My experience with this place was incredible. Everything was so beautifully placed. I didn’t bowl or play in the arcade, but it looked like so much fun. The Christmas tree in the lobby gave it the much beautiful touch and pulled the place together.The restrooms were super clean!The seats were reclining & comfortable.The food was AMAZING, best cheese sticks I’ve ever had- and I’ve had a lot!!!We went to watch a family movie, obviously there were a lot of kids, but you could never tellWith how spaced out everything was.The protocols in place were great, masks required & everything was sanitized. I truly felt safe, definitely making that almost hour minute drive again just for the experience.Keep up the good work guys!!!

Went to have a date with my husband and the staff and management was amazing. It was a first to eat in their restaurant and the food is excellent and mouth watering. The photo of the drink is a alcoholic drink called mudslide. We truly cant wait to go back.

Absolutely an incredible venue! There is literally everything you could want. The arcade, bowling, and theater are just top notch. Another amazing feature is just the delectable mozzarella sticks and potato skins. Literally the must have appetizer for the entertainment of your choosing!

We absolutely love this theatre, comfortable reclining seats great food selection. The servers kept bringing us others food orders though about 5-6 times last Friday 11/6 and wed have to tell them not ours. Other than that, Great place to go.

Take the five stars as a hole sheet of gold stars!! This place is top notch with amazing service by staff, location, food and everything it has to offer. Just visiting the theater makes a great place to be; you can order from their menu and the staff will bring the food to your seat. Theres a bowling alley, a restaurant and an arcade. Was definitely an experience I wasnt expecting. Being able to sit comfortably while my boyfriend and I watched a movie is amazing and having a big bowl of popcorn was awesome.

Was the best birthday experience we rented the room and picked out a family favorite throw back movie. The whole group loved it. Cant wait to do it again

Cool place, the atmosphere is nice and feels very organized and clean. Terrell really needed this. It adds so much more to the town. I would recommend anyone try this place out. Only wish the service was faster. Takes forever for them to bring out the food

One of my favorite theaters in Dallas/Fort worth when it 1st opened. I averaged 4 movies a month with the family. Last couple of visits its been a bad experience. Went to watch Unhinged and The New Mutants and both times it was a very frustrating experience, to many teens talking and playing around...very distracting. Service was poor when ordering food, it came back wrong and it was cold. Wish they had more pride in their service, quality has dropped.

A great movie experience. We rented the entire theater to watch a movie as a group. The arcade and bowling alley was fun and games for the little kiddos and even some of the grown kiddos.

This is a great place to watch a movie, go bowling, play arcade games, and have dinner. The movie theater features reclining chairs with moveable trays. Each tray has a small LED light that you can use to read the menu. There are vegetarian options on the menu including fried mushrooms. The sweet potato fries are great. The server will actually remember to bring extra condiments and napkins (if you ask). The drink menu has a variety of beer, wine, and mixed alcoholic beverages. You can purchase your theater tickets on line and pick them up at the digital kiosk.

Absolutely love this place! We were away from family for the holidays and visited the theater on Christmas. The seats in the theater were amazingly comfortable and we really enjoyed the meal delivery service. Just press the button and the staff come and take your order. Super easy! While there, we also at the the restaurant and watched people playing in the video arcade. We had a great day!

You can definitely tell that this is a family owned business. Very clean establishment with attentive and friendly staff members. This location is 20 minutes farther than a local AMC but worth the drive and a world apart in overall quality and customer service.

Really good food and drinks. Arcade is kind of meh. Bowling lanes are nice and have good seating and a bar nearby. But there is no airflow and it gets kind of hot. Bathrooms are clean. Overall pretty good. But I would probably rank Strikes + Reel higher.

The experience that I had was extraordinary. It was a fabulous day just being out getting to know and seeing things that are not usual.

I loved this place, first time going there this last Tuesday and it was really cool. They keep it clean and fun looking which is the best, they have kitchen staff that come to you IN the theater room so we didnt have to leave which is even better for me when I have 4 kids.! Lol and my daughter just had to take pictures with the lion king background

So many things to do here for family entertainment. Bowling, arcade and movies with comfortable recliner seats! We sat in the third row for a movie and was able to recline our seats back and still watch comfortably. Endless bucket of popcorn for $8-you cant beat that! Our new go to theater!

Great movies and great food!Ok the prime rib dip was delicious and the chairs are super comfy. The movie was loud enough but not deafening, those that know, know what I am talking about. AMC is guilty of turning the volume way too loud and hearing loss is definitely happening.Go there eat the food watch a movie.Bueno

We have been a handful of times since they have opened and I have to say Our last visit was most impressive!! They seem to have gotten out the kinks in their service. It would be nice to have someone to check for refills without ask at least once during the movie. We totally got our food in a timely manner.

I love this movie place. It has all kind of stuff to eat play games plus. When you go watch the movie you want to see the chairs are so comfy & they service you as well. Great place to go with kids or Adults.

Cool addition to the Terrell/Forney area. The bowling area was clean and fun. The restaurant/bar area is nice. The food is on par with every other dine-in movie theater. The odd this is you cant get your popcorn before going into the theater. You have to order it from inside the theater and the last time we saw a movie we order popcorn at the beginning of the movie and we didnt get our popcorn until almost the end of the movie!! Outside of that its a fun place.

I had a party of 35 in the academy lanes and dining space. The event planner, Elizabeth, was so easy to work with and it took almost no effort on my party. Our server Meredith was on the ball the whole time and the tell of a great party was how many people shared with me their positive impressions of the experience. We would definitely go back as a group.

The appetizers and the drinks were very good. The main course was lackluster, the pizza was not cooked all the way, even after the second try and the steak was undercooked as well. The service was really good though and they were very attentive and did their best to make up for whatever was happening in the kitchen that day.

