Aesthetics were very nice with all the rustic farm equipment mingling with the grapevines. Laid back ambience. The wine is good, but to be honest, for the price... they were a little stingy with the pour.
We did the behind the vines wine tour with Kelsey. She was an absolute delight. So fun, animated and informative. We came for my birthday and it was a highlight of my day. She had a large tour of 10 and killed it.
Beautiful venue as well as hall, attended a wedding and it was immaculate with service impeccable and consistent. Beautiful views and amazing ambiance at night.
This winery was not only beautiful but they also had a great wine selection. Unfortunately due to the recent California covid rules we were unable to do any tastings, but the wine we ordered by the glass was good. They also offered refreshing drinks such as a sangria and draft beer. We were impressed that the winery also had two Tesla charging stations which was very convenient!
Could have been an amazing time had it not been opened at 100% capacity. There’s a clear sign stating to wear a mask and about 90% we’re not wearing it. Not safe place and it seems no one wants to enforce it.
Great experience at Peltzer. Great wine, great service, and great people. Food trucks are yummie.
A lot of people had been posting pictures of the Pumpkin Patch here so decided to check it out.Location - Right in the middle of Temeculas wine tasting location.Parking - Plenty of parking available on the lot or outside. A lil dusty but the norm for the wine country.Staff - Lots of younger kids working but everyone was very nice including security.Tours - Antonio is a great tour guide that has a lot of passion for his job and knowledge on the wines.Prices - Some of the rides a lil expensive but everything else was priced correctly.Wines - Great wines offered with great unique blends in them.Pumpkin Patch - Great place to be able to bring the kids for some fun and be able to enjoy some wine. Could use a bit more pumpkins and better charged power wheels, other than that prettt cool.Overall great place and would recommend checking it out.
Great trading sangrías and awesome place to hang with ur kids especially if you are a member with family.
Always a good time and great service. They also have ice skating going on right now.
Really enjoyed it. Had a nice band.Good wine.
Nice wedding venue a bit chilly at night.
Best place for the kidsThe kids have fun, the parents have funIts a win win!
Pretty setting. Pumpkin selection not great. Fun things for little kids to do here.
It was busy but there staff was excellent as normal
I love the vibe of this place. It’s unconventional. As in, I didn’t feel like it was pretentious or snooty like others. They weren’t pretending to be the best. Wines are very affordable and it tastes pretty good. Lots of young people here smashing wine with loud music, kind of like a wine day club party. I wish they open a little later on Saturday’s. I also like the different food trucks option! There’s outside seating and some inside and bar seating.
Our tour guide Kelsey was amazing and the tour was SO fun
Could do better with enforcing masks.
We had a wonderful night!
Embarrassed for them. Be very careful not to accidentally wander into the oh-so-special members only patio, which of course has no sign, or youll get a scolding from the self-important clueless snowflake waitress policing the area. But only after trying to sell me a membership. Sheesh. Then when we asked for a soda for my designated driver wife, first the waitress told us they didnt carry them, then made a big deal out of getting one that was supposed to be for the employees only. So pretentious. Theyre lucky to have any customers at all.
Amazing serviceGreat atmosphereT
Excellent winery. We really enjoyed the professional and friendly staff who were super attentive and knowledgeable. The wines are excellent. I’d highly recommend the mixed flight. Ask for Christian if he is available. He went above and beyond to answer all our questions.
High prices and bad parking Im sure theres better options nearby haha
Excellent wines representing Temeculas best varietals. Friendly, knowledgable and witty staff. Thanks to Kenneth and Art for taking care of us!
Loved it! Friendly staff, great wine, and food trucks!!
Exceeded my expectations! Not that I thought it was going to be a poor experience but the property, the wine, the service, etc... was on point.Well be back to sample their sangria (weekends only).JC (Mr. Holywood - our server) did a fantastic job of explaining the wines, and engaging us in conversation all while taking care of other patrons.
For me, Pelltzer is a flash back to another place and time. 30 years ago, Napa and Sonoma wineries looked like this...young, old, families ....The wine is verygood and some of them are outstanding.... The pairing with breads is smart and opens up the possibilities of meal planning... if you are so inclined. And you should be!If you are unsure of a pairing .... just ask. Their staff is so friendly and knowledgeable.
