Had a great time with the family with kids aged 12 through 20. With a variety of axes that started very light to full hand axes... And a shovel thrown in for more fun. 30 minutes came and went very quickly and for those building working up a thirst theres a brew pub attached! Highly recommend and good luck beating my kids record of 4 shovel sticks.

I got a Groupon for 5 people, 1 lane, and 1.5 hour. I also used a Groupon promo code when there was a Groupon sale for $25 off when you purchase a certain amount. The total price came out to be $64, and it was a really good deal because it was $12.80 per person, split among 5 people. It was simple and quick to book a time slot online with the Groupon code.

Second visit and it was great. Consistent during both visits.Youre assigned a set of lanes after you complete a waiver. I wear flip flops and that is okay with them. A few set of items to throw at the 2x4 wall down the lane. 3 different size axes, small axe, spade, and a knife. They have specialty items, but you have to ask. Some axes are heavy, but there are lighter options.Sessions are 30 minutes or more. There is a loyalty program where you can eventually earn free sessions.They allow children, but the age is 8 or 9 and up not 100% on that information.Lots of fun to challenge yourself and compete with friends.

You can pay up to 30 minutes to an hour. Its located in a shopping outlet. Staff is helpful and friendly, I had a blast.

It was super fun. Id recommend calling before you go. They had a party reserve the whole place so we were only able to throw for 30 minutes. Who would have thought theyd be busy on a Tuesday at 3?

Tons of fun. Great staff, and they teach well. we didnt feel any pressure or awkward about it being out first time. Went as a date, and it was a perfect idea. We will be going again.

Really fun and surprisingly easy to learn. The noise level is high, I hope that they will offer earplugs or use acoustic foam to dampen the sounds of metal on concrete in a very boomy space. I would def go back!

Fun activity and workout!

Its a fun place to come. Im from out of town and was visiting my cousins so we decided to go here to throw axes. Its a pretty cool experience and you can easily burn through a lot of time doing it. Would recommend coming here. Makes you feel like a viking too.

Went with my mom and sibling. We had so much fun. The guys there are super sweet! They guys show you different throwing techniques as well as providing different ax types.

Fun place. Good for dates or parties. I went here with a buddy to let the inner viking out. The staff is friendly and very helpful teaching you techniques. There are a variety of axe sizes you can throw. Be warned that if you are out of shape you will be sore the next day if you go crazy. It is genuinely a good workout, my Samsung health app told me I met my walking quota just by throwing axes here for an hour. I recommend coming here after having a couple beers next door at beers and burgers.

On a whim, my 14 year old daughter and I stopped by SoCal Axe lTemecula. We spent an hour having a blast “pulling” short and long axes, throwing axes, and a shovel heads into a sturdy wood target! I must say it was satisfying tearing the wood target into shreds on the floor (like chopping wood) but far more entertaining. I never really thought much about my daughter being able to throw a shovel head at a target and hit bullseye. However, I can say now I fear for anyone that ever crosses her.