Great place! I didnt try the food this time, but it looked amazing. The chairs in the theater were so comfy, and they had leg rests! Ill definitely be back soon!

This was my first visit not only to Film Alley in Terrell but to a theater that serves food during the movie (I dont go to a lot of movies). The staff was extremely friendly and explained all the features of the theater I wasnt familiar with such as reserving seats and how to order refreshments. The seats were comfortable and the theater was very clean. My companion said the popcorn came unbuttered and without salt which wasnt to his liking. And I noticed the people next to us had to go track down their popcorn and soda after asking for it a couple times. Overall a fun experience.

The seats are ultra-comfy. The food is good and the help is good (could be bit better). Parking is always easy and well-lit.

Really cool place to hangout with the whole family!

If you love the movie places where you can get food and watch a movie (that is in doors) you have to try this place. Ticket prices are less than the other places, food was good and food prices were comparable to most casual sit down restaurants. Plus, the seats recline and are comfy. This is my new favorite theater both for the price and because it has a bowling alley and arcade. There is even a bar for those who are so inclined.

Out of all the movie theaters my family and I have been to this is by far the best one! From the atmosphere to all the sweet and caring employees. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoy coming here!

I love this theater.. but do not order the Alcohol. Its a waist of your money! However food is good. Yet over priced. Better experience at this location than at AMC 30 Mesquite. I drive the miles just because I like this place

Loved the reclining seats and plenty of leg room. The waitstaff was very friendly but seemed a bit confused to were orders go. But give them credit since they were pretty new. I imagine they will get better but overall experience was great and look forward to returning.

Impressive movie and bowling/arcade. Service was great, especially how they layered the butter on our bucket of popcorn. Other food and alcoholic drinks available also, with reasonable prices. This relatively new facility is very clean, and offers several weekly specials for families.

If you havent been there, its a great family spot to have fun. Bowling, arcade, movies and food. Its not going to wow you with food quality, but it will with overall fun! The food is solid and everything else is great. Its clean, they seem to keep an eye on folks, and there have never been any issues thus far. Great family fun that we hit every month!

Very comfortable seats and spacious theater. 2nd time going to the one in Terrell. 1st time no issues, however today we decided to order the pizza. Halfway through a slice, I bit into something hard. Pulled out a piece of wire looking item. Called the waiter and the quickly removed the pizza plate and took the piece of wire. Few minutes later brought back a receipt taking the pizza charge off the order. Needless to say, will NOT be ordering food again. I should have known better, as every place I have been to eat and watch a movie, there has been issues. Just hoping this was a different experience. Very disappointed.

This theatre isnt just a movie theatre - there is an arcade, a bowling alley, and a restaurant! You can also get food delivered to your seat in the theatre. This can be nice, but if you are sensitive to food/alcohol smells you might want to go somewhere else.The quality of the audio and video in the theaters was pretty good, but I felt a little clarity was lacking in the sound system - it seems like it was tuned more for deep bombastic bass and less for overall clarity of the mix.An enjoyable experience overall; I would recommend it!

We went and played in the arcade area and it was fun! We didnt try everything else because it was a Tuesday night. Not sure what it will be like during the weekend though. But we will most likely be returning.

It was amazing. My daughter and I really enjoyed it. We went to see Aladdin the service was great and I just loved the seats they were recliners. The food was amazing and the big size popcorn bowl I couldnt even finish it. Next time we will experience the games and bowling. Its so much better than going to Tyler.

I love this place. It’s a family friendly environment. You have a movie theatre, restaurant, arcade and a beautiful bowling alley. Great prices. Staff is friendly. Super clean place including the restrooms. Must try the cheese fries and buffalo wings.I love this place better than the one in Rockwall. I don’t have to worry of what my kids are seeing in each screen. The other place had music videos that weren’t family friendly.I enjoy Film Alley Terrell. Great place, great food and great staff.The drive is closer than driving to Rockwall or Rowlett. Terrell is new destination to go!

First timer.Movie experience was pretty good. Had a late snack order and it threw them off and we never got it until I asked when they gave me my ticket.Games, amazing!Bowling not so great. First they never told me what lane to go to. 15 minutes later we finally got placed and that took 15 minutes off our bowl time. Then I pressed service no less than 5 times and never got a server. Had to go up to service counter to order food. Food just ok. Had to go up to counter again to get my ticket after they told me they would bring it to me. This all of course happened on the Wednesday before thanksgiving so they were grossly understaffed but as a manager of a place like this you must forecast better on service staff for unique days like this.

This venue is excellent. The seats are comfortable, the food is very good, particularly given how reasonably priced it is, and the staff have been very prompt and courteous toward me. The only downside is, inevitably, some of the patrons are often noisy and distracting. I cant blame the establishment though; it wasnt their job to teach these people etiquette and common courtesy.

We had my daughter’s 7th birthday party here today. It was great! Meridythe was absolutely amazing. She made sure everything ran smoothly & I got to enjoy the party with my daughter. Will definitely come back.

In the age of Mega Corporations it is extremely refreshing to find a hidden gem like this. There is not another theater in all of the DFW metroplex that can match the caliber of Film Alley. The food selection is magnificent, the reclining leather chairs are to die for, attention to detail is spectacular and the experience is just all around superb. A family could spend all day here and have a fabulous time.

I drove from Plano to enjoy my granddaughters 13th birthday . Enjoyed a little bowling which was fun. She had a party room where we enjoyed pizza and cake. I have to tell you not a cup was empty . No plate was every without pizza or cake. The person that handle are party was not only goodlooking with a great smile and personality but an amazing hostess.My granddaughter is Olivia N. And i was the gentleman in the red shirt with the great smile