This is my absolute favorite winery!
Love this place, they have great wines. The atmosphere here is nice. There are areas to sit outside and a nice big tasting room. The bread here is great here. I always pick up a few loaves with my bottles of wine.
Been seeing cool photos posted on their Instagram so we decided to check it out. The property was gorgeous and love the rustic look. I had the Cranberry Sauced sangria that was very refreshing. My fiancé had the Syrah Rose which she cant get enough of. In fact, we became Crush Club members and bought over $200+ in wine and gifts for the holidays. The staff was super helpful and friendly. We spoke about the history of the winery and gave us some tips for our next visit. With us being in OC, its only an hour and a half away which well be back again soon come December!
My husband and I love spending date days at the winery! The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is family friendly and the scenery is beautiful. We would definitely recommend joining their crush club to take advantage of all they have to offer!
Peltzer is the only winery in the valley that Im a member. They are down to earth people who make excellent wine. Its mostly family friendly where you can being young children (just keep them out of the landscaping). They have events year round and special seasonal pairings. They have different types of sangria every month. The view from their clubhouse is beautiful. The facility is clean and farm chic. All and all, I love it there.
Very good
Nice winery, extremely family friendly. Only suggestion is have either ways for your guests to wipe down the tables, or have employees every hour or 30 min to walk around and clean off tables but specifically wipe them down. A lot of guests are messy and inconsiderate so having a way or a team to clean tables on your busy weekends would be a huge help. I have to say it one more time, its a great location with great wine and will be my one of my top recommendations.
Nice live music to relax
Love this place its amazing
Recommend it to all
Great vibe! Delicious wine! Knowledgeable and engaged staff. Ken was a true delight!
Great Vine. Awesome Venue. Kid Friendly. Great Prices. Ample Parking. Friendly Staff
The side patio is now a members area on the weekend. Makes it much easier to enjoy a glass of wine on a Saturday.Enjoy!
Hands down the bread pairing with each wine is amazing! The wine is good! But that bread... yeah I’m it’s #1 fan! I ultimately went with the muscat canelli!
Great pumpkin patch every year! The pig races, petting zoo, pony rides, and train are a blast!
Sorry that was an accident but I did have a bad experience. We were excited to come to your winery and your hours on google said you were closing at 6. We took an Uber there and they dropped us off at 4:45. When we got there, we discovered you guys decided to do last call at 4:30 due to some party that was gong to take place. We told your bar staff of the unfortunate situation, but they just turned us away. As a business owner I would have taken some responsibility of the situation and at least offered us the opportunity to purchase a glass of wine due to the inconvenience
Awesome Place we Love all the crew. Met Ken for the first time he was awesome too.
Very cool ambience. They have bread pairings for each wine. The apple cinnamon bread is fantastic. The wines was better at some other wineries that we went to in the area.
Peltzer is on top of the seasons. Always something fun and family-friendly to do here. P.s. Their ice skating rink is such a great idea for the area!
This is our favorite winery, great atmosphere, great service, and even better wine! My lady and I attended a paint and sip for autism and it was for a good cause and fun as well! Highly recommend a trip.
Ive performed Peltzer as a live musician many times this past year and I must say, I highly recommend this winery to anyone who wants to go tasting, have an event or perform. The staff is very friendly and the crowd is very supportive. Oh and of course the wine is delicious!
Living in the Temecula valley for 20 years, I have tried virtually all of the wineries, over time. Peltzer is one of my favorites because of the friendly vibe, great servers, and down-home atmosphere. They dont usually have huge crowds, waiting 3-deep to get to the tasting counter. The unique bread-pairing with their wines, using breads from a local artisan bakery is worth trying! Love the comfy seating area on the patio and out front where folks can relax and chat with others. Wine is good and reasonably priced. There is not a restaurant here but there is often a local Food Truck with several great choices. Peltzers special events are always a hit!
