I know its hard with the pandemic and having ppl get back to normal or some sort of normal. The movie selection was great for starters. It just seemed sad.

Edwards Temecula 15 & IMAX is a great theater. On my many visits this theater is always clean and has friendly customer service. It is a relaxing place to go and see great movies. The Regal rewards program has some good discounts that apply to this theater.

I found the theater to be quite clean and the condiments were good. One thing that is nice is that there are two kiosks for printing your tickets in addition to the outside ticket option. Restrooms were very clean as well. I watched an IMAX movie and sound quality was great and shook the walls at times. Great place to watch a movie!

2/16/20 So far so good, I hope the staff continues to be so friendly and kind; It feels genuine & connected. It’s a shame how poorly 2 of the Mall Security act. One of my most favorite theaters, Interior theater lights are properly lit. Again the staff are really cool.

Best service here and atmosphere. The service was so nice that on Friday, I became their loyal customer and they gave me free things plus took a picture of me with the regal unlimited table. Thank you for the best service I had so far and hopefully I can get a job here soon. Jacob weier

Went for an early show and loved the customer service. They were very nice and helpful. They even let me take in my drink I bought outside. Made mine and my nephews day. Love the cleanliness of the cinema and the bathrooms are always really clean. Love this place

Just had a horrible experience here. My family and I had been waiting to see Star Wars Rise of Skywalker until it wasnt too crowded, and we went this afternoon to see it. We sat through 15 minutes of ear-splitting loud previews and ads until the movie came on.Usually they turn the sound down so you can enjoy the movie after the ads and previews.Not this time. It was even more ear-splitting than I even believed possible. I went out to find someone and ask them to turn it down. An employee said he would ask them to turn it down.Nothing happened. It was so loud that I had to cover my ears and so did my family members. I went out again and asked to speak to the manager. I waited about ten minutes before she deigned to make an appearance. While waiting I could hear Star Wars from where I stood near the front doors. Then I explained to her how loud it was and that I had been told it would be turned down.She told me that it had been turned down. She lied right in my face because it had not been turned down even a little.Then she proceeded to tell me that they cant turn it down because of policy.She also said, What do you expect? Its Star Wars! with a shrug, smiling all the while and offered a refund. Gee thanks. My ears are ringing, my familys ears are ringing, now I have a headache and have to go find my vehicle out in the parking lot after a nightmare parking in the first place.She was snotty and snide and is no manager. Too bad, so sad for customers.Ive been going to that cinema for 20 years and never had such an awful experience. I wont be going back. Its much more pleasant to watch movies at home where they wont damage your and your familys hearing.

Pretty typical regal movie theater. Clean, nice staff, comfy chairs (but not as comfy as the ones that recline lol). Prices are standard with the area. Overall a nice time. Luckily the movie we chose was a good one. Bonus!

Dont be disturbed by the fact that the chairs arent the like massive recliner chairs, theyre actually suprisingly comfortable!! Theres plenty of space too so even if a stranger sits next to you, its not too awkward! The theaters are big and comfortable and its just a really nice place for a movie and dinner in one of the surrounding restaurants!

Gorgeous, huge theater with comfy seats and all the usual treats, as well as having a bar in the lobby! Whats not to love? They are also offering an unlimited movie package for $21 a month; if youre a movie lover, you cant beat that!

Saw Frozen 2 with my Grandchildren. Great movie! Seating in J section was great. Love comfortable seats w/cupholders. Good selection, candy, chicken strips etc. It was busy but employees were quick & helpful.

Good morning,I took my sons to watch Star Wars yesterday and decided to grab snacks. We were checked out by 3:19 pm and Brandon (the guy who handled my transaction) told me he’d be right back after giving me my icee and popcorn. We were missing the hot dog. He left to the back and we waited 20 minutes for the hot dog. He never came back. I decided to go on ahead and take the boys to watch the film, which was already 20 minutes in. The film ended and we headed over to the concession stand to ask for a refund. After verifying my order I was able to receive the hot dog refund. I know that it was a busy day, I can even understand that every other worker was too busy to ask if I needed help, but I don’t understand the need to go to the back and not come back for over 20 minutes when the hot dogs were right in front of us . I don’t even know if he ever came back. I had to go in before we missed even more of the movie. I am disappointed with the service and overall experience. We’ve made Star Wars films a tradition between my sons and the fact we missed over 20 min just put a cloud over the whole experience.

