painless procedure. Its obviously not as cheap as the mall piercing places, but when dealing with body piercings, quality REALLY matters so I wouldnt go anywhere else but Skin City for piercings in the future (in fact, I was so thrilled with how my first experience went that I booked another appointment with Megan for next week!).

Love this shop. I started coming here back in January and Im glad I chose them. I see Jason about once a month, and hes awesome. But Ive seen work from every other artist in there and theyre all amazing artists.

I went for one artist who I’ve had before and he’s amazing! But with the pandemic scheduling right now something got done wrong with my scheduling for my consult. The staff were eager to offer me solutions (a new consult with Marcelo, or a artist who had availability to talk to me right then and there), I was happy to see what this new artist could do and Dang man he rocked my socks! The next day he got me in and completed a very detailed piece before I had to go to work. I waited ten years to get my Chef tattoo and for the quality Ken gave...I am the happiest camper ever! I can’t wait until this heals and I can show it off! His work is amazing and the detail is fricken...I’m speechless and in love! I highly recommend Skin City, never a bad time and the staff is dedicated to giving you a great piece or lining up your piercings just right!

Megan was amazing! My new cartilage piercing was quick and honestly painless. On short notice she even put in another earring in an old helix piercing. Pricing was great. The whole facility was clean and tidy, definitely will be going back.

Really rude staff, both initially on the phone and in person. Pretty sure they are trying to Jack your deposit so be ware. I ended up steering clear. Ill communication makes for poor facility standards in my book.

This place is AMAZING! Ken did my friends tattoo yesterday and two on me today and we have absolutely no complaints. I had my appointment scheduled for 4:30pm and even with paperwork and drawing up the designs I was outta there before 5:30! Ken is super cool and the environment is chill yet professional. There’s a 100$ (cash only) minimum, but they definitely price their work fairly, both of my little tattoos were covered with the 100$ minimum! I never write reviews like this but I couldn’t help but want to give them five stars. :)

Got an amazing tattoo by Marcelo. Called in and asked about getting a tattoo, then emailed an image of what I wanted, and then got recommended to come in the next day, as Marcelo specialized in the dot work I was looking for, then the next day I got a call back with a confirmation and went in an hour later to get it done. I was amazingly impressed with the customer service I received and the quick process to get scheduled. The shop is very clean and well decorated. They provide proper care instructions for your new tattoo or piercing. Based on what I read on other websites the artists rates are very fair and reasonable. I would definitely recommend Skin City to anybody looking to get inked or pierced.

I had a consult with Marcele. It lasted about 10 min. I told him that I wanted to cover up a tatoo. I told him some things I liked. He took a picture of the tat I was covering up and then charged me a 100 dollar deposit. He said he would have something for me in about a week or so. I even emailed him some examples of things I found online. 10 days later, I had heard nothing from him so I contacted him. He told me to come back in so I could look at some of his work to get some idead. Shouldnt that have been done on my first visit. I went back and when I got there they told me he doesnt come in til 1pm. It was about 1230. I waited in my car. It wad 90 degrees out by the way. He finally showed up at about 115pm. Before he got there I called and was put on hold and hung up on. I called back and asked if there was a manager I could talk to. I was told they dont have a mamager. Dont go to this place. They only care about getting your money.

Got a little tattoo there some months back. Artist was great. Tattoo was quick and clean. Healed well. Altogether a great experience. Price was worth the work done. The place itself also has a super cool atmosphere.

Caitlynn did a beautiful tattoo to cover up another, very old, tat from the past. I cannot believe how she was able to put my vision into such a perfect picture. Honestly, I had the idea, but couldn’t figure out how to express it. Her very creative, and comprehensive mind was able to put what I tried to explain to her into a precious, sentimental work of art . I love my tattoo and Caitlynn was kind and considerate while working on me. Her area, as well as the rest of the shop, was super clean. The entire experience was the best and I will definitely recommend anyone to get their body work done there.

If I could give negative stars, I would!Walked in to talk to an artist, and set up an appointment. Guy charges me 100 dollars for a deposit to hold a spot on the schedule.Few days later, I call to reschedule, my appointment wasn’t for another 3 days. Speak to some woman who gave me a little attitude, and she realizes the guy that set me up the first time messed up. He basically charged me for a consolation, (which sounded like he shouldn’t have done), I didn’t get to speak with nor even meet the person who’d be doing my art, and the guy never even asked for a copy of my art. I was essentially going to be going into my appointment with someone I’ve never even met whom has no idea what I’m getting done...The woman asked me to send a pic of the art to their email and she’ll call me back immediately.20minutes later, still no call, so I call them... someone else confirms they received the email, and says the woman is busy and will call me back ASAP. I never get a call back, I call in the next day, she won’t be in until the day after, and come to find out, they didn’t even reschedule me, my original appointment was still existing.Since I can’t just get a refund, I physically go to the studio, finally meet my artist, he and I confirm a date and tine I can come in for my tattoo, says I’ll get a reminded txt message.Today’s the day of my appointment, never received the reminder, so I call to confirm the appointment and time. Some guy I’ve never spoken to says that I’m not on my artists schedule at all, but I can get squeezed in at 5:30... I ask if I can just get my money back, I’m told that isn’t an option, and that I need to be patient because of the current circumstances, (covid-19).I told him I’ve been patient, and this is the 3rd time their studio has messed up. He tells me I can either come in at 5:30 or go somewhere else.I said ok but I need my money back.He tells me I’m on his last straw, which I reply, “I’m on your last straw?”.He says, ok that’s it, no tattoo, your done, and he hung up on me...At no point had I been rude or inappropriate with any of their employees, despite their incompetence! Yet this is how they treat people who they mess up with, they take money from...I’d highly not recommend them! You can get just as good as work done with a lot better customer service, plenty other places!

Walked in the same evening and asked about available artists and again making an appointment. An artist was free and very ready to work with me but wanted to find an image search reference for my work which didn’t really work out, I asked again about making an appointment and they recommended I think about my tattoo and come back. Very difficult to make an appointment.

I wish I was writing a good review but I wasn’t given the opportunity. Today I took my daughter in to get her ears pierced. She turns 10 on Tuesday. We were so excited to not only be able to fit this in during the holiday but to be at your shop sadly we were quickly turned away because the shop has a no 10 and Under rule with no exceptions..seriously no exceptions? She’s 10 in less than 48hrs... the girl that helped us was rude and Self righteous. I took my money elsewhere.