Important stuff first: the wine. it is amazing food pairing wine. We tasted two whites, three reds, and one dessert wine--all paired with breads from a local bakery. All were a little on the lighter side of the spectrum, but good body and depth nonetheless. Not necessarily what I call intellectual wines (meaning you take a sip and ponder what youre tasting) but good nonetheless.Ambiance was cheerful and family friendly. Tasting area is small, but plenty of room to wander and sit if you get a glass or bottle to sip. Theyll even slice a loaf for you to eat there if you buy one from their racks.Overall, a great experience, especially since theyve only been open 2.5 months at the time of this reviews. Cant wait to see how they develop. They can only make the area better.
Great Chardonnay, great staff, great views and great bread pairings. Perfect for an afternoon sipping wine and taking in those Temecula views.
This place is incredible. They are a genuine family with a fascinating background. One of the few places where the atmosphere accurately reflects their family history. The Crush House has a flexible set up for events and tastings; very appealing. And the wine is amazing!
Amazing kettle corn at the Easter egg hunt. I think the creator is a guy named Ed Peltzer!
Family fun time with siblings and cousins. Great food and entertainment. Amazing views, perfect for picture taking.
Went on a bus tour with friends for a bridal shower. The wine was awesome. The breads accompanying them, absolutely delicious. The staff fun, easygoing, and knowledgeable. We had JC, Charlie, and Garret (not sure name is correct but it started with a G, sorry), these boys made sure we were well taken care of. Thanks for making my friends bridal party something to remember!
Very cool. Great Holiday spirit. Charlie and Kerri are genius event owners!
Very new feel to this establishment. Young pourers, not so much sommeliers. Didnt seem like any of the wine was estate wine or even locally grown. However if you are looking for a spot with entertainment for kids they have pig races, pumpkin patch, gem mining, and food trucks. Live music and nice ambiance. Will definitely go back but not for the wine.
It was fun we went ice skating but my family thinks the wine is good but not the best they have ever had
Had a great time at the Supercross Viewing Party.
Danae was our tour guide, not only was she knowledgeable she was friendly and fun! The wine is delicious, and worth every penny!!! Thank you for such a wonderful time!
Fun family inclusive winery. The wine was nice.
My first visit at their Christmas tree lighting event last night. The place and their staff is very warm & friendly. Their wine & bread is amazing! I will definitely be back!
Always friendly and welcoming. Wine is great and the views are amazing.
Quickly becoming the best winery in Temecula. The laid back and fun atmosphere is much more welcoming than the stuffy feeling at others. The wines are good and will become great with time. The new silo bar rocks!!
Jc was amazing!! Loved the atmosphere, great time. Well definitely be back soon
Staff is so inviting. We came with a large party and they accommodated us outside on the patio and brought us bread and wine. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good time
I always enjoy my time at this Winery.
I love this place ! We are from oregon6
Best events and service
Excellent pairing of wine and bread. Both tasty wines and bread.
Last night celebrated grandson, Charlie JR & Stephanos high school graduation with an awesome party. Both heading to fall semesters at college. But first A trip to Wikiki
The best winery thus far.... Love it
I love this place! The wine is great and the staff is even better! I cant wait until I join their wine club!!!
Our favorite we love coming here every month
Beautiful and fun ice skating rink
Great wine and friends! Has a warm and inviting feeling without feeling overwhelming.
Long drive from San Diego but worth the trip
Great wine, friendly staff, and nice scenery. Highly recommend it!
Peltzer Winery ia a new winery in Temecula but its farm is a well. The winery staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about wine, farming and Temecula history. I enjoyed the wines and it was a first for me to have wine paired with bread (yummy - Great Harvest). The food truck was yummy and made it so easy to buy a bite to enjoy with a bottle of wine and hang out.
Huge fan of the superb wine. The Muscat is a MUST. Their Rustic Red is divine. No matter your palate or level of wine expertise, satisfaction is guaranteed.Ambience is the best Temecula has to offer. Everything from their wedding venue to the vintage tractors and trucks on the farm has a family story behind it. Warm, friendly, laid-back Peltzers is THE place to go in Temecula!
Great atmosphere and even better wines. Absolutely love the design of the crush house, a must see!
Kollen and JC gave us great customer experience... that hey your home feeling.