We love this place but not their policies. We put over $100 in gift cards on the Regal app. When we tried to use these gift cards we were told we could only buy tickets (no concessions) through the Regal app..here is the catch..when you buy tickets on the app there is now a $1.50 PER TICKET fee. This was not mentioned anywhere before we added all those gift cards to the app. So be aware..do not add gift cards to the app..only use them in person at the theatre...otherwise no concessions and your tickets will be more expensive just because you used their app.

This cinema has survived quite a few rough decades. It is great for watching the latest movies. I still find it difficult to navigate at times, when looking for the theater where a movie is showing since I only see movies once every three or four months depending on what is showingI highly recommend reserving seats ahead of time as well as eating beforehand. The prices for popcorn and other concessions are close to the same total as the movie ticketsAs always, coming to Regal Edwards Cinema is an interesting adventure regardless of night or day.Granted there is good parking nearby, but I prefer the nearest garage because I can remember where I parked.Still, I prefer it to other theatres.

Good place to go after hanging out at the Promenade mall, tickets cost more compared to other theaters, really convenient because of the location. Recommend it.

I like the stadium seating and it is laid out very well. You can even get an adult beverage if you so choose. Parking structure is very close to the theater., thats a plus.

Always fun going to this location. Today we watched Smallfoot for $1 Summer Movies. Staff was great! Food was good. Seats comfortable and not as crowded as I wouldve thought. All around good time.

I go to this theater all the time. I love it here. I highly suggest getting the rewards card and actually using your points. Its so worth it. Ive been coming to this movie theater since I lived here because personally I think its the best out of all the ones around this area. The employees are always nice and helpful, the food is good too. The popcorn is great and I dont think the prices are too bad as far as movie theater snack bar prices go.

Nice theater. Good selection. You can choose your seats before you walk in the door. BUT, they NEVER open the second concession stand despite massive crowds. Ive seen them do it once in all the years theyve been open, despite such long wait lines that you would miss much of your movie. This, to me, show disrespect of the movie goers time.

Long lines at the popcorn counter but they go quick so that is good. The theater complex is massive, but well laid out. The staffing at the counter is excellent. the seats are comfortable. I enjoyed my movie.

Some of the movie rooms have filthy seats, at a time when most theaters are putting in clean, delux, reclining seats. It doesn’t have to be a recliner, but at least offer you clientele a clean place to relax during a movie. Afterall, your prices are about the same as most of the theaters that havecthe clean beautiful seats.

Decent theatre the only reason I went to this I e though is because it played my hero academia. My daughters favorite anime.

This theater is very nice and clean, but I really hate having to decide on where to sit ahead of time. If I happen to pick a seat and someone really tall picked the seat in front of me, I cant move, Im basically stuck with a bad seat. Luckily I went on a week day matinee and it wasnt crowded, but I wont ever go back on a weekend.

Great selection, nice theatres although typically expensive food and tickets. Nice place to watch movies, employees nice enough. Typical mall theater, nothing special but nothing negative here either. Good audio and visual quality and lots of theaters.

They are trying so hard to keep up with technology by creating an app experience throughout our visit. From purchasing our tickets on the app and then just walking in, interacting with premovie screening, to using AR with the movie posters.But....with using such heavy app, they really should provide a WiFi to help the app run faster!

Amazing movie theater have come here so much and the seats that they have when you get reclining are amazing. The surround soundwhen youre watching a movie is very immersive and everyone here is very polite.

Centrally located, plenty of parking, make sure to come Tuesday n wednesday at 10a for $1 kids movies only during the summer. Clean n pleasant staff. The usual popcorn, drinks, dogs n burgers.

This is a good theater to come to. It is clean and they have a lot of different theater rooms which means more options.

Place is cool, the staff is young but they were all working hard. I only wish they would release all the extra or old movie posters to the customers after the films have cycled out of rotation. Aside from usual the job.

Saw 1917 in theater 10 today. Great movie, unfortunately they had a blown speaker rattling though every tense scene with low frequency audio.

