Andy is awesome owner and place is fun. His bar is expanding in size in about 2 months. At that time, hell start adding additional entertainment. Tuesdays in few months will have variety comedy nights featuring Hawaiian shirt hypnotist comedy with age 21+ adult comedy show. Keep an eye out for exact dates on Old town Blues club.

2 bands played. The crowd was polite, orderly, covid conscience. $5 cover charge=no problem.

Love the Blues Club. A place for us older crowd hanging out without having to put up with youngsters bar music.While most bands are good, the Sundays afternoon bands are most excellent; I deduct 1 star for some bad groups, especially Sat nights. Oh boy, did they even play off key and irritating.

This is a really great Blues club! Andy, the owner is a terrific guy and really knows how to book genuine talent!Cant wait to go back!

Went there tonight - february 29. Bad Chemistry - was just that: bad! The vocalist has a good voice, performance was good, but guys, if nobody dances by the 5th dance, get the hint and switch up your repertoire. This was just banging on the instruments. Definitely not dance music. I had a friend visit from out of town. We finally left after half an hour. It was pretty bad. If you can’t pay attention to your audience, maybe it’s time to stop playing. The blues club needs to get B.I.G. on that stage. Best band ever, and guaranteed everybody will be dancing!Just got a response back from the owner! Thank you! Kudos to you for reading the review and responding.Let me clarify: I love the place!! The three stars were for the music the band was playing. I think the singer was awesome and so was the band, but the selection of their songs weren’t! For as long as we were there, only one song was danced to. I actually asked for Andy (?). I was told he is the one who schedules the bands, but Andy was gone.No offense to either the club or the band. Simply the music was, in my opinion and my friend’s not suited to dance to. Maybe after we left they realized they needed to change their ‘tune.’Five stars for blues club, still three for band. sorry!

Ive come here a handful of times and every time has been a great experience! Theyve expanded the place and it looks AMAZING! More room to dance - more room in general. Thank you for keeping live music, especially blues alive!!!!!I love this place and it should get 5 starts but... music is SO loud that I barely can stand the music volume while seating on the front patio!!

The favorite spot for music in Old Town Temecula. A relaxed environment with a variety of bands. On weekends enjoy 2 bands, one starting at 9pm and another band starting earlier. No food is served here its bar only so eat before you get there. OTBC does serve a variety of beer and has a nice wine selection. The OTBC was recently renovated with expanded outdoor seating. This is our favorite place for music in Old Town and the music never disappoints.

Went here on my birthday with my girlfriend on a saturday night, they had a good band that night and we had good time. Was no cover. We didnt drink much, we were already wrecked. We felt more at home here being in our 50s......had older crowd then most of the trendier places to go on front st

This place had a great vibe. This is not a nightclub. The crowd is older. The band was killing it and everyone was having a great time. Only beer and wine here, so just keep that in mind. Outdoor patio is smoke friendly if you want to light a cigar. Everyone in my group enjoyed it, as usual. Well be back.

This is the best place to see live music in Temecula. Im so glad we have a local place where we can see great blues guitarists! Venue has TVs out on the patio so you can even see the band if you are chilling outside. Also, no other place in Temecula that I know of provides a professional PA system for bands to use. Ive been to about 4 shows there in the past 6 months and the sound quality is always top notch.

Spent a couple of evenings here. First was a Rod Stewart tribute band “All About Maggie”. These guys put their all into the show and it was great fun.Second was a trio playing 50’s rock and roll. Also a great night.

I was walking around on a Sunday afternoon, heard some good blues music from across the street, had to check it out. Stopped for a beer and didnt want to leave. This place is very welcoming and friendly. The music was fantastic. Cant wait to go back.

Once they knock down the wall, Ill rate it 5 Star...its a FUN place, and popular, just too small! Im happy to hear they are expanding!Update: The expansion is excellent! Especially enjoying outside porch area during these warm summer nights! Always great bands playing and always friendly bar tenders! 5 stars!

Very divey, this is not necessarily a bad thing. The band playing tonight was off the chain good! Grabbed a decent bottle of Chardonnay from the bar, so again, not the diviest of dive bars. Big thumbs up for No cover charge on a Saturday night

Recently, I best time when I saw the Lauri Morvan band perform, they had a lot of energy, great attitude & wonderful voices, too! Plus, the service was good & Ill definitely be returning!

One would be hard pressed to find a better live music venue in southern California. A very intimate, friendly and fun experience that brings me back time after time.

Music is usually pretty good here. Just know that its basically a bar and not very clean. Nice for hanging out with friends after dinner. Small dance floor.

Energetic Venue with an Appreciative Owner!While attending a conference we slipped away to see Viva Halen. The band was fun but what caught my attention was the owner. He came by and personally thanked us for coming (even took a selfie with us LOL). He also ran around the bar making sure all glasses and bottles were picked up and tables wiped down, always with a proud smile on his face. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and helpful!Next time we are in town we will come back!

If you want good quality live music in an intimate setting, this is a great place to visit. One of the places you must come to see if you are in Old Town Temecula.

Only beer & wine but still fun

GOOD PLACE ! My wife and I had a great time watching Billy D & the Hoodoos put on a fantastic 3 hour show here recently. No food but the beer is ok.

Still Needs liquor full bar.Has an enlarged indoor area that has doubled space. There is a bigger, longer porch and a new side patio venue that was host to ad hoc concerts during the last few weeks of the close down.It is still very popular.GREAT place

Fun, friendly ambience, bartenders really nice and drinks were delictable. Band on Saturday night 3/23 was Awesome! ..and not just because they sang and got the whole place to sing Happy Birthday to me, that was extra treat! I recommend visiting for a great time!

Its ok... They definitely have good beer on draft & variety. Older crowd and Im in my late 30s.. So that makes some people there in mid 40s or 50s. Lol

They have fabulous live music and great craft beers! Great place to spend a couple hours.

I have been to Old Town Blues Club on many occasions. The staff is friendly, the venue is clean and the live entertainment never fails to please. The only negative issue is the size. When a great band is playing, the place is packed and it can be hard to get around. Otherwise, I highly recommend this business.

Amazing Blues!

We used to live in Ireland and we love Ireland. It is a nice little Irish escape in Temecula! We were lucky as there was a live band playing Irish songs when we visited. It just felt awesome and the atmosphere was super friendly. The only thing that i didnt like was the smell of cigars as people were smoking right outside. But whatever, it seems like a great place!

It was a place with all different ages

We went on the Saturday night before the 4thand there was a live band playing. It was loud, crowded and lots of fun. My group pretty much hung out on the front patio and enjoyed the music. Great beer selection fun atmosphere. My friends and I had a good time. The front patio was a great place for us to chat, catch up and drink some good beer. It also made for some excellent people watching!

GREAT PLACE! Has a ‘Cheers’ feel to it where everybody knows your name. 1st time there, owner came and introduced himself saying it’s always great to make new friends. Live bands on most weekend nights.

Otbc is the best spot for live music in old town. Good selection of beer, wine and spirits. Nice outdoor seating with a great view.

Pub atmosphere, clean with good customer service. Music was good which added to the ambience of Old town. Good place to hang out with friends.

Take into account of course it is a dive bar and not upscale looking. But the band was excellent and the bartenders were friendly. Recommended