Its always great, at least in my experiences. Ive never had any issues whatsoever but then again Im not that needy. I also try to go during the weekdays when I can for the matinee shows that are always much cheaper than to attend in the evenings. If youre a bit of a social recluse like me but you still wanna enjoy a movie in a theater setting then I suggest you go for the first showing of whatever it is you wanna see after about a week after its been out. The theater is often fairly empty to sometimes completely empty then so its a better experience than being in a crowded theater. In my opinion anyway. Today I watched 2018 Halloween in a almost completely empty theater and it was fantastic.

If youre looking to watch any movies in IMAX, then this is the place.

Had an issue with a ticket purchase I made from the app. Bought a ticket for a different location. The lady at the customer service concierge worked quickly and efficiently without hesitation or negative attitude to switch the purchase over to the Temecula location. It was the first time in a year Id been to the movies, and it was worth it. Thank you kindly!

Comments are not based on ticket prices as they are comparable to most multiscreen major theaters (there are military and senior discounts which is nice, and seeing the early showings brings about the best deals for price). This theater is very clean and well maintained. The staff on every visit I have had here has been very friendly and welcoming, even at times when it is busy at concessions which is no small feat. The theaters themselves provide good viewing of the film with stadium seating, although on a couple of occassions the seats felt a little loose (gave way too easily when leaning back) and probably just needed some minor adjustments, though this is a very minor distraction. The food from concessions is above average (wish there werent as much fries compared to the chicken tenders in the chicken tender platter, but the free refills on large fountain drinks and popcorn is a very nice touch. Overall very enjoyable experiences on each visit.

It is a nice place. It is clean and the employees are nice. It just needs a family restroom. If you go with your daughter or son you cannot send them alone to the restroom. I had to walk to the mall in order to find a family restroom.Otherwise is ok.

Used to sneak into this place through the back all the time when I was in middle school. Got caught one time and told to never come back. Ive been here plenty of time after.

Love the upgrades they have made to make the movies more enjoyable. Mostly reserve seating now so you know where youre sitting even before walking in. The quality of food and drinks are pretty good even though for any theater you still pay an arm and at least half a leg lol! Still I believe theyve done a great job in taking care of this location over the years!

Very very nice theater. It is impressively large, with many theaters inside. They have a variety of food options as far as I remember, and deals on combos and such. The seats are more comfortable than standard theaters, and they lean back a tad which allows me to actually sit the entire time (I have severe scoliosis with degenerative disc disease so that is seldomly the case). I prefer this theater over others I live closer to. Prices are on par or lower than surrounding theaters. Overall very clean, and they have enough employees to keep the concession lines bearably short.

Its a decent movie theater conveniently located in a nice shopping center/mall. I watched 2 movies, one after the other and paid for both so dont harass me haha. The seats were comfortable. Very few people were there so I got a great spot . They do serve coffee at the concessions but I guess they stop serving when its late... It was 10ish. Luckily they had hot tea but only 1 size for the coffee and tea which is a bummer.

This theater has a spacious and well-lit common space, which gives it a nice atmosphere while youre getting concessions or waiting for movies to start; Being located near a decent barbecue joint and the mall complex is nice if you prefer to wait elsewhere. The actual theater accommodations are relatively comfortable.

This is a very good theater one of the first of its kind in the area many years ago the snack bar of course is a little pricey but its always a good experience to go there they have tables if you want something to eat you can sit down not have to take it into the movie. Always Top Notch movies, great date night experience. They havent gone to Stadium seating is yet but I heard theyre going to do that soon.

Great theatre, I come here often with friends and family. Wide variety of food options (although WAY overpriced), clean bathrooms, fun atmosphere. High quality movies and sound effects. A must-see if visiting Murrieta.

Moved here from Colorado where my wife and I enjoyed our monthly movie dates. Happily we found this Edwards Temecula! Absolutely fair pricing on tickets, food, drinks. This is a great place for families or couples. Lots of theaters and plenty of movie times. 3D, IMAX what more could you ask for? Conveniently located at the Temecula Promenade there is plenty of parking, restaurants close by, and shopping. I recommend this for a great date night!
